SOS is THE go to shop in Southern California! I had a huge project and vision for my 1991 Honda NSX. SOS took on my idea and absolutely killed it! They customly molded a front bumper that wasn't made for my front end but made it work, it looks so good it looks like the bumper was made for my front end. Not to mention, they installed a whole new body kit AND repainted my whole car within a month! I also recommend them for reupholstery! Finding floor mats for my RHD NSX is very difficult. So what SOS did for me was they made brand new floor mats using my old floor mats as a template. Once again, they did a stellar job. Man SOS CUSTOMZ are the real deal. My car was in an accident and I took my car to SOS CUSTOMZ. And they hooked my car up,not only did they fix my car but my car had major mechanical problems due to the accident as well and my car was fixed and all the mechanical work was done legit. I really didn't think it was a one stop shop. I've taken my other car there for repairs due to an accident as well and they hook that car up as well just didn't have mechanical issues last time. But this time I did and you couldn't even tell that my car was in an accident at all. When I dropped my car off it had to be towed I couldn't even drive my car let alone turn my steering wheel due to the accident that caused at lot of mechanical problems. But the car and the mechanical problems were all fixed and all done legit. I can turn my steering wheel now without any problems and it drives like a champ again. I took my Mustang there per a mutual friends recommendation to have the calipers painted. They did a great job on the calipers but got a lot of overspray on other parts of the vehicle. During the process, stripped a couple lug nuts and nicked up the powder coated rims. Shortly after doing my car, took a Lambo SUV to have the same process done. Again lots of overspray, etc. not the attention to detail I was expecting from Saul and Oscars team. I have seen these guys work and it usually is too notch from what I have seen in the past. Not sure if my job was too small for them or ??? If you're looking for a high end customization or a really nice paint job, these guys are good. The small stuff..... a little more attention to detail on the small jobs would be more advantageous as people with the small jobs will usually bring back larger jobs in the future. read more

Do not take your car here to get anything done. I came here for fender rolling and only had one fender with a dent and left with all four jacked up and dented with NO love put into the work. When i told Oscar i wasnt happy with the roll and there is now a dent in my rear driver side fender he said that dent was there when i brought it in....he said he would fix the concerns and id be out in 20 min. 1 hour 30 min later the car was NOT fixed and I left because NoOne who works there give two shits about your car and quality of work. Just walk inside and look at the disaster of an office they have. It is like a trash land fill in there. These guys just plain dont CARE. That work was SO bad and disappointing. I took it into SOS and the guys right away were professional and descriptive. They gave me a quote that was totally affordable. They had a plan of attack on what we were going to do to my truck.. very detailed and organized.. the truck was done under budget and on the day they promised. This placed makes my stomach sick! Do not go to for quality work! Brought in a Brand New (under 100 miles) 2017 Rav 4 and they fucked it up! Exterior: Asked to have rims painted, along with lights and windows tinted Interior: Dash trim painted gloss black Brought in the vehicle and got it back after 6 weeks. Rims had drip marks all over, tint had bubbles & cracks AND the gloss black dash had crack and color bleed (all pictures attached). On top of that, they stole the spare tool kit and a vape pen in the vehicle. After noticing the flaws, Saul said to come back after the paint and tint "set." I came back after 4 weeks to have everything "fixed." Another 30 days later, I come back and everything on the outside looks fixed. Of course theyre busy so I get the keys and leave. Come home only to notice the interior is still not fixed and there is a piece missing from the bottom of my dash! The worst experience I can imagine, wouldnt even suggest this place to someone I dont like. read more

SO Disappointed! Had my wheelchair van repaired here on a insurance claim and they left the trash from some of the repairs in the back of my van. Very Unprofessional ! Frist time I opened the back after picking it up I found, the bent bracket they replaced, 6 cut wires, 7 screws 4 of them had some type of goo that was now also in the carpet. 4 other small broken parts of something and a cut off wiring connector. Also left dirty footprints in the front from moving it around the shop. There has to be a vacuum in your shop somewhere. For the high prices they charge (want 2x more than pep boys to change headlights) they should have at least cleaned up the mess they made on the inside. The window they fixed is not straight, gap at bottom much smaller than top gap. Please Don't pick up your van or car as they are closing. You might not see the issues or find the trash till later and have to clean up there mess yourself like I did. I'm a disabled senior and it was not easy. Check everything carefully before you sign the completed paperwork or you might be disappointed also! read more

After calling 25 different repair shops and our truck sitting in our driveway for 2.5 weeks, we finally found SOS Customz to repair our lifted truck. Due to mutiple insurance issues with Farmers (do not ever use them), our truck was in the shop for 7.5 weeks. SOS Customz was very communicative throughout the whole process and helped me mutiple times to contact my insurance to get things done. They repaired/replaced the drive shaft, rear axle, rear passenger fender, rear shocks and leaf springs, tailight and rims and tires. I've used SOS customs for installing a new soft top on my 2006 MX5 Miata. They did a fantastic job and less expensive than others in the area. Recently, my Miata had a check engine light. My friends and I were convinced it was a blown head gasket. They were able to figure out that we didnt bleed the coolant system completely and fixed the problem the same day. SOS Customz brings a standard to the automotive world very rarely seen these days. The entire shop are class acts. I contacted the owner Saul about getting my 1963 Pontiac Wagon ready for my wedding and gave him the time line it needed to be completed. Without a hesitation he told me to bring it in once my parts I ordered arrived and they would take care of me. Take care they did. I came rolling in on a flat bed with failing brakes, suspension, 2 year old fuel in the tank, and several other problems. The guys all teamed up to push my land yacht into a bay to start trashing immediately. Saul got to know my car so well in the week it was in his shop that he found out all the "classic car" quirks it has and how to get around them (like the transmission gear selector needs to be held in reserve). When I came to pick up the car, It was freshly washed and looking amazing. The amount of work done was a bit more than initially expected, but SOS was admit about giving me back a safe and reliable car. The suspension is a dream, the drums brakes will now stop better than our 2012 Ford, and the car just feel overall more confident. The car was ready a week before the wedding which gave me enough time to have it detailed and get 100+ test mile in before the big day. It preformed flawlessly all weekend having to fill the 23 gallon tank up twice! Last week I took it to a show and my original input shaft seals on my Roto-Hydromatic (SlimJim) transmission finally let loose. If anyone knows early Pontiacs, this is not a surprise in the slightest. I will absolutely be taking the wagon back soon once I source a new heavy duty transmission with guidance of Saul. I took the bench seat out of my 1960 VW Single Cab that is being restored to Sandra at SOS Upholstery. Sandra was VERY helpful in helping me chose the material and pattern to use. She took the time to discuss options and showed me different patterns. With her help, I decided on a two tone leather, light grey and dark grey with blue stitching to pick up the color of the truck. Recently something flew at my car on the freeway hitting the right front side. Once I got home I assessed the damage and saw that there were some scratches and my headlight was cracked. Once I contacted my insurance I then took my car into SOS for collision repair. Saul and Oscar were very helpful and had great communication with us throughout this whole COVID pandemic. They contacted my insurance, sent them photos and facetimed them. They were very thorough when examining over the car. Insurance wanted to simply patch up the dents and scratches on my bumper. Saul felt that that was wrong as the car isn't even 1 year old and vouched and fought for us to get a new bumper. SOS truly produced amazing work. I have a 1956 Ford F100 with a custom flatbed. It was done 20+ years ago but was left outside for stupid reasons and the paint went bad so I took it to SOS to have them re-paint it.
