Always on point! Great pizza. Good service. Good atmosphere to be casual to hang out eat and drink.

Nice big open place on the inside. We ordered pizza and thought it was pretty good, while almost everyone around us ordered pasta. Overall, friendly staff and good food. read more

Spankys never disappoints with their pizza, burgers or wings. Tried other dishes but those listed are my favorite ! The drinks here are good as well and the service. I like how they also give out coupons. They come in handy and make me want to visit more read more

Food and service is always good but Rachel is absolutely outstanding! Very attentive, funny and we got some education on pizza!!

Not enough food for the price. Pretty ridiculous. As you can see this is maybe 2 ounces of chicken and a box of lettuce for $14. That's absolutely stupid. read more

Delicious food, especially the pizza. Pizzas have a lot of meat and cheese. Service is great and prices reasonable. read more

I came here with my coworkers for lunch one day. They always wanted to try this restaurant so we did. It was busy for lunch rush, but we were able to be seated right away. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and it had extra cheese on it. The waiter recommended it so I figured I would try it because I love cheese. When it came out, there was a ton of cheese on it, maybe a bit too much. Not enough sauce on the spaghetti. There was a lot of pasta and enough to have leftovers. The bread that came with it wasn't cooked all the way through. It tasted doughy and undercooked. My coworkers got pizza. The pizza did look better and they ate all of it. I'll get the pizza if I go back. They shared it and said it was enough food. The price wasn't too bad but I would recommend the pizza over the pasta. read more

Um, what happened to the sauce? It is VERY spicy and kinda burns. What happened to the original sauce?

This place is run by a bunch of morons! We have always loved Spanky's. We have been loyal customers of the 610 & Telephone Road location for over 30 years, and fully supported the LaPorte/Deer Park locale back when they were open, but this location is plagued with hiring morons and they just can't seem to get it together. We have long given up trying to enjoy dine-in service, even way before COVID, but honestly their take out is the worst. We have experienced every issue imaginable, coming home with the wrong pizza, pizza made incorrectly, etc the list goes on. This past week I told my husband that I was hungry for Spanky's, he said he would call it in and pick it up on his way home. He called and they said "will be ready in 20 minutes". He got there in 20, paid for the order and they could not find our pizza. He waited and waited and after a good 10 minutes asked what the issue was and was told that our pizza had not been made and he would have to wait. He verbalized his displeasure since it was obvious that they dropped the ball, so some girl who claimed to be the manager on duty came to the counter and he told her he was unhappy with the service and she said "it's not our fault", he replied "well, it's not my fault, I called in the order giving you plenty of time to prepare my order, so if it's not your fault then who is responsible for this situation?" Her reply..."it's technology's fault"...wait, what? WTF, do you mean it's technology's fault?? It seems as though the printer that prints the little tickets, based upon cashier taking the order and entering into their system, ran out of paper and the cashier didn't notice, so none of the order tickets were printing and being clipped to the binder clips and shoved to the cooks on the little cable, so all the orders backed up. But what is obviously a human error made by a moron is being touted as "technology's fault"! I guess because the printer can't change out the little roll of paper tape itself they feel justified in blaming the printer. I swear this is a true story, it can't get any worse than this! The only reason they get 2 stars is because the pizza is normally very good. Maybe we just need to order and drive to 610 & Telephone and skip this location all together! read more

Good pizza, reasonable price! Good: Their pizza, pastas are amazing, the 10" is more than enough for lunch and won't break the bank. Bad: Breadsticks, they are bland and if you get cheese its just got bad looking melty cheese on top, not very appealing. Give it a go, especially on for an ordering app, the 10" pizza meets the 12 buck requirement for Doordash if you are doing dash pass. read more

First time I go in, I order the spinach and garlic pizza, came with no marinara. Second time I go to this place I order the same thing because I enjoyed it so much the first time. And this time it had marinara. I don't know what pizza place makes a pizza like that with marinara. Alfredo I could understand. I asked a manager, or some type of manager at the time, if the pizza came with marinara because the last time I had it, it did not. I didn't care for their response nor their lack of customer service skills. I did not want to wait for another pizza to be ordered, so I made no attempt in correcting the order. I'll know better for next time I go, if I go. Also, had a side salad, parts of the lettuce were browning and some parts had that crisp watery bite to it as if it was partially frozen and now defrosting. Oh well. First time was great, second time sucked. read more

The service was great it was business but the service was still on point. The food is always great!

GreAt service, great food... they did forget all the extras I asked for but they fixed it quickly. Ex. Jalapeños or lime for my beer. Only disappointment js that I was out hunting amazing buffalo wings, I was told to go there. Buffalo is not the way to describe the sauce. The wings have A LOT of potential. Just wish they had a spicy buffalo sauce. It is more of a sweet sauce if anything. Not for me.... I ate one. Blah. read more

Date night or just a family dinner spot, the Spanky's in Pasadena is a must! My husband and I were in no rush, so we ordered the fried mushrooms, onion rings, fried pickles, along with 2 of their draft beers. The atmosphere is very conversational, not that we need one, but we truly enjoyed the decor. Our server Brianna was terrific. She was consistent in checking with how we were doing and offered recommendations when we asked. We finally chose the Toscano pizza (I wish we would have ordered a bigger size). The pizza was delicious. The blend of ingredients complimented each other flawlessly. I'd expect a pizza that tasty from an exclusive, high-dollar gourmet kitchen. Thank you, Spanky's and Brianna, for a beautiful time. We will happily return time and time again. read more

I placed an order for takeout via Uber Eats. I didn't know they were out of wings and Pasta was missing from my order. They still billed me for the wings. I tried for 2 weeks to get them to credit/refund my wings and pasta but they never did. Finally received an email stating that I would have had to respond with 7 day (I'd called called immediately upon receipt of the order yet still no acknowledgement nor refund). Buyer Beware. read more

Customer service is poor, we asked to be seated at a table to view the Astros game but were told that the center area was closed sorry and only seating at booths which all of them have terrible or no view of TV's, and the Bar area was full with no empty tables. But 5 minutes later they seat people in the center with empty booths and within 15 minutes more center tables had people seated and outer booths empty. And now to the pizza, you get more bread than toppings so don't get the hand toss or deep dish if you don't want to pay $20+ for bread. And their drink cocktails "ARE WAY OVER PRICED", they charge a high premium price which I would be okay with but the bartenders there "ARE NOT TOP SHELF BARTENDERS" and the drinks ordered were terrible, so just get a Beer nobody can mess that up. But if you're curious, go and judge for yourself. read more

I ordered take home last night and when I got home I realized I left my wallet at the counter. After asking them if I left it there they said no, but I went to check anyways. They told me they'd call me if they found it, but when I called back the next day still nothing. I asked if they could review the camera footage and they declined. Seems as though someone stole from me and their manager would rather not be of help. Food is mid when you take it home, better to eat there read more

Went to spanks pizza tonight waited 50 minute for a pizza when people were being served all around me after they came in 10. 20 and 30 Minutes after me and they ate and already left the restaurant. When speaking to the lack of manager she did nothing and did not address the issue after waiting an additional 5 minutes I left money for my tea and left. We drove 30 minutes to have their pizza And their service tonight was the worse service I have ever experienced. Had an amazing experience on a BUSY Friday night. Brittny had several large tables and still made our table of four feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant. We went to eat around 1230 and it was not that busy. We were seated right away and it looked to be social distancing everyone. The menu was kinda small. I really wanted a calzone or turnover but we shared a meat lovers pizza. The pizza was good. Had a good flavor good crust my complaint was on the server. Or guy seemed like he had other things to do. The place was not busy at all. He dropped off the pizza and never bothered to tip off it drinks that were empty. We both eat 2 slices of pizza with no drunk and had to flag down another waitress for a drink. Then he magically appears like he I'm here after. He also took forever with the check. I would have gladly left the other waitress my tip but he didn't need one but I did leave one read more

Update to my 2018 review...I ordered Garlic Shrimp Alfredo again, it was disgusting. Over cooked noodles, drowned in what they called alfredo, shrimp was disgusting, had a very "fishy" taste. Side cesar salad tasted like it was smothered in seasoned mayonnaise. read more

I ordered the pizza at 530 for a pickup at 815pm. I arrived at 840pm and my ordered was not ready. This was my first visit to Houston and I was informed to go here and to wait for my food is unacceptable esp a take out order with a confirmation number. read more

Highly recommend - the supreme pizza is SUPREME! Family members also love their wings. Nice family atmosphere; fun place!

Tonight my husband and I went to pick up our order. Two girls handling the order were making fun of me. It seems like every time we go they leave something out of our order. So today I asked the girl to pls remember the ranch and double checked we got the extra salsa. While I was standing at the counter getting my order they were making fun of me asking for the ranch! Which was Left out of my order! If your going ti talk about your customers at least wait until they leave! Remember if it wasn't for paying customers you wouldn't have a JOB! Mind you this was the Pasadena Location. read more

Please properly train your employees and manager on their customer service skills. Checking on an order is a part of their job especially if a customer has been waiting on their order for 30 minutes and 4 other customers got theirs before in a matter of 10-15mins. Telling a customer to calm down and that something customer service related is not a part of job is a poor excuse especially when that person has been calm. If I could give the restaurant a negative I would. read more

Spanky's is consistent with great food and service. We only eat out as a family about once a week, so it's a drag when we choose a place that ends in disappointment, Spanky's is a go to place that has proven to please my family.
