Audio Visions has been a pleasure to work with over the past 7 years. Service has been on point. Exactly what you expect from a business but hard to find. Audio Visions has installed our pool surround system, C4, pool shades, home surround with a beautiful custom home theater system. They built our home theater from the ground up with raised floors, custom furniture and a picture with sound that rivals any movie theater I've ever been to. They have always returned our calls and answered our texts. Most issues have been fixed remotely but if have to come to our home they always show up when they say they are coming and stay on the job until the issues are resolved. Great customer service until everything is paid for. They are available all the time when they are trying to get a contract and payment for install. After that, you are on your own. We spent 50,000 on a security and entertainment system. We cannot use our alarm because it is always malfunctioning, one of our subwoofers has never worked, one of our cameras is blurry, the sound on the entertainment system turns itself off daily. I have a years worth of texts and emails going back and forth trying to get these items resolved. I tried to dispute the charges on my credit card, but I waited too long because I believed them when they said they would take care of things, so I lost the ability to get some money back. When asked to take out their equipment bc we were going with another company, the owner literally cut and tried to hide the wires and I quote from our new company 'looked like he tried to sabotage your business. Very unprofessional. read more
