She walked away back to a colleague in a different room and before she came back I had already decided this place does not care about good service, I am out of here. She seemed so bothered by me arriving early to my appointment too, the whole experience was off putting. Also, the place smelled like it hadn't had fresh air in months.

I was faced with accepting the change and staying even though I really wanted to try cupping or leaving and facing a cancellation fee. I felt trapped. The environment itself was fine although I felt like I was snapped out of relaxing a handful of times from people upstairs and doors opening/closing in the hallway. Massage itself was good/decent but inconsistent in some areas. Checkout felt awkward, with a lot of emphasis/pressure around tipping and packages. I was told to just sign so when I did she asked if I tipped and there wasn't a way to go back. I just tipped cash. Overall, not a bad massage, but the lack of communication and pushy upselling left a bad impression and made me uncomfortable. I'll likely try somewhere else before coming back if I do.

This place is hard to rate. The massage itself was fine, but the place had kind of a strange vibe…read moredue to the middle-aged woman clad in lacy short shorts who administered the massage. It wasn't lingerie per se, but damn close. But being a middle-aged woman myself, I figured no way she's going to proposition *me* so as long as the massage is good who cares what she's wearing. But to back up -- when I first walked in I asked d a 30 minute chair massage but when they set up the chair it looked broken and wasn't comfortable so I asked for a bed massage instead. She said she could do 15 minutes and I said OK. The bed was in a clean and comfortable private room and the massage was fine. However, it lasted maybe 11 minutes tops. However, given that her technique was somewhat scattered and was pretty simplistic, it was obvious that she didn't have the skills nor the attention span for anything longer than 10 minutes, so it was just as well. Anyway I don't want to complain too much about having someone rub your back and scratch your head for maybe 11 minutes, which, let's face it, always feels pretty good. And it was only $15 (she charged me $10 and I tipper her $5 because, well, why not).
