The bacon was insanely crunchy in the pasta too which added another dimension in the dish, we had Amatriciana pasta nonstop in Rome but Il Duca's was the absolute best. The tiramisu was also incredible, incomparable to what I've had in the US, so rich and creamy with a ton of dark depth with the espresso.
