This is the best company in East Valley. They represent honesty, professionalism and good, reasonable prices. Things, which you see less and less often these days. The owner Fred is very involved and he takes care of things when needed. It is July in Arizona - 112 degrees outside, the AC went down and no company wants to come on short notice as they are all busy. I had to move my family to a hotel, which was not a great option because it's during the COVID-19 pandemic. I found another company, which sent someone the same day. However, their representative (with 15 years of experience) did horrible job and made my AC even worse (intentionally or not). He charged me a very high price as well. Then, he tried to solve the problem, which he created by pushing for a replacement of the whole unit... Then, I called Sparkle Air at 6:30pm not expecting anyone to pick up the phone. Fred did pick it up though. And he promised he will try to stop by in the morning. He was here with one of his technicians at 7:30am and fixed everything quickly. Fred was very upset to see the damage, which the other company had done and how it was endangering the life of my AC. He made me call them and he spoke with them as well, explaining how unacceptable and unprofessional this was. So, everything is back to normal now, AC is blowing cold. Thanks to Fred and his professionalism, and dedication. Thank you, I would always recommend Sparkle Air! read more

You don't just call any A/C service provider. You have to research thoroughly if you want to find the right Company in terms of service and cost. Even better if you have a reliable reference from someone who knows them well. Sparkle Air came highly recommended and they exceeded my expectations. My A/C broke down resulting in more that one issue (more than 10 years old). They showed up the next day. They addressed them diligently and I was informed at every step they took. Max and Tom are extraordinary technicians. They know what they are doing, they are honest and work fast. Fred, as head of the company, kept involved in the hole process. He made sure all parts required were available and did not want to sell me a new unit right away, instead he gave me options and the fairest prices in the market. As a matter of fact, of more than a couple of quotes I looked into, he was the lowest out there. Fred made sure I was 100% satisfied with the service they provided. He called me several times after the diagnose and when the unit was up and running (in no time by the way!). I will definitely consider Sparkle Air for future business and I also highly recommend them. Look no further, you won't find anyone better than Sparkle Air! read more

Sparkle Air is a company I would highly recommend. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working over night. My husband immediately put in an online claim with our home warranty. They notified us that our appointment wouldn't be until 2 days later. I had just had surgery and was laid up in bed with no where to go, except to be confined to a hot room. Our home warranty rep told us that we should call Sparkle Air directly and see what they could do for us. We called Sparkle Air, hoping they could help us sooner. The owner, Fred, was understanding, had compassion, and sent a technician over the same day. The technician, Max, also provided great customer service. The motor had blown out and had to be ordered. At first we were worried waiting for the part could mean being without air for another day, but Sparkle Air assured us that they would have the part for us within the hour. One hour later, Max received the part, and had our air conditioner up and running. We were very happy with our overall experience, especially during these times where covid makes everything so uncertain. We will definitely be using Sparkle Air again in the future. read more

I was referred by a coworker after I woke up to my bedroom being 94 degrees after my AC stopped blowing cold. I called Fred at 7 am and he had a guy at my place by 7:30. He immediately got to work and was friendly. Before I knew it, he had told me it was fixed and he was ready to head out (after I thought I'd have to get an entire new unit). The only thing I would say could have been improved was the communication during the service. I thought I was just getting an estimate and was (pleasantly) surprised when he told me he was done and it was fixed. He told me Fred would contact me for payment later in the day. I had no idea how much the repair would cost as I didn't even have a quote. Turned out to be fine, Fred gave an incredible deal but I had no idea how much it was going to run me while I was waiting for him to contact me which left me a little worried. More upfront communication about price/quotes and what's going on is the only thing I'd want to see improved. The rest of the service was more than you could hope. Now that I know I can trust them, I will be using them for all my AC needs in the future. Definitely recommend. read more

Our Air Conditioning stopped working on the first day that it hit 100 degrees in Phoenix. It was extremely warm inside our house and my husband and I are elderly, and my husbands is a 100% disabled VET. So he can't take the heat at all. We have a home warranty and legally, Fred and Team have 48 hours to respond to an appointment. I called Fred and told him our circumstance and he rescheduled his team and they were at our house in less than 3 hours and because I told him the problem -- they knew what they suspected and actually had the parts in the truck and was able to fix our unit and get us up and running. Fred also followed up with me the same day to make sure it was still working and again this afternoon to see if everything was still working. He said if anything happens again -- to just call his cell phone. Now that is service and good customer relationship. Many folks because they get less money for Warranty calls -- don't always give the same customer services -- not the case with Sparkle Air. I am going to make sure and tell my warranty company to continue using him because he represents them well!! read more

We were in the middle of moving in to our house this weekend when I heard a weird high pitched noise in the backyard. I went to go check it out and it was coming from the main A/C for our house. The fan wasn't moving AT ALL. It was 106 degrees outside and we had no A/C. We called our home warranty company. Because it was the weekend, it was possible that we were going to have to wait until Monday to get service. Instead, in spite of the fact that it was a Sunday afternoon, someone from Sparkle Air volunteered to come out to see if they could fix it. Sure enough, it was a bad capacitor. He had one in this van. He replaced it and we were able to cool down the house from 99 degrees to 76 degrees in a little over an hour. The tech was friendly and informative. He took the call because he was worried about a family being without A/C in this weather. His daughter, a college student, was with him because they were doing stuff together that day. Seriously, this man saved us from overheating and having to stay in a hotel overnight. He was great and so was his daughter. I can't say enough about what a great experience this was. read more

Called for a preventative maintenance call as summer is starting soon. Two guys showed up and began checking out my outside fan and blower in the attic. I tend to be very hands on when people come over to work on my house and the folks were certainly open to discussing the technical side of some of their diagnostics. They found a few issues such as a capacitor that was swelling (good old electrolytic capacitor plague) and was out of tolerance. They also found the defroster was wired incorrectly off of the relay outside. During all of this they showed me why it was incorrect and read values off of a DMM verifying expected outputs. This was great because it helped prove to me that they were actually fixing issues vs. trying to make phantom issues. It also demonstrated that they were competent in their trade. At my request I had them reconfigure the common wire so I could install my new smart thermostat. This was free of charge. Overall I was very pleased with my service. The bill was also very low and I can say the same service would have cost several hundred more at other HVAC companies. Highly recommend. read more

I have been using Sparkle Air for all of my air conditioning needs. We moved into a house that still had the original air handler and heat pump units that required constant repair. We had a Home Warranty program that was always hard to work with and they kept wanting to fix instead of replace the unit. After having one of their contractors here for a blower failure and getting no help from them (it was 115 degrees that day), they were saying they could not get a replacement for 4 days because of Covid. I kicked them out of my house, called Sparkle Air who had been to my house several times before and never let me down. They had a blower ('Squirrel cage') in stock and were at my house within an hour and had the unit up and running. Needless to say, I am not a big fan of home warranty companies and dropped them immediately after trying to recoup the money for the cage replacement. Since then, Sparkle Air has replaced the entire unit (air handler and heat pump) and they had it all replaced, up and running in less than 7 hours. Sparkle Air will always be my 'go to' air conditioning company. read more

I was connected with Sparkle Air through my home warranty company in July 2021- Sparkle Air was very cooperative and accommodating during the hot season during a miserable time for the AC to go out. I was so happy with their service I made a point to hang onto the business card fridge magnet- and thank God - because last week my AC started making a strange sound like there was a horror movie scene transpiring in my attic and (completely unrelated to what they had previously fixed last year). Fred, the owner, sent Tom out today, after Fred had basically diagnosed the problem over the phone from the horrific sound (amazing ears!). Tom came out today and confirmed the problem, found the part that needed to be replaced (amazing with the current supply chain issues) and Tom literally drove the extra distance to ensure that they would get the part today, and get my AC unit up and running- which it was within less than 20 minutes of Tom showing up with the replacement part. Fred and Tom were a delight to work with. Their service is excellent and pricing reasonable. I would highly recommend them!!! read more

FIVE STAR Service for this Five Star professional, caring company. Many thanks to Fred (owner) and Rolland who was the tech that was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and worked with a smile in this blazing heat. Sparkle Air was the fourth company assigned to me through Fidelity Home Warranty since Monday. I have been without AC since Monday. The other companies could not get to me until Friday even though they told Fidelity they could. Fidelity assigned Sparkle Air at 10:30 a.m. today to me . I called and left a message for Sparkle Air at 11:30 a.m. At noon, Fred (owner) returned my call. Only 30 min. Wow! He told me he would have a tech out in hour or so. At 2:30 pm Rolland and a trainee arrived. My motor had failed. They had parts on the truck. I was up and running with cool air in my 92 degree home by 3:30. What a blessing, what service. I will use Sparkle Air for my maintenance and tune up twice a year from now on. I highly recommend Sparkle Air in your time of need or maintain your air conditioner. Thank you Fred and Rolland. - Nancy F. read more

I have a home warranty company they referred me to Sparkle Air, My AC was not blowing cool air and it was over 90 degrees in my home, Prior to scheduling the appointment, they asked me if I had a place to stay until they arrived due to the temperature. They came first thing in the morning the very next day. They were kind, courteous and very pleasant to work with. The next morning a few technicians showed up right on time! They fully evaluated my unit and explained the issue. The technician Max, not only explained the issues and concerns with the unit, he found the root of the problem. The part then needed to be ordered through my warranty company, which will take a few days. They then offered a solution to keep me comfortable in my home by adding Freon until the part came in. I was super pleased and happy! Most AC companies that I have worked with in the past would just fix the unit and leave. There was never any explaining nor explaining the problem. Sparkle Air did an amazing job and I would refer them to all my friends and family. High recommended. read more

Sparkle Air - owner Fred is honest, beyond fair in pricing and probably the BEST with pricing and knowledgeable. If you need a new unit or one serviced, without a doubt, THIS is the company to call. I had a home warranty with Choice Warranty - what a waste of money! They have it all figured out from the algorithm for searching all the way to what not to cover. I independently searched for AC / heat company and spoke with four other companies, hired Sparkle Air to come look at my unit. Sparkle Air had technician Roland at my house in less than 24 hours (warranty company took 4 days) and in the end, Sparkle Air provided the most detail in the diagnostic, provided pictures (seeing how I couldn't climb the ladder), responded to every call and every question knowing I was working at trying to get the warranty to cover and getting quotes from others in the industry. If you need service or a new unit, Sparkle Air is the company to call. Fast, fair, reliable - all the things a company should stand and rarely does. read more

We stumbled upon Sparkle Air a couple of years ago after a horrendous experience with another company who charged us a fortune but did absolutely nothing to fix our air conditioning. Enter Fred from Sparkle Air--he swooped in and fixed everything quickly, and at reasonable prices to boot. Fast forward to recently: when we discovered Sparkle was now tackling plumbing, we didn't hesitate to call Fred with our list of procrastinated issues. His team made quick work of our plumbing needs, fixing everything professionally, quickly, and affordably. And just when we thought they couldn't impress us more, we had a leak in our old water heater, and Sparkle was there to save the day again. Sparkle Air has consistently exceeded our expectations. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and the remarkable improvements they've brought to our climate control and plumbing systems compel us to recommend them wholeheartedly. For anyone in need of top-notch A/C or plumbing services, Sparkle Air is the clear choice. read more

I honestly cannot say enough about Fred and Sparkle Air. Our air was out and after going through a few companies from our home warranty that couldn't service zone air conditioning, Fred was called. It was a Saturday and because of summer, he was extremely busy. But knowing we had no air for a few days, he ordered the part needed and sent his technician out on Sunday. They were there for 9 hours, in extreme heat, working away in the attic so we could get relief. Although we needed an additional part, they got it to work before they left and came back as promised with the part when they said. Dealing with my home warranty was a mess and very frustrating, but Fred stuck to his word and finished the job despite the issues with what was going to be covered. I am so impressed with this company that I will never use anybody else. Kudos to Roland who was the technician that came to our rescue in the middle of summer. He was very knowledgeable and had no issue with zone air units. We can't thank you enough! read more

Our central A/C is approaching 15-years old. With the hot temperatures soon to be upon us, we thought it would be good to have our unit checked out. We previously had been led to believe that we had a small leak, too small to detect, and perhaps a bit of freon may be required. Max came over and checked out the unit. When I say checked out the unit, I mean he left no stone unturned. Max explained everything that he was doing using all the numbers he was expecting to see using the various pressure gauges and meters. What really impressed me is that he told me the numbers that would indicate a system in tolerance before he actually performed the check. Anyone else could have taken some readings and then said, "yeah, these check out" or "no, not in tolerance" and I would have been none the wiser. He informed me that for an older system, everything seemed to be in check, and good news: no freon required! I am very happy with Sparkle Air and recommend them without hesitation. read more

I called this company when my AC went out and the next day, they sent a service technician out to see what was wrong. When it was determined that my AC could no longer be fixed and that we need a new unit, the owner (Fred) searched day and night for a new unit for us. The team constantly communicated about their new findings and if they are able to help fix our problem. This is something I really liked. To be honest, you do not receive this level of service from other companies. I appreciate people who go above and beyond. Arizona summers are no fun, especially when you have no AC to cool you down. They helped us fix our problem in about a week. SUCH FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE! I really appreciate the team taking their time and really taking care of their customers. They were very friendly and empathetic! I definitely felt like a valued customer! I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for all your help! You guys kept your cool to keep us cool. read more

I don't usually write any reviews, but this guy should be avoided at all cost. he installed a new AC/Heater for my dad home in Scottsdale and when my dad asked him about a warranty pointed to him self and said" I'm the warranty" my dad who's 89 just took that at face value, all good until a year later when the AC was not working in the summer, my parents were away and I called him, he sent someone right away, and charged for the part he had to replace, which was also all good until my father called him to ask how come he charged for it, if the unit is still under warranty, and this guy Fouad started yelling and cussing my 89 year old dad ! really ! And now less than 6 months later this new unit, again does not work ! I have reached out to him several times but no reply at all! be careful, there are many choices for heating and cooling, I would be very careful giving my business to this guy. read more

I recently had the pleasure of using Sparkle Air, and I seriously can't recommend their services enough! Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident during the entirety of the project. We had recently moved into a new house where the air was not reaching all areas of the home. Cody, the technician, quickly diagnosed the issues and had the AC working in all areas of the house within a few hours. We had worked with a few other companies and they were unable to diagnose the issue often opting into installing a new system altogether. Fred, the owner, was very responsive and constantly went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with their services! I feel so fortunate to have chosen Sparkle Air, and I definitely recommend them for any HVAC-related services! If you have any HVAC-related issues Fred and his team will definitely solve your problems! read more

My home warranty company (finally!) approved the purchase of a new A/C unit and Sparkle Air installed it. Fred actually caught the fact that they had ordered the wrong size A/C (twice) and made sure I received the correct one. The installation went very smooth, however, when it started up, something made a weird noise in the air ducts. Apparently, duct tape had come loose and was flapping wildly somewhere in there. I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep at night having with all that ruckus. Fred's Tech, Carlos, and Fred came back to my house after hours to try to find the source of the problem and Carlos did! No more flapping noise! They could have walked away saying that this was not covered by the warranty but Carlos found and fixed the problem. I'm a real estate agent and I look for companies like Sparkle Air all the time, because my clients ask me all the time. Five well deserved stars!!! read more
