When I signed the contract, they…read moretold me I could come in any day anytime from 9-5pm - that was important to me as I have odd work hours. In the month I've been using them, I've come in 3 times and EACH time I've had to wait 30-60 minutes for someone to come back as they have stepped out and had a sign in the window. I hired guys twice and so I've had to pay them to just sit here and wait for the staff to come back. I'm moving my stuff out today to another storage place namely because of this problem. Again, price is awesome, staff friendly. But if hours and accessibility is important to you, stay away.

I was a customer for about six months and wanted to share a review of Olivia at the Pueblo Avenue…read morelocation in Napa, California. I have rarely encountered someone as professional, courteous, respectful, and consistently dependable as she is. Olivia went above and beyond to help ensure my personal belongings were not lost after I had to forfeit my storage and my unit was sold. That was a difficult time for me, but she made the process as smooth and manageable as possible. For that, I am truly grateful. I also want to acknowledge the individual who purchased the unit and left behind my personal items--an act I deeply appreciate. I have experienced both good and bad storage facilities, some of them genuinely difficult. This location--and Olivia in particular--stood out as exceptional. She represents the best of what customer service should be. I strongly encourage you to consider her for a corporate role, especially in training or public relations.
