I was so pleased I booked another massage with Michelle for 2 weeks later and had a second wonderful experience. I was faced with accepting the change and staying even though I really wanted to try cupping or leaving and facing a cancellation fee. I felt trapped. The environment itself was fine although I felt like I was snapped out of relaxing a handful of times from people upstairs and doors opening/closing in the hallway. Massage itself was good/decent but inconsistent in some areas. Checkout felt awkward, with a lot of emphasis/pressure around tipping and packages. I was told to just sign so when I did she asked if I tipped and there wasn't a way to go back. I just tipped cash. Overall, not a bad massage, but the lack of communication and pushy upselling left a bad impression and made me uncomfortable. I'll likely try somewhere else before coming back if I do.

The bed is set up really well, they know what they're doing with pregnant clients. I was really comfortable the entire time. It is really nice, after so many months of getting poked and prodded at the doctor, to be treated very gently. I'll definitely be coming back, hopefully both before and after I give birth. They have no cancellation fees if you book and are unable to make it because you go into labor, which is really nice. It's definitely pricey but it's worth the money.
