This by far is the worst place I have dealt with for storage. For those of you that do not know…read morethe air conditioning has been out in half the building since May and the people that visit the units weekly and know about this have been given half off their monthly rent. When my rent was raised in June. I was there last week and the air is still out. My items were starting to mold and their is a water leak going on as well, as some items were wet. The manager wanted me to come and show him the mold. He stated heat and water do not cause mold. Also, in my last review, I complained because people who are living in the storage units and I felt unsafe. Well the problem is worse. They have the all living in the part of the building where the air is working (Thank God!) After punching in my code a young lady tried to enter the building with me when the doors opened. I actually had words with the woman and advised her she would need to enter her own code to enter the building. She was not happy! Then when I am leaving the unit, another woman approaches carrying groceries and stated she lived there also. This is a very unsafe environment, and management doesn't seem to care. Do not rent from this place!

Now we are needing storage again, to include parking. This is the cleanest place EVER and the staff are warm and friendly and know how to listen to what the customer needs. It's not a chain storage facility at all. The manager keeps the facility very clean. Even the restrooms are so nice and clean.It is a gated property which makes us feel safe storing there. Local is the best. No thanks to the bug infested and non present staff at other big box facilities.

They have a computerized gate accessed by personal code both upon entering and leaving the facility in addition to cameras; this makes me feel safe that my property is secure. The good part first: we had two storage units from August to November for our household goods and…read moreenough space for 21000 lbs. The units were not too far apart and close to doors for the movers to put it and take out. We were lucky to be able to switch one so they would be closer together when we arrived in august because initially one unit smelled horrible and was very dark. All the staff that answered the phone were nice and helpful. During the four months maintenance issues were not addressed at all. The "climate control " didn't work, doors were broken to enter the building where our units were located and lights in the unit were not working properly. The gate to get in and out worked fine. The hallways were filthy and poorly lit. We pointed out what didn't work each time we were there and were told a "work order" was put in. Nothing was ever fixed for months. The only bathrooms near the main office were frequently unusable/broken? and this was not acceptable for the movers who worked hard for many hours moving our goods in and out. My husband had to use the furniture store across the street after being refused to use the staff bathroom (which we used in the past when a nice office staff woman took pity) by the ? manager.

I do not need the unit and now I cannot get in touch with anyone, just VM, no live person. Be careful when booking for the future, you will be charged on. I do understand that they need to lock a booking up, but there should be a way for cancelling and receiving money back if you never set foot into the storage unit.
