Packed and busy, plenty of parking. Every seat was taken, hangout spots or study time, you name it. Drink orders: Cloudy matcha 5/5, refreshing, really enjoyed the whipped matcha. Ube Matcha 4/5 Strawberry Matcha 4/5 They have special pastries as well. Staff 3/5- thought they were pretty rude, this was our first time here, and the girls that were working should lighten up, I've never witnessed such negative energy like this. My friend had not even taken a sip yet, and the girl goes you need to stir to drink it like geez girl can we just take a moment to admire the drink, obviously the intent was to stir it.

The Ube espresso latte and toasted pistachio flavored croissants are fantastic! Service is excellent. Nice music with lounge like vibe inside.

I have been DYING to try Sorbo because of their hilarious insta and infamous talk of their matcha. The reviews have not lied. It really IS worth the hype. I've tried both their Hojicha latte and Matcha Espresso. Both were rich with flavor, the perfect amount of sweetness, and smooooth. The service seems nice from my short interactions with them at cash register. The interior is very upscale however both times I've been there it has been too busy and enclosed in my opinion to do homework. I won't hold that against them though because they are pretty Tampa famous and their drinks are fantastic! Every bit worth the hype.

This cafe is KING if customizable iced matcha with flavors to die for. I have tried their strawberry matcha (always the favorite) but today I got a Sakura Creme Matcha and it was delightful. Because if wasn't as sweet as the strawberry one! I can't believe how busy it is here so recommend downloading the JOE app and order ahead.

This place is definitely popular, but luckily we timed our visit right before a big rush. Or maybe it was between rushes since they were out of most of their baked goods! We stuck to ordering just drinks then and tried the passionfruit hibiscus tea and Thai tea both of which were very good. Seating filled up quickly but we were able to grab a spot and hang out for a bit which was nice.

Was in the area today and decided to try this place as I've heard great things about it! I ordered both the ube latte and the strawberry matcha latte. I enjoyed the latte a little more as i wish the matcha had a little bit of a vanilla flavor which I'm sure I could ask for next time. But the strawberry flavor was phenomenal. When im in the area next time, I will definitely be back. Also ordered the cream croissant and please get it if you haven't already.

Favorite Ube Matcha in the Tampa Bay area!! The service is great and fast paced. If you're looking for a new place to study, please be aware that this cafe stays very busy throughout the day and i'd recommend bringing headphones and getting there early to get a table. It is a small cafe and can get noisy. I've also tried their seasonal Matcha Banoffee and it was great as well (not pictured).

Got their seasonal drink, the Strawberry Mocha Matcha. Love how strawberry forward it is; I notieced that they use fresh strawberries for the puree rather than syrup. The mocha is subtle and the matcha is earthy, making for a well-balanced drink that isn't too sweet when mixed altogether. Definitely is one of my favorite coffeeshops in general. They have kind staff and they make their drinks quickly without compromising the quality. I've even had a few of their desserts before such as the matcha cake, croissant, and ube parfait, which are great compliments to the drinks.

Came in after seeing they had an espresso banoffee latte that looks so delicious and it tasted way better than I expected!! When I came in, I asked for it. It wasn't too busy in Line, but all the seating was full. I waited about seven minutes for the drink and I took it outside to try it. Not only is the drink very pretty, but the flavor is so good. The rich espresso mixed with this caramelized banana flavor is just too good.

Sorbo has been a great addition to the Wesley Chapel area. It took me a while to start becoming a regular because at first I thought their coffee was too strong. But that is not something I should be complaining about. I really enjoy how they handle like their coffee beans. The service is great. They already remember us each time we come in. The caramel macchiato is one of my favorites. I really enjoy the ambience. They have a very moody in there.

The marvelous matcha macadamia cookie. Heavenly! August 2025

Coffee-tea-bakery-wine? Yes! And I hear they have beer, too. So I can stop here in the morning before shopping at the nearby Wiregrass mall-and stop by in the evening, when I'm done. I love bookend beverages! And I love Sorbo! Outside, it looks like so many places-with outdoor tables. Inside-it's totally different. It's dark and zen-and sort of swanky, even by day. There are low tables on one side-full of people working on laptops. There's a cute couch area on the other side, perfect for chatting with friends or taking Insta pics. And there's a high communal table in the middle, with a strip of rocks down the middle. The vibe is both chill and intoxicating. And I'm clearly not the only one who feels it. This place is busy and, I think, beloved. It seems like the clientele is very devoted. It's trendy and warm and different from all the cookie cutter places. So, I've set the scene, let's check out the menu. There are sooooo many tea and coffee drinks-a huge variety of tastes and combinations-and they're all so pretty. I had the signature strawberry matcha latte on one visit-and it's super refreshing-not too sweet-with lots of fresh, really delish strawberries. I didn't mix it-but I will next time-so each sip has a bit of each flavor. On my second visit, I had the matcha ube latte. Ohhh, it was pretty, too. I had it with oat milk and it paired perfectly with the flavors. I'd have this again, too. (And I'll choose to dine in... since it looks like they have gorgeous and fun glasses for in house use) Now, a moment please, for the baked goods. I had a pistachio croissant-that was delightful (flaky, light, delicate). But the star of this show is the matcha macadamia cookie-it's absolutely divine. It's warm and melty and rich and next level yum. I've never had a better cookie (save for Mom's and Grandma's). I could eat a whole pile of them. Thank goodness I don't live right around the corner. They don't have menu boards on the wall-but you can grab a laminated paper menu at the front counter. And be sure to check out the little chalkboard signs at the ordering spot. There are other suggestions, there. (Thanks for the tip, Karen V!) The staff is very helpful and patient and give great recommendations. If you're stuck, they can help. It does get busy-and crowded in the morning. That's the only reason this isn't a 5 star review. It gets a little squishy. But I like their buzzer system for pickup. Sorbo is right there on Bruce B Downs-near the Adventhealth Hospital. If you get off I-75 on 56, hang a left at Rooms to Go. It's in the same plaza as Dickey's bbq. It's a busy parking lot but there are extra spaces on the side. I'll see you there!

Sorbo has quickly become one of my favorite local coffee shops. The space itself is inviting on the darker side but still relaxed. It was very crowded on a Wednesday afternoon, but there were a couple small tables left . The staff are friendly and good at suggesting drinks since I wanted something on the lighter side . and you can tell they care about the quality of what they serve. We tried the strawberry matcha latte, and it was absolutely delightful. The matcha was smooth without any bitterness, and the fresh strawberry added sweetness and fruitiness . Definitely a drink that's as photogenic as it is delicious. I enjoyed the coconut water matcha Instead of the creaminess of milk, the coconut water made it light, hydrating, and super refreshing. It's a good boost of energy without a crash as I can't do coffees.

    Chai and Banoffee latte

Overall: 3.5 Sorbo is coffee and match shop in Wesley Chapel, Fl. It was always crowded when I passed by so I wanted to check it out. I ordered the Banoffee Latte iced and my Mom ordered an iced Chai. I liked the Banoffee latte! The only thing I would change is the sweetness level. It was way too sweet for my taste. I might try less caramel around the cup next time. My Mom enjoyed her Chai which came with cinnamon on top. She would order it again. Overall, we enjoyed the drinks we had and will go back. One tip would be to have a menu displayed for all to see. When you go up to order there are just small menus and you need to wait for one to become available if you do not know what you want. The seating is tight and tables are small. It is very hard to find seats unless you go at an off time of day or get to the shop early. There is outdoor seating too if it is not too hot out. If you have not checked out Sorbo give them a try.

The food options on Happy Hour menu were very good, particularly the Quesadilla and Prime Rib sliders. My wife loved the arancini balls as well and shrimp tempura was solid. From a drinks perspective my wife tried the sangria flight and it was a great option with 4 different types of sangria with more hits than misses. Service was acceptable though, not great. Lady kept forgetting things for us. My friend wanted so coffee with non dairy milk and waitress didn't even know if they offer it, she had to go ask and said they do not. When we asked for tiramisu , she said we are likely out because we were out yesterday. But then she went to check and they indeed had it. How come she doesn't know what is on a menu. I had a grouper sandwich that was pretty good and side salad was pretty good. I asked for olive oil and vinegar and waitress again said she doesn't know if that possible. Which is the weirdest response. I didn't ask for anything unique. She then said they will do it and proceeded to bring me something different. Ambience is very nice and upscale, definitely one of the best places on the Wesley Chapel. Unfortunately the service wasn't great and I think it's time to offer non dairy options.

Sausage, grilled eggplant, basil reduction, topped with had grated ricotta! As advertised this was one of the best, unique pizza's that I've had! Excellent pours of Montepulciano and Pinot Noir went perfectly with the meal. Couldn't resist dessert. We decided to not go with the standards (i.e. cannoli, tiramisu, creme brulee, etc.) and I am so glad that we went with The Ricotta and Pear Cake and the Raspberry Almond Shortbread. Both were amazingly fresh and had the perfect balance of textures and tastes. Accompanying Cafe Americano and Espresso Doppio was excellent. Amazing bar, excellent server (Virginia), great ambiance. The staff, and especially our server Dani B were wonderful and very accommodating. We ordered appetizers off of the new menu to start with and a few cocktails. The pimento croquettes with bacon jam. were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. We also ordered the focaccia bread with black garlic whipped ricotta. It was a crowdpleaser for sure. Everybody loved it. Our only slight complaint/suggestion was the portion size of the pimento croquettes. We had a party of five at the table, and the appetizer was only four croquettes. Would have been nice if everybody could have one without having to split them for everybody at the table to have one. It would be nice at the time of ordering appetizers for them to let us know how many came on the plate maybe even offer a slight up charge to add a fifth one or sixth one depending on the size of the party at the table. But that was the only minor disappointment. They were still one of the best appetizers we've had in a while! Everybody decided on the burgers for their meal. A couple ordered the Boujie burger, and the others the lampshade Smashburger with bacon. Hands down one of the best burgers we've had in a while top-notch absolutely delicious. And everybody almost loved the fries just as much. They are fantastic the perfect combination. If you are in the area or looking for a absolutely delicious meal, you won't be disappointed with the living room as your choice. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the new menu.
