I understand that due to a pandemic there may be delays. Please update your website delivery time frames because customers are not mind readers. We don't expect 1.5 hours when the estimated time is 30-40 minutes. I called to ask about my delivery and a woman gets on the phone to say she's the only driver. I told her it's almost been an hour and her smart alec arse said "it's been 48 minutes". Okay and you haven't left yet. So by the time you get the food delivered it's an hour, genius. She said delivery is pushed out to 1.5 hours at the moment. How was I suppose to know that?? UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE OR HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL CUSTOMERS AND LET THEM KNOW. Ordered online for pickup. When I got home, I ate a small piece that was hanging on the end and realized that they were cold and soggy so I put them in the microwave. When I bit into them again, i couldn't bite a piece off because it was chewy. I looked at it and it was RAW CHICKEN!! I am disgusting and disappointed. I called and spoke to the manager on duty on 2/6/23 at 8PM. She asked me if I wanted them remade and to pick them up or to "write my name on a list" so I get $10 off my next order. WTH. I told her I wanted my money back. She said "they don't really like us to do refunds but I okay I can do that" but she was still pushing the $10 off. I told her that I don't want that because I won't be going back. (She said it wasn't going to be there and it will be a different manager to help me when I went in) I went back to the store and everyone was rude and VERY cold like i felt uneasy in there. I said hello to the guy at the register and he glanced at me and continued what he was doing which was weird (he wasn't on the phone either). The manager came out (I think her name was Sarah) she asked me what I needed and I told her about the wings. She took them and didn't say anything. Came back a few minutes later and said "I'm remaking your wings. It'll be a few minutes" I told her I didn't want the wings and I wanted my money back. It took a while but I eventually got my money back for the wings. I worked in the food industry for 8 years If this had happened to me on my shift, I would have refunded the full amount if a situation like this happened. I ate RAW CHICKEN. today was the worst I have ever had at the Pizza Hut on Richey in pasadena Tx. the pizza was cooked so long that the crust was shriveled up and hard it was not even edible very little toppings on it. lt was supposed to be a Supreme it wasn't. needless to say no more from there. for the money they charge it should have been better. This has to be the poorest place on the planet. When I lived in Houston I would order the supreme and it was truly supreme. Twice now I have ordered from this place and tonight I didn't even bothe eating it. A supreme is scanty sauce , almost no discernible cheese, and for this and another medium cheese pizza I paid 40 dollars including tip. You people suck. There is no other way to say it. Pasadena location needs to shut down. Oh and I forgot to add that it was lukewarm at best. You should be ashamed and if this sounds harsh then I should go on because this doesn't touch how horrible this place is. read more

This is the most trustworthy place I can get pizza in Pasadena without worrying about it being a disaster. Staff is friendly and I say it's fast service considering how many people order around the time I go. It tastes just like any other Pizza Hut does so don't get your hopes too far up. I usually go Friday between 3-7 and the results are about the same each time. I like this one very much. read more

We have ordered pizza from here (for both delivery and pick up). We have always been treated like humans rather than 'just another order ' or 'just another pick up'. The day we came inside, I was speaking to the manager. Our area floods easily when it rains and this was about the Memorial Day storms we had this year. My daughter had ordered pizza while i was at work. The driver came into our flooding complex and in a smaller car. Most medium SUV's can't always get through when it rains heavily. My daughter forgot to tip him. On any night like that night, the driver was more deserving of a tip than any normal night. I have many family members who work in pizza delivery and in restaurants. Delivery and wait staff deserve to get tipped unless their service was so bad it doesn't deserve it. (I have not tipped twice in my life and both times it was the server, not the kitchen and bad attitudes to go along with it) . We came here about a week or so after that night. I made sure we got a good tip to this driver. We knew what he drove and the date and approximate time of the order. They looked it up and the manager made sure this gentleman got his tip. The manager was very helpful and understanding. I'm glad we went back to do this. When someone still goes beyond what is necessary (making sure he got through flood waters for my kid to eat), they he deserves it. That's exactly what this delivery person did. read more

The manager hung up on me when I was being polite and she was giving me an attitude. Their delivery guy, I don't know who it was, but he delivered the wrong food and gave me an attitude and said it was my fault for choosing the no contact service. If you ask me, he should check the address when delivering food. I got my pizza an hour and a half late. The one on Spencer has better service... go to that one. I promise I wasn't even a rude or harsh cutomer, I'm a generally a a kind person but the way the manager just hung up on me while I was saying "thank you" and the way that guy was as giving me attitude for no reason is shitty and disrespectful. read more

This location is going through remodeling. This means if you want a pizza you have to use the drive thru, but you can not place an order at the drive thru you have to call it in. So they will sit and watch you dial them. I don't understand how this is easier for anyone. If they are going to give this bad service might as well close down the whole restaurant. read more

I made an online delivery order for two pizzas and 12 wings. A meat lovers, a pineapple/ham, and buffalo wings. An all around easy order. Delivery man showed up an hour later, and left with a tip. Now, when my husband brought the pizzas to the table, we realized that the pineapple/ham was completely wrong (absolutely no pineapples in sight) and the wings were mild. We immediately called to get the order corrected and was left on hold for nearly 10 minutes after having to explain to multiple people that we wanted to speak to a manager. Said manager finally gets on the line and is told that we will be there in 15 minutes, with the pizza that was made incorrectly and will want a replacement (at this point, we didn't care about the wings.) We get there 15 minutes later with the pizza in hand. Only to be told "a delivery driver took it." After having a conversation with this young man, he then said "it's just pizza but it's stressful, that's why we don't give a sh*t." We will never be returning to this Pizza Hut, if we return to Pizza Hut at all. Extremely disappointed in the service, not to mention the fact that the other food was cold by the time we were able to eat, along with the staff. I used to love Pizza Hut, but lately they have slacked. The workers especially in the back look dirty. Dirty jeans, they need to shave and faded t-shirts. Staff presence has a lot to do with the restaurant, in my opinion. Not worth the only one star I "HAD" to select to post this! I went to this Pizza Hut Tuesday, September 13, 2016. I chose this location because I seen it had more star ratings than any other Pizza Hut in the area. We didn't have a lot of time because of a school game, but I drove pass five other Pizza Huts and several other pizza places to get to this particular place. I regret going by the star rating and not reading the comments (especially Ben H's comment that I just now read from March 26!) My girls and I had the same encounter with "the Asian lady"! Her name is Cheryl. We walk in and there is no one at the counter, so I ring the bell for service and Cheryl walks out and just stands there with absolutely NO expression on her face and says nothing. She literally just stood there looking at us. After that awkward moment of silence I asked if she would please take our order and she whispered so low I had to lean onto the counter after repeatedly telling her I couldn't hear her. Never did she try to speak up! I usually walk out of a place with employees such as this but my kids were hungry and we were pressed for time. Needless to say, my $50 order was messed up because on top of the bad customer service (thanks to Cheryl) our pizza was made wrong. Totally not what we ordered! A word of advise, if you ever walk into this place and you see the miserable looking Asian lady Cheryl on the opposite side of the counter don't waste your time or money because she will give you bad customer service and purposely screw up your order! read more
