Jordan was super friendly and offered us advice on where to place the tv on the wall. He was even kind enough to adjust the placement after having already mounted it on the wall because we couldn't decide how high we wanted the tv. His rates are also very affordable and better than other quotes we had gotten. We will definitely be calling Jordan again when we need to mount tvs in our other rooms in the future!

To my…read moresurprise a short time later I got a response from the owner. he was able to listen to my problem, provide me with a quote and agreed to come out Monday evening after hours since he had another job scheduled doing the day. He was able to come out switch out the power supply box and got my cameras back up and running. The owner Jordan provided great customer service and seems to really care about his customers and making things right. I would strongly recommend west coast sight and sound to everyone out there. I'll definitely use them when I upgrade my system.

Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

I made an appointment with Zachary to better secure my RV gate which had blown open during the last…read morebig winds. He had a cancellation so he was able to come out right away. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!
