The mattresses had warmers which was a nice touch that we weren't lying down to a cold massage bed. This massage is definitely not for the feint of heart. I asked for the pressure to be hard for the massage because I'm always used to people using less pressure than I want, but this one was borderline painful but exactly what I needed to get the knots out of my neck and shoulders. The massage therapist used her arm like a rolling pin and relentlessly kept kneading. They also use a technique where they're doing a plank using your butt which was a little unique but still felt good. Everyone here was super polite and not really talkative. Pleasantly surprised that both our therapists were Mongolian, which connected the dots for me as to why the name of the business. I haven't met many Mongolian folks in my life. They do tend to use a lot of oil during their massage, so forewarning about that before you go. You'll leave with a little oil residue on your skin. Still a 10/10 massage and would definitely come back! These's lots of free street parking available.

She finished the massage and blocked the doorway demanding that I give her another $40 cash beyond the 20% tip I already handed her. I showed her the sign and explained that she did not tell me another 50% tip was mandatory. She then dead bolted the door and began yelling at me because the owner gets paid and she does not (while holding the extra $20 in her hand) I cut my fingers trying to get past her and unlock the door and leave. I was faced with accepting the change and staying even though I really wanted to try cupping or leaving and facing a cancellation fee. I felt trapped. The environment itself was fine although I felt like I was snapped out of relaxing a handful of times from people upstairs and doors opening/closing in the hallway. Massage itself was good/decent but inconsistent in some areas. Checkout felt awkward, with a lot of emphasis/pressure around tipping and packages. I was told to just sign so when I did she asked if I tipped and there wasn't a way to go back. I just tipped cash. Overall, not a bad massage, but the lack of communication and pushy upselling left a bad impression and made me uncomfortable. I'll likely try somewhere else before coming back if I do.
