Walked in and was ignored I will never support this business... the person working ignored me and worked slowly

A lot has changed within the last 3 years when I did this review. Food is still good but Service is piss poor. It was pitch dark in the lot like they were closed. We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and one of the delivery workers walked passed us like we didn't exist. Thought maybe it was a floke. Then 2 minutes later another walked passed us. Not being acknowledged in a place MADE for car acknowledgeable. There's 3 workers behind counter: one standing around, another on phone (girl) taking an order and one gathering stuff to deliver an order(girl). Then after being ignored by that worker, I told my husband to call them. (I left my phone at home.) The other guy picked up, he was like are you guys open? We've sitting here in the drive thru. But instead of owning up to their faux pas. The slacker, he comes to the window and lies like he was just on the phone. We told him no you weren't we just saw him and he tried to change the subject. No wonder why this place always looks like a ghost town @6:30. There's other places to eat with better food & service. read more

I wanted to like this pizza so bad because it's closest but it's the worst pizza i've had. The customer service is great however, and i like the overall look of the restaurant. I did try the lemon pepper wings and those were really good. The pizza just tastes extremely waxy and doesn't taste fresh at all. I ordered a salad and a cheese pizza. And b/c it was pouring rain I had it delivered to my hotel. I didn't go to the restaurant. To my surprise after more than an hour waiting for the delivery. I called and was told it was delivered. To look outside my room door. It was there and getting cold. The delivery person never knocked not once. WHY?? Best pizza in town hands down!! Their pizza is full of flavors. My tastebuds are in heaven when I eat here. I've ordered here before for pick up and when I went to go pick it up, I had a flat tire. I called them and they put my order on hold for me until I called them back and they then they started cooking it. They were so nice. Tonight my friend & I went inside and ate. We had a medium pizza. Today I stopped by to try their buffet. I walked in and the place was 3/4 full. And the bar was full of food. Also the associates were really nice, friendly and helpful. Despite the crowd the resturant was rather clean. The Buffet price was $7.99 all you can eat-which included a drink. I guess because the bar was small the associate who rung me up asked me if there was thing I wanted in particular and they would make. I was like daaaannnng!!! Really. But at this time I hadn't seen the bar. The pizza at the bar was ok... There was meat lovers, pepperoni and two-three other meat pizzas. I thought hmmmn. All meat pizzas' ... Then it dawned on me there were nothing but big burley men in here... and even though I consider myself big - I was no way able to be placed into their category. I will say-just make it clear I'm not bougie- but I do use paper towels or napkins when I pick up the tongs at all you can eat restaurants. Why?? I am glad you asked because I see too many people sneezing in their hands, playing with their face--I just don't need those kind of germs... Holla if you feel me!!!! Marco's is our go-to pizza place, and big plus! It's right down the street. Huzzah! My girls wanted pizza yesterday, but things didn't work out and tonight was pizza night. I ordered a veggie sandwich with double mushrooms, double olives, tomatoes, triple lettuce and spinach for me, a cheese pizza for the girls, and a pepperoni and pepper for the hubby. Dude. I thought they totally ruined the sandwich, and I was going to be upset. It no. Where homeboy chef messed up he created a masterpiece I say. A. Master. Piece. Was there lettuce? No Was there spinach? No. It was all mushroom. All olives. With tomatoes. By God. It was the best sandwich in my life I think. My husband stayed the pizza shall be had again this weekend. Yes. BOMB BOMB BOMB!!! Love the pizza from here! I always call my order in and it's always ready on time! Very nice and helpful and they are never rude! Not gonna lie at first glance I was skeptical and my first order was completely on accident. When I drove up I was expecting to be disappointed but i was wrong AF! Now this is my favorite spot for pizza! I order an XL Grilled chicken and Italian sausage pizza, extra cheese and a garlic crust! DUDE IT COMES OUT LIKE THE CARTOONS! Y'all ever watch ninja turtles and crave a pizza? SAME! And the delivery is ALWAYS on time when I do get it delivered. Pretty good pizzas. Not too greasy. I like that you can add stuff to the crust, like garlic butter or cheese. A little pricey but not outrageous. Close to my house, so I never have long to wait on a delivery. My only complaint is when I order extra toppings, they never get added. Like on my last pizza, I asked for chicken to be included on it and hold the tomatoes, but both requests were ignored. Luckily, I don't think I was charged for the non-existent chicken. read more

We ordered 55 pizzas several days in advance. 15 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered, they call and say they do not have a delivery driver they cannot deliver the pizzas. I offer to come get them, and they had not started my order. They said it would take at least an hour to make the pizzas. We will not use them again. read more

The Deluxe pizza was perfect!! It arrived hot, perfectly cooked, with a fabulous cheese pull. The cheesy bread was meh. It felt more burnt than anything else I prefer okey gooey cheese and this bread just didn't deliver. The marinara snd ranch were very yummy. I'm not a fan of buffets in general, especially pizza buffets. I've ordered delivery from Marco's in Pearland and was happy with it. I had a little free time between appointments, so a friend and I checked out the buffet here. The pizza was nice and fresh, but for sure, take out is the way to go. I placed an order online to be picked up at 615. I get there at 645 sat in the drive through for 5 minutes while the two young ladies inside LOOKED but never came over to the window. I go in and give the young lady my order number...long story short the pizza was never made... there was no apology offered just terrible customer service. OMG because of Covid birthdays pretty much have been cancelled. Well with in a couple of months my son and his family had birthday. Two kids back to back then him and his wife. We decided to try this place because my manager kept raving about it. I am a picky eater but she said I would love the pizza. It was so good. We will definitely be back to try another menu item. This is our most favorite place to get pizza to go from. Most of the time we order it to pick up. They have a drive through where you pick your order up from. We prefer this place over pizza hut and dominos. When its Christmas time and they have the lighted parade, we pick up a pizza and find a place to park to watch the parade. read more

Hungry for a good pizza. I paid extra for curbside pickup, and had to drive thru and get my food at their window. The person at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves. The pizza had a good sauce and fresh toppings, however my small pizza had a crust border of about 3 inches! Pretty skimpy on the toppings, it was suppose to be a deluxe. The three stars are for the quality and taste of the food. It's not as extensive as CiCi's, but it's also a lot better. At anytime I'd say they had five or six different pizza options. What's good about this is that the turnover is fast so it's usually still pretty fresh. I took away two stars for the service and function of the salad bar and pizza station. The girl that was working the register was very distracted/disinterested. She barely said anything to us and I don't think she once looked me in the eyes. My other issue was that there weren't enough serving utensils. The salad bar didn't have enough ladles for the dressings so they were getting mixed up from people switching them around. The pizza bar also didn't have enough, so you'd have to switch them back and forth also. It was a pain when it was crowded and you just wanted a piece of pizza but had to wait like a vulture to get the utensil. The lunch buffet is only M-From 11-2. We had two buffets and drinks for $15. Aside from those times, it's only delivery or carry out which kinda sucks. The buffet is a much better value, if you can make it during the three hour window. I would go back again, just based on the pizza and cost. Hopefully they were just having an off day with the other stuff. read more

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time and we BOTH loved it! The pizza was AWESOME! We ordered the White Cheezy on one side and Pepperoni/Sausage on the other half. We also got the Garlic Butter flavoring on the crust. OH YEAH! The White Cheezy pizza was really good. If you love bacon, you will love this. It was A LOT of bacon. And it also had Feta cheese on it which isn't a typical cheese you see on pizza. I personally love Feta so it was a hit with me! He LOVED his side too. We ordered 1 large (14") plus 2 drinks and the total was between $20-$21. It's not cheap but it was definitely worth it. We went on a Sunday night so it was not busy at all. In fact, we were the only table in there for awhile. My only complaint was that both of our sodas were flat. The manager supposedly fixed it but it didn't taste much better when we got refills. We both ordered different kinds of soda (root beer and Dr. Pepper) and they were both flat. Weird. Other than that, it was a great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back! I had never eaten at a Marco's Pizza before, until a couple of weeks ago - not a clue as to what their pizza tasted like. I just ordered from the same pizza place consistently. Fox news was on, and I saw a Marco's Pizza commercial that said "America's favorite pizza." I thought to myself I would need to try it. The next day, my order from Marco's Pizza was the 2 medium special hand tossed. When I tasted the pizza, I was stunned about how delicious it was - wow! We decided to come into Marcos a could of months ago and the pizza is outstanding. We ordered a large thin crust half meat and half supreme. The crust is what a thin crust should be cracker crisp , well done and they aren't shy with toppings. Tonight we went in and ordered the same but they got the order wrong. It happens all the time. Customer service is above board at this location. Not only did the rep take ownership of the situation and replaced the pizza promptly, he gave us the incorrect pizza but free desert.
