The fried zucchini blossoms I've had before but never like this, usually just cream filled but this actually had a bit of anchovy flavor to it which was interesting. The cacio e pepe was incredibly simple but rich a nice complement to the Amatriciana which cut the richness with the acidity of the tomato sauce. The bacon was insanely crunchy in the pasta too which added another dimension in the dish, we had Amatriciana pasta nonstop in Rome but Il Duca's was the absolute best. The tiramisu was also incredible, incomparable to what I've had in the US, so rich and creamy with a ton of dark depth with the espresso.
