The area is comfortable and very well arranged. There is great care taken for everyone's care. Their cleanliness practices are perfect. Choices of polish are many and all high quality. This is my special treat, and recommend it totally. There is street parking, but if not available, there is valet. I will start by saying that I have been a loyal Spa Space customer for years- I love the location (close to work), hours (easy to get an appointment) prices (pretty good) and services (massage, waxing, facials).... however in the past year the ease and professionalism of booking appointments has gone down. It hasn't been a one time thing but now a few times for me and now my friends have reported the same issue. The issue is- the salon will change the service provider and will not let you know and/or change the time of the appointment day. When you have been going to the same place you want to go the same provider- you book it with them in advance. If you don't care that is one thing and should be noted at the time of appointment being made. If the service provider changes then you should be given warning far in advance. The same goes for changing times on appointments. I've been called day of or 5 mins before my appointment to change the time. This is not professional. Things happen... people get sick but it has happened to me and my friends now a few times timing and provider switching. Overall, once you are there the treatments you get are great for the price. I wish that management would review how appointments are booked etc. In addition, it might be nice to have bookings done not by the front desk. Often times when people are waiting to check in/out the receptionists are on the phone and it is hard to get their attention. I came with my sister for their spa package that included a massage, a seasonal mani, and a paraffin pedi. I am surprised to see this place's average rating is so low. I thought the services were pretty good and the package was a great deal. I liked the little touches like the warm pillow (towel?) under my head during massage, the scrub during the seasonal pedi, the serious recline on the pedi chairs, free coffee/tea/m&ms/trail mix. My mani/pedi specialist Belinda was so sweet, making sure I had everything I needed and setting up my massage chair for me. I can't remember the name of my masseuse but she was a sweetheart as well. It was a birthday celebration for me and everyone made me feel really special :) I docked a star just because it didn't absolutely blow my mind but overall it was really good. I got the "Space Mission" spa package. The 90-minute massage was amazing. I forget the name of the masseuse​, but she was absolutely​ amazing. However, the second part of the service-- the reflexology massage and Indian​ head massage-- was NOT worth the money. The 3 stars are strictly​ for the 90-minute​e deep tissue massage. I came on for a quick facial on a short trip in the city and it was exactly what I needed! Indira was my esthetician and she did a wonderful job, she was very knowledgeable and left me with very practical takeaways that I can implement with or without the products they sell onsite. The facility is nice! It's was clean and there were tons of amenities that made my time there very nice. The locker room/changing area has mouthwash and various lotions, I saw a hair dryer and possibly even a hot tool for styling. I loved the robes and appreciated how cozy and comfortable the waiting area was after changing. I think my only issue was the sandals/slippers situation. I'm not sure how often (if at all) they sanitize the flip flops they give out, they are reused from what I can tell. I will likely bring my own next time I'm in -- and there will be a next time. read more

The staff is very nice and the spa, even though small, is calm and comfortable. The woman's space is packed with anything you could need (shampoo, conditioner, makeup wipes, q tips, all facial products) the shower has a steam option which was very relaxing and the showers are spacious. I wish there were more private areas for drying off/changing. You walk right into the shower and have to bring towel and everything into the stall with you. My massage was very relaxing, ask for Francois. My boyfriend said his massage was alright and that the men's space didn't have many toiletries. We shared the sauna next which was relaxing and spacious and I appreciated the private room. My only complaint is that the joint waiting space is practically right in the main area so if you are looking for more seclusion that is a little bit of a bummer. A friend and I had always considered SS as someplace that offered consistent, good quality mani-pedi's. They always use "new" nail filers and buffers for each client's pedi's. Awesome. You can take these home with you too. As anywhere, not all technicians aren't all created equal. That also applies to the customer serviceness you get here on any given visit - hit/miss. Too bad since it's not exactly cheap. I still only knocked off a star for that. 4 comfy pedi stations in the big room and 2 in the smaller room in back. Loungy pubic mani-pedi area offers a group of friends a chance to hang out a relax with your BYO while you get yo pampering on. While scarfing down handfuls of trail mix and M&M's :). SS offers packages of services that let's say, you get with friends to celebrate whatever. Minimum participation required. There's a small private room you can hang out in that you can "reserve" when you book said special event. BYO and they'll serve it to you all while you get your services together and hang out. Well, that's how it's supposed to work anyways when booking group events. Just make sure when you book and at check-in that it's clear to them what you want and expect like getting your mani done at the same time. I've been coming here for a few years now however this is my first experience with a pedicure. Since I was forced into it by my embarrassed wife I had no idea what to expect. The only reason I didn't give spa space 5 stars is because of the price but don't let that deter you as it's pretty consistent with most nail salons. As a man who doesn't participate in pedicures often I was surprised at the price of foot care because usually a mani in this town averages from $15-$25. Nonetheless I enjoyed the attention to my feet which was needed & I'm still seeing the results almost a week later. I only indulged because we were going on vacation & I'm glad I did. The place is relatively quiet & they cater to you quite well. There's a number of different options however what made the experience good for me was the "paraffin" treatment at the end. They put your feet inside a bag filled with warm love for lack of better/sophisticated word. It's extremely comforting & moisturizing. A must try & you can add it to a manicure as well read more

Spa Space was great, and just what me and my girls needed during our girls weekend in Chicago. We wanted a full spa day but didn't want to spend too much money, so this was perfect! Mani, pedi, massage for $188 (includes tax and gratuity) was perfect! Mike was a great massage therapist, warm towels on feet, aromatherapy and great deep tissue. Make sure you screen the level of massage therapist you are getting and the style you want before you book! My friend was not as pleased with her massage lady. Loved Deborah the nail tech. So sweet and really good and patient! The overall experience was great, delicious tea, private locker for your items, robe, not overcrowded and on time! They also managed to keep us all together throughout the day so we could enjoy our services together. And the services were good but be ready to spend the day - we were there from about 11:30 - 3! The shop definitely needs some updates especially the nail room, including the bathroom, but all in all a good experience. read more

One of my big pet peeves about spas is when they are snobby and pretentious. I hate feeling like I'm not good enough to be part of the clientele. That is so not the case at Spa Space. Here you will find open, friendly, down to earth people who will make you feel welcomed, special and like you are their top priority. I love it here and if it were closer would be a blissful regular. I made a reservation over a month ago for my sister and I to have massages, manis and pedis. This package they feature will only set you back $160 per person, yes you heard me right. For a spa day in Chicago. Bargain! I called back because it was such a bargain and upgraded our pedis to extra massaging lavender ones and they were more than accommodating about it, charging us a mere 20 bucks more. Yes I am spoiled. When you walk in you are greeted by a super sweet reception staff. They take you back to the ladies changing areas and show you a locker, where to get a robe and slippers. Then they show you where to take a shower or steam bath if you are interested. In the center area they have plenty of places where to fix yourself up with well lit mirrors and all the toiletry essentials at hand. The relaxation area with comfortable chairs is small but cozy and charming. When the tour is done they show you where to find the cucumber water, green tea and snacks then they hook you up with your first round of beverage. A woman is in charge of keeping this area stocked and neat and she is a super lovely person, so friendly with her constant smiles. Shortly after our arrival, giving us ample time to change and relax a little with tea and water, our masseuses arrive. I went off first with Kat and my sister headed off slightly afterwards with Wilson. We both really enjoyed our massages. Wilson managed to get my tense sister to finally relax, cured her hangover and eased her pain from too much typing time at her desk. Impressive as my sister has been uber tense and she is not normally a massage person. Kat was just lovely and she also cured my wine induced aching head, tight calf muscles, knotty shoulders and pinched neck area. Ahhhhh. All better. My mani and pedi were done by Kennise, who is now my favorite woman in Chicago. A fellow Yelper who I swear was just amazing as a person as well as being super skilled with nails. My fingers and toes are flawless, the perfect shape and color. I cannot stop looking at them to be frank. They even make my jewelry look better. She also knows how to massage feet and calves, so much bliss! She must be part psychic as she somehow just knew I would not be jazzed about the seasonal manicure scent choice of pumpkin (which is so true, yuck!) and instead hooked me up with vanilla almond which smelled a.maz.ing. As an added bonus she knows just about all the great places to eat in Chicago, knows her sports and tipped me off about the most comfy high heels to be found in Chicago (Cole Haan). Only go see her if you will be super sweet to her, she is so awesome she should not be wasted on anyone less than nice. My sister's nails were done by Courtney, who is a totally different vibe than Kennise. Quiet and shy. She would be the person to turn to if you needed to really chill out and just zone with a magazine. She is super sweet. I think my sister and I each got the right person for our personalities. Every single person at Spa Space was an utter gem. I felt so at home, cared for and loved. The vibe here is perfect. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I was totally kicking myself that we did not get the package that added facials, next time though. We are going back on our next girl's weekend for sure. I can't wait. I came here a little while back with my then boyfriend and am just getting down to writing my review but it was one of my best dates ever, so I'm a little biased since this place was what we had the luxury of experiencing during the afternoon of the best date ever! When you walk in, it's adorable, it's not super high end amazing with fancy shmancy decor, but it's nice and you're not here to stare into space, no pun intended. Right away they had cucumber water which was a nice refresher walking in or when you leave. We had a few services done and they were all amazing. 1. We had the couples massage (in the same room) And it was one of the best massages I've ever had, about 60 minutes and soooo relaxing. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back, like now. I didn't care for the head massage part, but you can just tell them to skip that and focus more on your back or your thighs, or wherever. 2. We had the private couples pedicure room which they allowed us to byob. Now how awesome is this scenario, you and your lovey, private room, awesome foot pampering and drinking your favorite bubbly. I say YES. And they did a great job on my toes. 3. I also had a nice mani by myself. (hubby skipped out on that one). It was nice, nothing super special, but also very nice. Spa Space soothed my soul. Searching for an affordable spa in Chicago is no easy feat; especially one that will let you lounge around in cozy bathrobes while being served wine. Oh yes. In additon to serving coffee, tea or their delicious cucumber water, Spa Space will let you bring in your own wine that they will serve to you while you await your treatment. Fantastic! The ladies lounge was clean and cozy. Some reviewers complained that it was too small; but we were there on Saturday at 5pm and had it all to ourselves. The amenities (rainshower/steam, lotions, soaps) were wonderful to use. I loved that Spa Space is a "real spa" in that they provide a bathrobe, flip flops and a locker for your things, so you can have the run of the place while being in your robe. The front desk staff was so kind and the masseurs were awesome. My friend and I LOVED our massages. We each got the "head to toe" and it was 90 minutes of bliss (and at $160, a total steal. The facial I had was a little bit too rough on my very sensitive skin and I was inflamed and red for several days afterwards (more than normal). My aromatherapy massage was good, but not exceptional. I enjoyed it. The acrylic nails I had done here were done very well, but overpriced. I hear the pedicures are very good here, but I haven't had one. Really? I would NOT go to this place even if someone paid me to go there. Their sheets stunk like mildew and the "nice zen lady" said if she switched out the sheets then she would have to take time away from my massage. REALLY? WTF? They smell! I attended a little bachelorette party event at this spa and I was really excited when walking in. The place seems nice and I liked my manicurist a lot. The problem was, however, that whoever helped my friend plan this event pretty much screwed the whole thing up. She totally FORGOT to put one girl down for her pedicure and then they couldn't work her in (and this was the bride's sister...yikes!), the sushi they ordered for us from a nearby place was supposed to be nearly all vegetarian but they messed the order up as well...not to mention the fish kind was put in with the vegetarian...mingling together...on top of each other...kinda not cool for the vegetarians. I didn't really get what happened...the staff seemed fairly clueless. I also thought that they scrubed way too much on my legs with that scrub and slathered what seemed like a cheap lotion on my legs which then itched for the next several days. *Microdermabrasion Review* During the past year, I've been on the prowl for the best microdermabrasion in Chicago. Spa Space has been on my radar for quite some time, and once the opportunity with a Groupon came up, I just couldn't resist. Unfortunately, I felt the service was slighted since I had a Groupon. The microderm treatment was supposed to be for 30 minutes, but was actually less than 20 minutes (it started a few minutes after 1 pm and ended at 1:20 pm). The actual microderm part took about 10 minutes -- the other t-10 minutes was for cleansing and moisturizing. I felt like the service was rushed and my business was unappreciated. I still tipped well and am kind of regretting it now. The only pro I can think of is that they allow you to adjust how vigorous you want your treatment to be. In hindsight, I'm definitely glad I told her to turn it up the full notch no matter how badly it hurt -- it was the only way to get the most bang for my buck. Conclusion: Not worth the Groupon, and definitely not worth the full price of $130. I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I lurrrrrve Jai. She has magic hands that work together seamlessly in a symphony of relaxation and rejuvenation. My facial today was perfection, and Jai was super friendly and understanding. Since I was a facial virgin, I didn't know what to expect, and she was fabulous about both keeping me updated on what she was doing and patiently answering any of my silly questions. (E.g. "Why is facial skin so much different from my skin over here? *pinch my forearm*" "What does it mean to get breakouts only on my chin?") The music she was playing was very soothing and just the right volume where it was definitely not interfering with the experience but instead enhancing it by taking me to an oasis not far off from a rain forest. While my masks were steaming, she first gave me a great foot massage and then, during my second steaming segment, she gave me an AMAZING neck and shoulder massage. AMAZING. The space itself is very peaceful and gives such a tranquil feel to the experience. The colors are not all white like Bliss (eh...) but instead are natural blues, greens, and beige. I felt so relaxed just walking into the spa. I especially loved that there was no product pushing. THANK YOU. There was no pressure to buy a product or linger over the shelves. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional without being at all snooty. The receptionist, Sean, was especially fabulous; when he heard I'd be moving to NYC soon, he told me he'd lived there for four years before, and he'd research some spas in NYC for an equally wonderful spa that I can use over there! Yesterday was my birthday and so I decided to treat myself to a little TLC by cashing in on a gift certificate my man gave me for Valentine's Day. The treat? A one hour Swedish Massage at Spa Space. I have to agree with a lot of these reviews. I don't love Spa Space. I don't hate Spa Space. It's mediocre. More like, "Blah Space". When I walked in I was greeted and taken care of pretty promptly. I was offered something to drink and then taken to the 'lounge'. Lovely set up, lovely music playing, candles, and low lighting. Save for the LP Trixie chatting on her cell phone while hogging the chaise...it was a relaxing low-lit haven. Beth was amazing...she uses a lot of pressure and discussed the massage with me before she started, which I liked. It had been a year and a half since my last massage, and I was really looking forward to this. The massage itself was wonderful...lots of pressure, lots of pleasurable pain. What wasn't so wonderful was the noise coming from outside the door. (This seems to be a complaint in other reviews, too). I heard staff chatter, laughter, dishes being unloaded at the juice bar, cupboards slamming, everything. I left my noisy office job early to come to a quiet spa for a relaxing massage. The noise throughout was annoying and pulled me out of my relaxed state repeatedly. While I was waiting to pay, there seemed to be a lot of staff chatter. They were deciding to order dinner from Giordano's and looking up on line to get directions, all while I stood there waiting to settle up. A bit unprofessional and rude. As I said...Beth was awesome...if I could've transported my massage to a more quiet, relaxing, and attentive space...it would've been the most perfect birthday treat. read more

I have yet to find a better body scrub/ massage combo. The pineapple papaya body scrub is just the service that every spa should offer. The masseusse massaged my skin for a half hour with a most delicious scrub. After washing the scrub off of my skin with warm wash cloths, the masseusse gave me one of the best massages I have had. The entire service took an hour and a half. I left feeling like I should put on a strapless dress and let my freshly scrubbed, moisturized skin shine! Booking a last minutes massage seems to be a tall order in Chicago. I was happy to be able to find something at Spa Space, however, it hadn't been my first choice. Their customer service reps were fantastic and even made a point of calling me back later in the day to offer me an early appointment time which I had mentioned during my initial phone call. Their attentiveness definitely boosted my hopes for a good experience. The space itself is a bit out of the way unless you like hanging around Union Station. We were in from the suburbs and staying in River North. The walk wasn't far but a bit chilly for a February afternoon. The interior is modern and clean but the lobby was busy and felt a bit compact. I was pleased to see their beverage bar, but again, the over-abundance of guests did not allow us to enjoy it. We were both hurried into our respective gender locker rooms despite being a half-hour early. Sadly, there is no common area aside from the crowded lobby to sit, chit-chat and enjoy our time. The women's locker room is lovely and does have its own "lounge". After changing and getting situated, I attempted to find a seat in the lounge but was unable. Additional guest space is definitely a must on the weekend. I had no time to actually clear my head and unwind since I was standing in a robe and flipflops with my too hot tea somewhere near a steam shower and the bathroom. Not the best first impression. The massage itself was actually really great. I experienced their hot stone massage which was a first for me. The therapist was friendly and attentive to my requests. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name but the service itself was what I expected and anticipated. The hot stone massage was $110 for an hour while my fiance tried the Swedish massage for $95/hour. While the prices are fairly competitve for the city, I still felt that it was a bit more than I really wanted to spend once the tip was figured into the total. If asked to visit again, I would probably pass. Spa Space has some space issues that detracted from what could have been an enjoyable experience. read more

The space itself is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. I booked packages for myself and partner for her bday. We opted for private pedi room and i wanted massages together, but space was booked. We went on a Sunday and I was surprised how busy they were, but the space was still quiet and comfortable. Message- I had Swedish with Elle. She focused on my trouble area and it still feels nice. She turned off the zen music and opted for her ipod music was an upbeat zen/spa tunes that made it extra relaxing. I am a big girl and large in the chest, but she made me feel like queen and comfortable with my body. My partner got reflexology which she did not like and said it actually hurt, which sucks because she loves foot massages and pressure points. Facial- she loved it (I think it was with Courtney). Unfor I had to wait around 30mins because no one was available to start my package despite booking it to start at the same time. Cucumber water and tea was good, but I was ready to be pampered. Pedi and Mani- The private room was nice, but the bathtub is noisy and we were not side by side so we were yelling over the machine and across the room. We brought our own bubbly and the staff was nice at accommodating that, but I would forgo the 5.00 and just use the regular mani/pedi room (there is a large bowl of m&ms in that room :). Polish chipped next day, but I loved the sugar scrub. The biggest draw back, they didn't know what services we were getting which caused a lot of confusion, time issues and shortage of services. For instance my partner had the aromatherapy manicure, but there was no aromatherapy or paraffin wax as stated. I had the BEST pedicure here ladies...It was truly delightful. The peppermint scrub really turned my feet into beautiful toes. One pitfall, not enough beautiful colors of polish to choose from though. But I overlooked it when Stacy made my feet turn into beautiful toes. LOL! Fellas be forewarned, I may rock sandals until Christmas because my feet look so great. The staff was wonderful and attentive. They really paid attention to detail and my feet showed it afterwards. My best friend goes here all the time for manis and pedis. I decided to join her one day pretty last minute. I called to make sure they could fit me in and they fully accommodated me and I'm glad they did. Before this experience I was going to West Loop Nail spa and wanted so badly to like it b/c it was so close to me but am SO glad I found a new place. They carry Skinceuticals, a skin care line that I use so it's great I can pick this up while visiting. They have a full service spa and the prices seem pretty reasonable for the city along with fun things to buy and a wide variety of supplies. Upon arriving I followed my friend back to the mani/pedi area. It was a cute little "cove" with comfy and pretty little touches. I helped myself to the complimentary M&Ms and trail mix and was greeted with a big mug of coffee after a long day of shopping. I got a no-chip manicure with Courtney who was so sweet! I loved sitting and talking with her and she did a great job on my manicure. The no-chip was $40 which is very reasonable and it included the nail files she used as they never re-use them so you have an option to keep them after your service. One note... they do prefer that you bring cash for tips. They will accommodate but everyone there is so nice, I don't mind following their cash tips recommendations. read more

Amazing. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE. Truly. I am so happy. After the last disappointing couples massage I received elsewhere I had low expectations. But from the second we were greeted by a bright, cheerful girl with fushia streaks in her hair I knew we would be taken care of! She was wonderful and I hadn't even met the massage therapist yet! (I cannot stand stuck up receptionists and this girl was SO not one of those! What a great way to start our journey to Utopia!) The layout was beautiful, water was everywhere- and for someone constantly thirsty like me- I loved that! It was a totally stellar experience- I cannot emphasize that enough. We were lead into separate beautiful changing areas with showers, and amenities, snacks, more water, lockers, robes- you name it- it was thought of! From there Erin, my massage therapist came for me and gracefully lead me to the suite for couples massage. It was spacious and private yet still intimate. The setting was lovely- just close enough to my partner but still had my space. Erin was very professional and upfront about everything and truly cared about what kind of massage and technique I desired. From there I cannot say more because I was in a state of paradise during my 60 minute massage- I only wished it was longer!!! But she listened when I needed more focus in desired areas and we worked well together. I would recommend Erin stongly. After our lovely experience was over, we were in a state of bliss. My first spa experience (and hopefully not the last). So though I didn't have much to go on by way of comparison, I was impressed by the staff, all of whom (from the desk clerks to the gofers to the therapists themselves) possessed nurturing personalities and enjoyed (or were very good at pretending) what they were doing. My facialist asked me repeatedly if she was hurting me and if I wanted her to stop; I've gotten bad reactions to masques before but didn't have any issues whatsoever with the facial. And the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating; you can pamper yourself in the shower room with the body cremes or relax quietly in the lounge. Perhaps it's customary with spas, but I particularly appreciated being called by my first name, and told that "it was nice to meet you" afterwards. Very warm. My only complaint is with the bureaucracy: inflexibility with gift certificates. If you want to return it, they don't offer refunds or allow transferring the gift to someone else, which is rather bad business, in my opinion. Then again, when I arrived two hours late for an appointment, they fit me right in cheerfully and quickly. Five stars because of the atmosphere, the experience, the staff-and because you can't really go wrong with a spa. read more

I've been to Spa Space several times, all on corporate events (hey, nothing's better than a free spa service!) But if I had to pay for this place, I'm not so sure I'd choose it. The manis and pedis are pretty standard, but substantially more expensive than comparable places in the area. For events, they do have a dedicated room for you and your guests to hang out while you wait for treatments, but the space is like a closet. If you have more than 5 or 6 people, be prepared to eat your spa lunch on top of one another. I did, however, have a wonderful sports massage here. I came in a week after running a 60-mile race. When my therapist, Ann, asked what muscles were tight, I told her EVERYTHING. And she worked her magic. Sports massages more akin to deep tissue, and not supposed to be pleasant, but it hurt so good. So good. The locker room, however, is in need of a serious redo. The lockers are incredibly shallow with absolutely no space for your clothes. And the "steam/rain showers" smell. Like funk-nast-ick. Um, grody. Note that they strongly prefer tips in cash (though they will begrudgingly add it to your credit card), and the front desk can be kind of a Charlie Foxtrot. read more

The space is relaxing and they do provide a wide variety of services. I had a pedicure and a brazilian here and was satisfied, so I came back for a facial. BIG MISTAKE!!! i agree with Jennifer--my facial was way too rough and my skin is a mess. This is not normal for me--and probably my pwn fault for trying another place rather than sticking with my beloved facialist at face and facial. ( I wanted more of a spa atmosphere but it just goes to show you!) The spa offered to fix me when I called to compain, but I did not go back--there was no way I would let them near my (usually flawless) skin again. read more

My awesome friend treated me to a pineapple papaya body scrub here for my birthday present this year. We arrived a little early to our appointment and tossed on our robes and sipped on the yummy complimentary green tea and cucumber water. The bathroom was nicely decorated and the seating area was very comfortable as well. The body scrub was very soothing and relaxing. My whole body felt as soft as a baby. Afterwards, the lady gave me a short neck, shoulder, and head massage which was great. We tried out the steam showers too and left the spa feeling rejuvenated and stress free =) read more

A friend and I decided to have a girls spa day and I've been to spa space years ago and recommended this spa because I had a good experience in the past. We chose a spa package that included a 90 minute massage, a facial, manicures and pedicures. The massage was under mediocre. It lacked technique and after reminding my therapist to focus more on specific areas she still didn't settle in those areas for long. The massage would have been a great way to set the tone for the rest of the experience but we both felt we wasted our money. The facial was amazing! Very relaxing and my skin felt amazing and rejuvenated afterwards!! The pedicure was ok, just lacking in the pampering department. We were sent to a separate, more private room for the pedicures but had to walk to the other end of the spa for the manicures. We would have preferred to stay in the same space. The mani and pedis felt a bit rushed and the tech kept talking about her next appointment and checking the time which made me keep checking the time, hoping she wouldn't mess up my nails trying to hurry to her next appointment. Her energy took away from the relaxation but I was pleased with the outcome. read more

The spa itself I wouldn't rate quite as high, because when I checked in today, they didn't offer to take my coat and they didn't offer me any water or anything. However, Indira is truly an amazing aesthetician. She manages to make waxing delicate places quick and pretty painless (this, coming from a big crybaby/whiner!). Seriously, she is fabulous.
