What an amazing little find! We needed to kill some time before taking our friends to the airport, and Noble Brew was the perfect spot. They have so many fun and unique drink options that it's easy to step out of your comfort zone and try something new. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they let us sit, relax, and chat for quite a while without ever making us feel rushed. She was absolutely awesome! We'll definitely be back. They've been open for one year in Seminole Heights, and I didn't even know they were here. Parking is easy because there is a free parking lot next to the building. Kind of sketchy area, but I had no issues - just lock your car. I was the only one in there at 10 am, but it filled up quickly afterwards. I went with an oat milk shaken espresso, add sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup. My drink was priced reasonable, ready quickly, and it was perfect. Inside is very cute, with a wide variety of seating areas: tables, couches, chairs, etc. They had a refrigerated display case next to where you place your order at the bar, and that held a variety of pastries for purchase. I was told there is always only one person working, so I'm not sure how long you'll wait if it is busy, but the worker when I was there seemed very efficient. The place looks small but they have an outdoor patio in the back. Chai latte was really good, as were the individually packed croissants. It's quiet so you can definitely study, work, or just kick back and relax. The main countertop is a bit high. I'm 5'10' and I had to raise my elbows up higher after sitting down to try and use the counter, but moved to the one along the wall. Definitely need some higher stools, but they are a decent height already. The neighborhood isn't appealing, but the place is worth a visit. read more

Ahh nothing beats a chai with aromatic spices. Something about it just warms the soul. Speaking of which , noble brew does it really freaking well, the notes of ginger and cardamom are very prominent. The service was great , I had the pleasure of being served by Aidan and really enjoyed our interactions. My friend and I wanted to find a little coffee/tea shop that was open late so we could go sit a while a write. I randomly found Noble Brew during my search, and I loved that it was so close to where we live. Upon walking in, it is such a vibe. It had vibey music, plenty of comfy seating options, a lot of patrons all doing their own thing, and a super cute outdoor space. I really enjoyed the artsy feel and the menu full of options, from seasonal teas to coffee to matcha and even cava and kratom. Being so late in the day, I opted for an herbal tea, but I will definitely be back to try the matcha. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable and the experience was chill and enjoyable. read more

Very bad experience. We came in for two cold brews. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a black cold brew and cold brew with oat milk. They were out of oat milk so we had almond milk instead. The coffee itself was disgusting and chalky. We both threw it away about 5 sips in. I am surprised cold brew could be made to taste so bad. It's a cute little spot to hang out and have some coffee. You can definitely take a bunch of photos here. People are just hanging out; mostly on their laptops. There is outside seating and at the counter. Some games to play. Bathroom was clean. Strawberry lemonade was way too sweet. What a delightful find in the (perhaps?) up and coming neighborhood. They just had their grand opening but already a decent amount of people working and enjoying the space on a Friday morning. Lots of cool seating areas and a cute patio outback. The service was warm and welcoming. I tried an iced coffee and my partner had a warm coffee. Both were smooth and tasty and of high quality. They also specialize in kava and kratom (a Southeast Asian botanical) so it's quite unique! Super friendly owner, Safa. The drinks are very unique and complex and it's a super fun way to enjoy cava. they also have a bunch of special coffee drinks, including mushroom coffee. The inside vibe is very chill and it's a great place to catch up with a friend do some computer work or even just hang out by yourself. they recently opened up and it's definitely worth a visit if you love a specialty drink. This mornings barista was nice. He had a pleasant attitude towards customers. He was very patient when I accidently spilled the first cup he made me. The atmosphere overall is welcoming and friendly. A good place to get some work done, business meetings, or to meet up with friends. It is a small business. But it is not lacking in quality. From the coffee to the tea, it is unique. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE I ordered a Large Iced mocha caramel coffee with regular milk. As I was speaking with Safa (I'm so sorry if that's misspelled) she recommended I try the red Kratom for my back pain (military injury). I explained I had tried the green kratom in the past and didn't like it so I was nervous to because the I didn't like the taste. She surprised me with this wonderful concoction of Peach Lemonade with Strawberries and red kratom. It was delicious. It hid the kratom so well. But still had that smooth mellow flavor that people like. I think I like the Kratom drink more than the coffee. lol. Atmosphere is 10/10 Staff is 10/10 , I got to meet and socialize with so many friendly people there. I would definitely recommend to a friend! I really enjoyed my first trip to Noble Brew. It was a really unique and nice experience with the music and decor. You can tell its owner-managed, which I later found out. The traditional Turkish coffee that I asked for was great. I'm a guy from the suburbs who enjoyed my time living in and near NYC and traveling. Upon entering I also met one of the regulars who helped me finally understand what cava and Kratom are (which they also have) for next time. Beyond done with the mermaid lady brand and the donut people. They also have a food truck out back with an egg roll concept with many different fillings. Back to Noble. Owner Safa made sure I got exactly what I wanted in a coffee. They believe in the experience and the other server was also very friendly. Co-owners Marc and Wendy were very nice and are Tampa Bay natives and have a knack for new concepts but are quick to adapt to what the customer likes. I am looking forward to my next stop here. I was coming from Grand Cathedral so hopefully others from there will try this local gem as Tampa Ave continues to add new concepts as the neighborhood evolves. read more
