    Clean well lit facility. No entry late nights. .Have air conditioned units if needed .

At first I thought I was going to be nickeled and dimed with the extra charges and services available and soon realized the company is up front about EVERYTHING and it was all good information for making the best choices. I ended up paying less than I planned. The crew was on time, polite and careful with everything. Even though the distance was not very far, everything was packed with care to ensure its safe arrival. It was unpacked with equal care. They were extra helpful as well in moving a few items that were not being transported. The office personnel were helpful with their recommendations, keeping me updated and very nice to work with. All in all, a very pleasant experience! A 5 star rating doesn't truly do them justice.

My family was being relocated for renovations so they moved us out and back in. My apartment paid for the move and I truly believe they took advantage of that and could care less about the residents being we didn't pay ourselves. The move out seemed okay but this was my experience at move in. They took all of our large items apart when leaving but completely failed to put them back together at move-in. Worse, they lost the hardware and slats to my bed and broke a leg on the frame.They also completely lost the hardware from my brand-new baby crib that had never even been used. On top of the damage, we are missing multiple critical boxes and items: Bathroom box: Our ONLY bathroom box containing our shower curtains, rugs, picture frame and other essentials. Kitchen items: A box with our dish drying rack, oven mitts, and some pantry foods. Kids' items: A foldable toy chest filled with old and some brand-new toys my kids just received for their birthdays the month we moved. To make matters worse, the company is lying to dodge accountability. They claim we told the crew not to assemble the furniture. I wasn't even present, and my husband was at work, only arriving at the tail end of the move after coming to get the apartment keys. When he immediately noticed items were missing and questioned the movers, they claimed they would "check the truck and storage." My husband even had to point out that they were bringing in random items that belonged to other neighbors because the crew was so disorganized. When we filled out the damage form, they simply stated that their "crew records show everything was returned and nothing was damaged," and told us "there is nothing they can do." They are unprofessional, completely unaccountable, and left my family missing essential household items and toys for my children. I understand if I said our tvs and electronics and things like that were all messed up but these are small daily items and hardware for our beds so we can sleep comfortably. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

    This is the worst company ever. I pay for 2 different storage units. I've had to move my stuff two…read moretimes due to getting a price upon establishing account and then two months later seeing each unit's priced raised by $30 each. To avoid this price increase, I had to move to another unit with new price and then bam, price raise again. Also, I had my autonoay setup through the app. When I received an email saying my payment was late and I was being charged man extra $40 for each account, I called them saying I had auto pay. they admitted they have problems with their app but still made me pay the late fees. Also, on the app it showed that I had a past due amount for September, however it shows coming out of my bank account. I've called 3 times in a month, because nobody is in the office unless you schedule an appointment so you have to leave a message and wait for them to call. 3 calls this month, no return phone call. Please find another company if you don't want constant issues. I now make my payment manually, but I'm hesi about making October payment when it's showing I still owe September, and if I don't pay it.....am extra $40 for each. They truly are a horrible company. Management has no clue what they're doing. Oh and the one time I had to pay a late fee, they locked my unit. Now, they didn't just add their lock to keep me from getting in, they drilled my lock out, the lock they charged me $25, forcing me to purchase another. When I confronted them and told them adding a lock would have kept me from accessing my stuff and that destroying my lock was unnecessary, she shrugged her shoulders and said that's what they are allowed to do. I said "so because you're allowed you just cost people extra money?". she grinned and shrugged her shoulders. save yourself a headache and go elsewhere for storage. Constant problems for 2 years now. Once O get back to NC I will be moving to a different storage company.
