Audio Visions has installed our pool surround system, C4, pool shades, home surround with a beautiful custom home theater system. They built our home theater from the ground up with raised floors, custom furniture and a picture with sound that rivals any movie theater I've ever been to. They have always returned our calls and answered our texts. Most issues have been fixed remotely but if have to come to our home they always show up when they say they are coming and stay on the job until the issues are resolved. When buying this type of technical equipment for your home it's mandatory you have a company that provides the level of service that Audio Visions offers.

We spent 50,000 on a security and entertainment system. We cannot use our alarm because it is always malfunctioning, one of our subwoofers has never worked, one of our cameras is blurry, the sound on the entertainment system turns itself off daily. I have a years worth of texts and emails going back and forth trying to get these items resolved. I tried to dispute the charges on my credit card, but I waited too long because I believed them when they said they would take care of things, so I lost the ability to get some money back. I have given up. So frustrated!!!!!

Earlier this year, we updated the system and added security cameras. This week, after replacing our windows (see my post for Window World), we had them come back to update the sensors in our new windows. Every time we have interacted with this company, we have been met with customer service that far exceeded our expectations and it has been a very pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone who needs a new or to update their security system at home or at their office to consider calling Aaron at High Tech.

We chose Southern Alarms because they were running a special through ADT. It was the best decision…read morewe could have made!! We set the order up on Sunday with the owner, Lloyd Saxon. There were NO high pressure sales. Lloyd explained everything perfectly. He was very helpful while I asked him a ton of questions. (I even asked him to explain the other review on here) He examined our current system and made recommendations on what might work better. Again, let me be very clear...there were NO high pressure sales. Lloyd simply took the time to explain all the options (cameras, window sensors, wireless vs wired, etc) in detail. He broke down our payment options clearly and concisely. He wanted to make sure there were no surprises on our first bill. He also gave us a detailed description of the installation process, as well as a description of his technician's abilities and experience. (He hires college graduates and not just some guy with a drill!!!) Three days later at exactly the time we scheduled (technically 10 minutes earlier!) our technician, Austin, arrived. As nice as Lloyd is...Austin is the BEST!!! He has an engineering degree from LSU. He walked us through all the steps he would be doing during installation. He had several difficulties with the existing hard wired system, none that were his fault. They were likely the fault of the builder. He never asked for additional money. There were NO "extra" or "hidden" fees. He simply spent time needed to wire the new system the correct way. He helped us get the exact views we were looking for from our cameras. He also spent time explaining in detail how to work the system so that everyone in the house understood. Again, we NEVER paid Austin any additional monies nor did he ask for it. Let me add, that while Austin is a great technician, he's also someone you don't mind having in your home. So many companies take the cheap way out and hire sketchy contractors to save a buck. This is NOT the case with Southern Alarms. They found a true engineer, someone who is very polite and clean cut and they hired him. I'd take Austin over 1000 sketchy contractors any day. Thank you Southern Alarms, Lloyd Saxon and Austin for doing an amazing job for us. Thank you for giving us that added layer of protection for our home and family. You guys are amazing!!! K. Smith ***update**** over a month in and the system still works exactly as expected. We couldn't be happier with our service. There were no hidden fees and our billing is exactly as expected with ADT.
