I was getting an error Camp the error was lost Camp pulse with it a few minutes said they adjusted the mag pick up, which is the sensor and it worked for two. which I paid $880 for the diagnostic they did and the service of the generator which was a service contract for them to change the oil in the fall as well. I called them back out because the repair did not stay fixed and they said they were gonna have to replace the mag pick up. after replacing this part, my generator would not run at all, and my new error crank sensor missing To which they told me that I was going to have to replace my controller another $1500. So I hire another company to come out and take a look at my generator. Only to find they did not replace the cam sensor on my generator. They replaced the crank sensor and now it won't work at all so they installed that wrong. Tried to sell me a part. I did not need and then on top of that they want another $800 for something they should've fixed the first time don't use this company. They are a scam. They will rip you off.

For my neighbor they started their generator ( just like mine) after someone else installed and left them hanging with hurricane Ida approaching the next day. Didn't charge them a dime. Heather was wonderful to speak to on the phone, and quick to try and meet the needs that I had for scheduling. I just wish I could have met her! I had to have work done, not once but twice, and after the first time I requested their service for the second service call I had to make. The first issue was AC related, and Eddie Jr had my AC up and running in no time. The second call was made two weeks later for heating issues, and when Eddie Jr couldn't fix the secondary problem that was found, they were prompt in ordering the necessary parts and came out a few days later. Eddie Sr came out to replace the ordered parts, and made great conversation while still quickly working to repair the problem. After he replaced the part, he was thorough in making sure everything worked properly. I appreciate all the work they did for us, and will certainly be calling them for any other HVAC needs that we have. I will also be sure to recommend them to anybody who needs help!

Then me as the owner of the house . I was not there at the time and just a friend was there. So the tech was only there for a about 10mins and never called me. Just told my friend that the main breaker was a fire hazard and then left. So I called the main office and asked to speak with the tech and never received a call at all. And then I text the number that you can send a text and they just said that tech found something wrong with main panel and I would have to get with my warranty people. And till this day no one in person has called me at all from Montz.

They said they cleaned a unit but below pictures were taken after their expensive service. They also tell you after the fact that there is an extra charge for using a credit card to pay for their service. Always tries to sell more expensive services. I'm sure they can do good work... but if you use them get a second quote/opinion.

I would definitely recommend Cody, Choice Home Warranty is lucky to have him as a contractor!…read more Cody was assigned my work order through my home warranty company Choice Home Warranty (would never recommend Choice Home Warranty since the technician who was assigned to my first work order wasn't going to come out for 6 days), and he had the problem diagnosed the first day. He came out in the evening so I didn't have to miss work, and he kept me updated while he located the needed fan motor and got my home warranty company to approve it. He came to install the fan motor, again after I got off work, and had the a/c fixed within an hour. Cody communicated, and came at times convenient to me, fixed the problem and handled the home warranty claim. If you have a/c issues, definitely call Cody!
