Delicious food, fast service and friendly staff. The French dip is always amazing. Will definitely be back for more with my coworkers. read more

I wanted to give this place a second chance because I would go to the area for lunch often to break up my work from home day a little. The first time I went I was surprised at how long it took to order since they only have 4 tables inside and most orders seem to be take out. I thought perhaps it's just getting the new place rhythm and team going and working well together. My food was adequate, nothing to rave about. Salad and soup. Seemed commercial, not fresh made. For the amount of time it took to get my order, I thought they were making it fresh. It was disappointing. A few weeks later I decided to try them again for a salad, and sandwich. The sandwich was okay, the salad had rotten lettuce which put me off the whole meal. I threw it away and won't return. I'm highly disappointed since this place took over Subway who was by far better. read more

Neutral rating till they can iron out their kinks. Pricey lunch but wanted to try it out and support a local business. Being able to order online and the bread was the best part. Drink was a little flat and soup was just ok... small serving of soup. Would probably not add-on for an extra for $6.95. They had many employees working but we were not greeted when we arrived (which was surprising for a new business). Finally was able to get someone's attention. Sandwiches we're wrapped but the paper surrounding was pretty dirty from the sauces & ingredients. Made our hands smell. Lids didn't fit cups correctly so had spillage in the car. Lastly, ordered a specialty sandwich French Dip but NO au jus was given. The biggest disappointment. Don't feel the need to rush back and spend another $60+ here. But like I said, they just need to iron out their kinks. read more

Sourdough & Co - Pacifica - Sandwiches Near Me - Pacifica, California

Great to have another sandwich option. I've had the Reuben and the Turkey and pastrami and both were delicious. Prices are reasonable, staff was very friendly, and I didn't have to wait long for my sandwich. I didn't care for the cream chowder soup. Too milky and not very flavorful. I look forward to trying some of their other sandwiches read more

The last time I went to eat there the prices of the food posted is not what they charge . When I told the cashier I was charged more than the price posted he said they are waiting for a new board with the new prices . He just offered to give me a free drink . They need to be up front with the new food chargers . read more

So disappointed because the sandwich's are actually pretty good but service is terrible. Called the store in advance to order and it hung with no answer. We thought it was probably just busy so we didn't think much of it. When we got there it was completely empty. We ordered and were very clear. After waiting 20 minutes with an empty store and only two sandwiches our order was ready. One sandwich was completely wrong so when it was brought back it was remade in under a minute. Why wasn't it made this quickly in the first place? The staff was chatting the entire time instead of making our order read more

Sourdough & Co is a favorite for my family and I. Whenever we are near by, this is the place we chose to go. I completely recommend this. It is definitely worth a try. Everybody is so welcoming and kind. The service is amazing. read more

This company went over and beyond to take care of a customer. This error was not their doing but the delivery service. Good old fashioned customer service, polite and ready to serve! Please support our Sourdough Company in Pacifica! They are the best!!! read more

The cholula chicken sandwich is incredible. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. They don't skimp on meat either and the flavor is S tier. Bread is exceptional. Staff seem like nice people. Also I tried the brisket or French dip last time yea don't get that go for the cholula chicken it's amazing. read more

Placed an online order took an hour. Had to go into the store for them to even start it. Terrible service. Why would I call if I'm in the store telling them to start my order James. read more

Tried this sandwich place on Friday 7/29/22 @ ~ 4:40pm, ate the food at 4:50pm at home. Ordered Italian & Smoked Brisket sandwiches, both sandwiches bread was super soggy. My Italian - lettuce was limp and and the brisket sandwich the cheese was limp, like melted, if was to be a warm sandwich with melted cheese why was the meat was cold, cheese appeared melted but was just soaked. Suspect the sandwiches were made a head to time. A redeeming factor is the chili was decent. Will try again for a third time, the first time my son liked it. Will go ah gain but, will check the sandwiches before leaving the store. read more

I Got the French Dip and my GF got the Pepper Turkey sandwich. Both were awesome and super filling. Staff was super nice and helpful when trying to figure out what we wanted. Will definitely be back. read more

Stumble upon this gem in Pacifica after a beach day with my partner, the staff and owners are super friendly. We tired ( they suggested) Clam Chowder bread bowl and their signature French Dip. We loved it- bonus there is a boba next door but not enough seats to enjoy dinning in. read more

It's not often that I get to come out to the Peninsula, but I wanted to take my puppy to the beach and stumbled upon this sandwich spot and if I had to describe it in one word it would be AMAZING! Not only is this spot puppy-friendly (huge plus!), the food is outstanding, the environment is immaculate and the owners made us feel welcome the second that we walked through the door! I am most definitely making the trip to visit again! read more

Figure it out guys. This place is blehh. Got a sandwich, soda, and bag of chips. Knowing what I do now I would have got three bags of chips and a soda. Hold the sandwich. I asked for it toasted, they gave it cold. I asked for avocado, they put none on. They didn't even cut it in half lol. Stick with Colombo's Pacifica we already have better. read more

I got the clam chowder to go. It was delicious very hardy. Loved it. Will definitely go back and explore the menu

As a big fan of sandwiches and Sourdough living in Pacifica, I really had high hopes for this place and have been 4 or 5 times. Unfortunately it appears a downhill venture. The bread is usually undercooked and doesn't have that crispy golden crust that is part of a good Sourdough. Orders usually take 25-30 minutes, even when its slow in the mid-afternoon. I get the vibe from the staff that they are miserable. For the upper level price of the product, they just aren't delivering on the quality of the food or the service. read more

Pretty disappointed. In the event you'd like to go eat and no where else is open just go home. I've had Sourdough Co from other locations and If you'd like to go to the one in Mountain View it'll be actually worth the service and quality of the food. The food: I ordered a Brisket Sandwich, everything on it and a Side of Mac. When biting in the sandwich instantly the flavor was off from the brisket since It was still cold from defrosting. If the meat wasn't ready why not say something instead of serving a cold sandwich especially the disrespect of doing such on a Brisket Sandwich. I ended up taking the other half home to just warm up in the toaster. The Mac and cheese had no flavor to it. Service: the 5'7 Asian American black hair with glasses guy was lost. To be having to handle a fast food restaurant is not difficult from a management standpoint especially if you are taking the order. Now In this situation he had to go make the sandwich since a co worker had to go on a break. Even such making the sandwich should be less than 5 mins and not take 20. So when people who had just came in and ordered got there's within that 5 mins zone is completely unacceptable. The restaurant should have inventory out and ready so mistakes like these do not happen. read more

I seriously loved you in the beginning. when I tried you again, different story. Love your bread and will continue coming by for that. It's so sad that our leadership can't pay workers a dignified living wage. If they did the employees would probably be amazing everywhere. Food would be on point every time. This is happening everywhere. I went to my fav sushi place which is 5 star always. I received cold mushy rice and they forgot my avocado in one roll and the sh tempura was missing from another roll. The best frickin parts. read more

Came back again, today instead of a sandwich, I ordered a wrap. The guy at the counter said any sandwich can be made in a wrap, ordered 6" size wrap which is $9.89, equivalent to the advertised 6" sandwich. Took 15-20 minutes to get. They charged me an extra 1.00, just curious why? well a wrap is extra because it is 'gluten free', of course he didn't say that when I ordered....common bread is bread... anyways.. got to work it's a sloppy loose mess, the contents were sloppy and swimming in the dressing and cut/constructed lazily.. threw it out. Also, ordered a salad few weeks back, spent 10 minutes picking out wilted yellow and slimy lettuce pieces.. Done with this place. read more

Did take out again and again they nailed it. From greeting me and listening to my order. These we're a different set of people behind the counter and they did great. I had add on for my salad and the gentleman that made it brought it out and said he did his best and he did. Pricing outstanding with what's going on with cost. So for the people who thinks it too much. Sorry it well priced for the quality of the food. Cobb salad was perfect and thanks again. read more

Went there for lunch today... I've had the salad and the soup which was pretty good...never tried a sandwich until today... They got my order wrong I asked for a wrap and got bread... took it anyways as I needed to get back to work ..15.00 dollars for a meal. I got to work opened my order the bread was pinhead/ incorrect wasn't a 6 inch sandwich as the size they charged for me for I know that... a bag of air chips and a watered down fountain soda ..completely disappointed will not waste my money here again.. read more

Wanted to try this new place. Ordered three sandwiches, french dip was suppose to come with au jus (that I was charged $1.50) for was not in the bag. The tuna sandwich that I asked for with avocados (and charged $1.25) not on the sandwich and the tuna sandwich had so much mustard! But the young man that took my order was very nice! The individuals making the sandwiches need to read the order! read more

Delicious sandwiches I especially enjoyed the smoked brisket and excellent fast service.

Love this new addition to Pacifica! Great sandwiches and friendly service. We'll definitely be back.

Overpriced on a good day. But forgetting to add the meat to at $16 sandwich? If it wasn't literally as easy a putting some meat between two pieces of bread, and wasn't literally your only job, then maybe I could forgive you. But no, I'm not ever giving you my money again, that's simply unacceptable. read more

I went here for the first time last week. Ordered 2 Sammie's and Mac n cheese. The first was a French dip. Very delicious but much smaller than the other Turkey sandwich. Both were yummy. The Mac n cheese was quite watery and nothing to write home about. I'll definitely be going agn soon to try the chili. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I went in for lunch and honestly had the best sandwich, the bread is amazing and it was delicious. The staff was great, got greeted as soon as I walked in and they answered any questions I had, my order came out at a reasonable time. Was very satisfied with the overall experience, would come back and recommend to everyone I know! Also it's a nice meal after a long day at the beach. read more

Such a yummy sandwich! I got the chicken salad-- I ate it down to the last drop--even if the last drop had fallen onto the floor, the floor was so clean I probably would've eaten off of it. So glad this place is here! Good people and good times! :) read more

Very friendly staff and fresh food. Been there twice so far and super good. I like that the bread isn't too hard too for it being a sourdough roll. read more

Don't order online delivery! I love sourdough and co sandwiches, but I ordered online delivery using this location's website because I was working and didn't have a car. I don't normally order delivery, but since I was working, I only had a short time for lunch. I placed my order and it was supposed to be delivered around 12:10. That time came and went and I thought, they are running a bit late. At 12:30, I called the restaurant and asked if my order had been picked up for delivery. They found my order and said it was picked up around 10-15 minutes ago. The restaurant was only about 5-8 minutes away (driving). I never received my order. The employee I spoke to was really sorry, and said that they use DoorDash for their delivery service. He said they are not responsible for the meal after it leaves the restaurant with the DoorDash driver. I looked up DoorDash and they say they are not responsible for online orders that are not through DoorDash because there is no tracking. I guess I understand DoorDash, but shouldn't the restaurant honor how I ordered through their restaurant online? I paid through their website, not DoorDash. Oh well, $20.00 down the drain. This is why I don't do delivery. You can't trust anybody to be a decent human being in this world. read more

i want to give this 0 stars. i have so many complaints. yes, there food is good but it's the service. last time i went there i ordered a sandwich they have on the menu and asked for it with no lettuce. keep in mind i have the same order every time i go, and they ALWAYS GET IT WRONG. never once have they gotten it right on the first try. it took them like half an hour to make my food which seems ridiculous since my order was just a couple sandwiches. so when my food FINALLY comes out i double check with the girl and said "just to make sure this sandwich has no lettuce on it right?" and she said "uhhh no did you want no lettuce?" and i said "well i did order it without lettuce so yes" and she said "would you like me to remake it?" and i said yes (because obviously i want my correct order after paying SO MUCH and waiting SO LONG). she grabbed the bag out of my hand, let out a huge sign and rolled her eyes as she walked away. she told another employee that i wanted no lettuce and he also rolled his eyes and reluctantly starting remaking my order. when it was finally done around 15 minutes later, another girl employee just dropped the bag on the table i was waiting at. no "have a nice day" or "sorry about that mistake". nothing. i'm not going back. read more
