Worst massage I've ever had in my life. DO NOT COME HERE. The woman at the front desk (who wound up being my masseuse) insisted that I pay before the massage. There was no one else there the entire time I was there. Every time I told her it was common practice to pay after she would look away and pretend like she couldn't hear me. After 5 or so instances of this I caved and decided to go for it since I was in desperate need of a massage and there already. She led me into a room and didn't say anything, just shut the door. Twice over the course of the massage she got up and left the room without a word. The massage itself was odd- she rubbed my temples so much that I got a rash, which has persisted more than 12 hours later and never once asked me about focus areas or pressure, which felt more like someone scratching me than a real massage. When it was over I'm fairly certain she said "tip?" (I had a lot of trouble understanding her the entire time). I was very uncomfortable because I already felt ripped off after forking over $65 but gave her $6. She scoffed at me and said something that sounded like "more?" but I left. I'm serious, don't waste your money at this place, no matter how desperately you think you need a massage. read more

I went to visit Sunny Massage for the first time today and booked an appointment the day of with no problems! I got a full body deep tissue massage 60mins for $70, which is a good price! Paid upfront. However, during the massage, the lady kept walking out of the room to answer the phone in the main lobby, which I think is because they were understaffed, but it was a little frustrating. Must have happened at least five times. The massage itself was great, they used oils and hot towels too. I just wish I got the consecutive hour with no interruptions. read more

Sunny Massage is great if you have a busy work week! They are open 7 days a week pretty much the same time every day. So if you're like me and your schedule is constantly changing they'll have a spot for you. I recommend calling a day ahead to schedule your massage so that you can receive any desired time. The massage was very relaxing and peaceful. They provide hand sanitizer which is nice and I didn't see anyone else there when I went so I was not worried about social distancing. I did the pay to park which was like $3. Also, the neighborhood is really cute and fun. I highly recommend grabbing a coffee from one of the shops after. read more

If it was for me I would give zero stars to this business. The worst experience ever. The front lady was the one giving the massages. She insisted my husband and I paid at the beginning, which we did. After this she kept on coming in and exiting the room we were in while getting the massage. Made an appointment for 10 am. Someone called me to confirm the appointment the night before and even asked that I come a little "early." I agreed and showed up at 9:30 and the shop was closed. I wish I could rate them separately for the massage and customer service. Massage was a 4/5. Customer service was a 1/5. They began my massage 15 minutes late and I was just laying in the room. They also made me pay prior to the service, which didn't sit well with me. During the massage, the provider stepped our 3-4 times to speak with colleagues. At one point I noticed that the treatment room door was cracked open - completely unprofessional. I wanted to ask for a manager, but there was a huge language barrier so I didn't attempt. Lady at the desk wouldn't take a credit card so I had to walk across the street to an ATM, but afterward the "therapist" tried to pressure me to leave a tip with a credit card wanted. And don't get me started on the "massage"...had to ask for more pressure because she was basically just scratching my back (no exaggeration). Near the end of the worst massage ever, she repeatedly asked if I wanted massage in "private areas" and laughed at me for repeatedly declining. This is not an upstanding business. It is very very relax when I am not here I feel so bad my body was so hurt especially my back so my friend introduce this place to me and he call me to ask "may".
