It tastes like a strong mocha, I needed the ice to melt a little bit to calm down the flavor, but that was just my personal preference. I was able to get a lot of work done and my friends came to visit at one point. It's smaller inside but there are probably 8-10 tables for customers. If I lived closer, I would definitely be here more often!

After waiting for about 5 to 8 minutes, my drink came out, and it was really delicious. It wasn't too sweet and was very refreshing. (I actually try to avoid drinking sugary drinks because of my teeth. Ever since spending a fortune at the dentist a few years ago, I've been taking extra care of my teeth. So I usually don't drink sweet beverages, but this one didn't bother my teeth at all, which made it even better.) The only downside is that this location doesn't have any tables or seating space. Still, the drink was so delicious and refreshing that I finished it in a flash, and the staff who took my order was so friendly, which was great. (Even when Starbucks gives out free drinks sometimes with my reward points, I never order a Venti because I think it's a waste to order a large size just because it's free if I can't even finish it. So I just ordered a regular size yesterday, but it was so good that I drank it so fast.) If you're going to charge customers extra for lemon, at least provide a whole lemon or a reasonable amount. Charging several dollars for a few paper-thin slices of lemon just feels incredibly cheap and unreasonable. It definitely left a bad impression, especially on a first-time customer. As far as seating goes, it's an intimate little shop. But you can sip on your drink and snack on a pastry alongside their big picture windows, or you can enjoy their outdoor seating. If you have little ones, then the Adams Square Mini Park is just across the way along the colorful pedestrian crosswalk. And for those who enjoy art, the revolving installations from community artists inside the historical 1936 Streamline Moderne-style gas station, designed by architect W.A. Church is a treat.

We made a stop at Soulsweets Coffee hoping to try their matcha drinks, but sadly they were out that day. That said, the staff was super friendly and suggested a few other options ~ and I'm glad they did! Drinks: 5/5 Pistachio Bliss - I asked for it slightly less sweet and it came out perfect. You can actually taste the pistachio and even get bits of it in the drink! Really unique and well done. Pink Dream - A raspberry-infused latte that leans fruity and sweet. If you like dessert-style coffees, this one's a winner. Service: 5/5 Greeted with a smile, left with a smile! The kind of warm customer service that makes you want to return. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Atmosphere: 5/5 It's a cute little café with charming decor. Not really a study spot, but perfect for a break or quick catch-up. Cozy and thoughtfully designed. Heads up: It's a bit hidden! There's no clear sign out front, so look for Roobina's Cake and Catering, Soulsweets is tucked inside. I stumbled on this coffee shop through TikTok and decided to give it a try. My first visit was on a weekend, and while it was a little busy (it's a cozy space), it still felt inviting. There's no signage outside, but it wasn't too hard to find. I parked in the nearby neighborhood and took a short walk over which I actually enjoyed. The staff has been consistently kind and welcoming each time I've stopped by. I've come back a few times now, and I really enjoy their vanilla latte and einspanner latte. The prices run a bit higher than my usual local spot, so I don't make it out as often. read more

This is such a cute cafe with such sweet workers and great customer service. I had their mango matcha and it was one of the best drinks I have ever had. It was the perfect mix of matcha and mango, it was creamy and not milky whatsoever and the mango has the perfect amount. My friend tried their regular vanilla latte and she loved it. There is sometimes street parking right in front of the office building on Brand, otherwise the lot for this complex is $1 for every 12 minutes and this stand doesn't validate (tho Equinox does, apparently).
