The massage itself was absolutely lovely but I was more or less told that the gift certificate I had wasn't real. My mom purchased it for me quite a few years ago and I found it recently after a move and some decluttering. The woman, who I assume was the manger or owner, acknowledged it was their spas name and phone number but said I wasn't able to use it. The whole reason I booked the appointment was because I had the gift certificate and then upon payment was told I had to pay in full. I even put exactly what the certificate said in my notes when booking the appointment. I still don't know what the real issue was and it felt like I was being accused of doing something I didn't. I received a gift card for service here. Honestly I was underwhelmed. The person providing the massage was cold. It was kind of like "go in the room and change and see ya in a bit" The pressure of the massage was very intense. I normally can tolerate pressure but there was just absolutely no relief. It was hard pressure the whole time. I found myself pulling away in pain. The back of my neck nape area is still really sore of pressure applied. I would not go back. My actual review 2 stars. Seriously the best massage I have ever had! For what it's worth, hands-down a million times better than Mario Tricoci. I went in for a Swedish, because I haven't had a massage since the whole pandemic started, and my body has been in bad shape. I wanted to go a little easy and just focus on relaxation before I got into any deep tissue work, hence the Swedish. Making the appointment was pretty easy. I called, and they had some same day and next day openings. Prices are very reasonable and what you would expect from a boutique place. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. I was the only person there other than Neda. Checking in was pretty easy - not a million forms to fill out. The room was very comfortable and clean. I should note that we both wore our masks the entire time, but the massage was so wonderful that the mask on my face didn't bother me at all. The massage: you could tell she absolutely knew what she was doing. I'm always a little wary of trying a new massage spot. It always seems 50/50 whether I'm going to like it or not. And it's 50/50 whether the massage therapist actually seems legitimately trained or if they're just winging it. It's very rare when you get a massage where the person is just killing it - in a good way. She was able to totally relax me and also give me a good work over. I'm very curious about the deep tissue now and can't wait to try that next. My only complaint - and the only reason why this doesn't get five stars - is that about a quarter of the way through, another employee came into the front room and proceeded to make personal phone calls for about 15 - 20 minutes. Not only that, she had the other person on speaker phone so I could hear the entire conversation clearly through the wall. She also placed a few outgoing calls so there were moments where I could just hear her phone calling people. It was NOT relaxing and probably one of the most irritating things someone can do in a massage salon. I mean you have to wonder where the common sense is. I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say maybe she didn't realize someone was there, but it was just highly unprofessional. Thank God it didn't last the entire session. Overall, I would recommend this place because Neda is so skilled, but I would pray beforehand that the loud employee doesn't come in while you are there. Good luck! read more

The rooms are quiet, private and relaxing. They use a mix of aromatherapy and soft music to put you in the perfect state of mind for your massage. Neda is extremely knowledgeable, and really caters the massages to your specific needs. While I can only speak to the Swedish and Aromatherapy massages, the person who recommended Neda to me is in love with the Deep Tissue massages and goes almost weekly. I had been having chronic pain in my neck/upper back for a few weeks to the point it hurt turning my head and was in constant pain 24/7 where it was impacting my day to day. After a lot of internet searching I went to a place and needless to say the pain didn't change. A week later I found Nedas and I wish I had gone here first!! I got a deep tissue and it was worth every penny!! Neda took the time to listen to my concerns before starting the massage and it was reflected in the massage I received. She also explained to me different stretches I could do at home to help ease the pain as well as giving me a referral for a chiropractor as she said if my pain didn't get better that may be able to better help based on my situation. I appreciated the fact that she was very honest and could tell she is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. A deep tissue I am usually sore for a few days which she also warned me about, and she also was upfront saying it may take a few days to feel relief. I was definitely very sore for about 3ish days afterwards(which again, I expected after deep tissue), but even later that day I was feeling some relief. It has been a few weeks now and I can say I feel like a new person and the pain in my neck has gone from a 10 to maybe a 2 if that. Neda is great and I will definitely come back the next time I'm needing a massage. I was feeling so hopeless that my pain would never go away not knowing what to do, and now it's like night and day.
