I highly recommend Spa Ten20. Susan, the owner, has been taking great care of my nails for 13 years. Lena does my pedicures, also for many years. They are both fantastic. I have used other technicians there and haven't been disappointed. What else sets this place apart from other salons? Several reasons. -They set the bar high for client satisfaction. -They interact with their clients. I have been to other nail salons where the employees ignore their clients and talk to each other nonstop. -They like each other. I've also been to other salons where they employees don't get along and openly argue with each other. -Very little turnover. The same staff greets you every time. The true measure is that although I have been a client for 13 years many have been clients for much longer! read more

This place is great! They are busy but take time to do your nail and pay attention to detail. Manicure shellac costs $25 and worth so much more than the $24 offered by a nearby store who only spent 10 minutes on painting my nail. Will be back for sure. read more

Great staff!! The girls are very nice and take their time to do your nails exactly how you want it, without any complains. I wasn't sure of which color to choose so she tried on my hand with both of them to make it easier for me to pick one.. And still i got my nails done with gel polish in about only 30mim. I've been very happy with the ladies and the service each time I have come in. I love love love the deluxe pedicure! Oh my goodness, that is heaven to me. Best gel manicure I went here for my birthday and they really took care of me even though they were busy and I didn't have an appointment now almost 4 weeks later gel is still in tact. I showed up a few minutes early and realized, I should have come a little earlier, I was not ready for all the colors they have to choose from! I settled on Mariners colors, and ended up with beautiful manicure. Then it was over to the pedicure, my advice to you, definitely step up to the $25 dollar pedi! My friend and I started coming here two years ago because it happened to be close to her house. I'm so glad because it's become my favorite place! The women are all super nice and do an excellent job. The first time I came in the woman doing my nails had a coral ombre manicure and I asked if she could do that on me. Those were the coolest nails I've ever had! I've done manicures, pedicures, shellac, and regular polish and have been very impressed all around. This last time my sister and I both got the Deluxe Pedicures and it was incredibly relaxing! The hot stones and scrub were just fabulous. It really was a true spa experience. All of the women at SpaTen20 are very sweet and accommodating. I love that when I call and make an appointment they honor my time whereas I have I had experiences at other salons when I have called ahead to make an appointment and arrived only to wait sometimes up to a half hour past the designated time. They also have great prices, the $25 pedicure includes paraffin and hot stone massage. Bonus- they give a 5% discount if you bring cash! They have perfected my shellac manicures, and have delivered the longest lasting polish I have had. read more

I was trying to kill some time so I looked up a salon to get my nails done, this one had good reviews so I decided to check it out, oh my word!! I got shellac manicure, looked terrible, the gel wasn't on smooth, like if you look at the side of the nail looks like mountains and hills, nails have little air bubbles, I mean you coulda just told me your nail polish sucks and I woulda gotten a different color or something like Omg very disappointed and she literally filed the top of my nail down so much, nobody has ever done such a terrible job in my whole nail experience, good thing I was too tired that day to throw a fit in the salon... I like every one of the women who work there and find them all very capable of any service the salon offers. Jenny has been doing my nails and waxing my legs in the past few months and I have nothing but praise. She does everything just how I like and is the most efficient waxer! I really really wanted to like this place the reviews were great and within walking distance of my home this was my second time going there the first time I seemed to be bothering them for what I asked for. so I gave them a second chance and went back I wanted a full set an a removal of my current set it seem to be a bother again took a total of two hours plus which seemed to be a tedious job that took way too long I felt very uncomfortable and not wanting to return not a person spoke to me and made me feel comfortable the nail shape was decent but the nail paint itself looked like a child had done it and I actually could've done it better myself the fact that I like to go out and have my nails done is to be picky because I'm actually paying for it but nowadays it seems like an argument to actually get what you want when you're the one paying for it. needless to say I won't be returning this time and I'll be looking for better nail salon read more

BEST service, can't be beat. I have had my fills done by Susan the owner and her cousin Sarah has done my designs on my nails. I have also had the stone massage pedicure with the paraffin wax. OMG, it's to die for. Very relaxing. I also have my eyebrows waxed by Susan. She does the best job that I have ever had done. She gets every last little hair and I love my eyebrows by the time I leave. The spa is so relaxing and everybody that works there is so nice. They do a fantastic job. The salon is nice and clean.
