The great thing is he describes the food so well that his descriptions are on point. For example, I didn't know what a cheese curd was so he described it... I was intrigued and decided to order it on the side and it was on point. He couldn't have described it better. I think that's really important in this industry... to be able to get accurate answers to Qs, especially when we're dabbling into something new. So my friend and I both got burgers. He got the dirty burger (with a dough boy on the side) and I got the big mac. I can't speak much for my friend's burger other than it looking and being HUGE and heavy... it was definitely protein heavy and I know he had to sit at home and enjoy it because it would've collapsed in his car lol. I, on the other hand, went to a park to sit outside and enjoy my "big mac." It was delicious. Nearly every aspect of it was seasoned and they worked well together... The mac n cheese was well cooked/seasoned, the breading used for it was seasoned well, the burger meat was not only well seasoned but also cooked exactly as I ordered it. A+!   I was so stuffed from the burger that I couldn't eat all my cheese curds. Fortunately, because they're "crunchier" than mozzarella sticks, I was able to enjoy the rest later when they were cold. I will DEFINITELY be going back to try out more of their menu items. A huge perk for me is their location (on Valley Street near Price Rite). I like how it's an easy to get to location with ample parking.  I literally cannot think of any cons. The only small "con" that I wouldn't take a star off is that the food was so good that I am confident people would definitely want to eat this food after a club/party yet this truck closes at 10 PM. Maybe in a few years they can extend employment to have someone take over the trunk in a night shift. I am confident business would be booming for them as their delicious food would help people sober up after a great night!!

On my first time in I had the Thai-Tini (Thai tea with vanilla vodka) and it was very much so worth the hype I have seen about it on Instagram. The passion fruit lime aid mocktail also looked amazing! One of the guys we sat with had it and said it was very good! We had Khao Soi as a main and it was out of this world. So much flavor, detail and fresh ingredients put together to create an amazing dish. Wow! I would love to come back and try other dishes for sure. Their food truck can be a bit of a hunt, but they keep their location updated on Instagram, and the chase is absolutely worth it. From the jump, they were super friendly and genuinely excited that I sought them out just to try the food. Always a great sign. As for the wings I went with their recommendation: the Original Bo's Sauce, a sweet buffalo-style sauce. The wings were dredged with a perfectly crispy coating, cooked just right, and tossed generously in sauce. They come with your choice of blue cheese or ranch. To be honest, these were some of the best wings I've had this month, balanced, flavorful, and addictively good. I also ordered the onion rings, which came in a huge portion of battered, fried sweet onions. Crispy, not greasy, and paired with a tangy remoulade that took them over the top. Absolute win. Unfortunately no photos this time, I dug into them before remembering to snap one (a problem that speaks for itself). Bottom line: Bo's Wings & Rings is 100% worth seeking out. If you're even remotely serious about wings in Rhode Island, put them on your must-try list. I'll definitely be tracking them down again.

Can't wait to come back here and try more items from the menu for a detailed review. The food is cooked to order. There were a lot of call-in orders so we had to wait a short wait for our food. Best to call in your order ahead unless you don't mind the short wait.
