My friend and I wanted to find a little coffee/tea shop that was open late so we could go sit a while a write. I randomly found Noble Brew during my search, and I loved that it was so close to where we live. Upon walking in, it is such a vibe. It had vibey music, plenty of comfy seating options, a lot of patrons all doing their own thing, and a super cute outdoor space. I really enjoyed the artsy feel and the menu full of options, from seasonal teas to coffee to matcha and even cava and kratom. Being so late in the day, I opted for an herbal tea, but I will definitely be back to try the matcha. The barista was friendly and knowledgeable and the experience was chill and enjoyable.

2nd time visiting. Staff was friendly each time. 1st visit there was a musical bingo event which was a blast! I ordered a Matcha Latte with oat milk both times. Loved that the Matcha is not pre sweetened and that the cafe is open late! The vibe is cozy and fun. There are outlets for studying, but not sure how many. I would definitely revisit.

Great coffee spot. Nice cozy atmosphere with an open plan. They play music in the background that's not too loud. Able to study and talk with friends, very friendly. The service was great, I ordered at the bar and the staff brought it all the way to my table.

Very bad experience. We came in for two cold brews. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We ordered a black cold brew and cold brew with oat milk. They were out of oat milk so we had almond milk instead. The coffee itself was disgusting and chalky. We both threw it away about 5 sips in. I am surprised cold brew could be made to taste so bad. Would not come back and would not recommend.

It's a cute little spot to hang out and have some coffee. You can definitely take a bunch of photos here. People are just hanging out; mostly on their laptops. There is outside seating and at the counter. Some games to play. Bathroom was clean. Strawberry lemonade was way too sweet. We had asked for a macchiato ended up getting more milk than we'd like.

What a delightful find in the (perhaps?) up and coming neighborhood. They just had their grand opening but already a decent amount of people working and enjoying the space on a Friday morning. Lots of cool seating areas and a cute patio outback. The service was warm and welcoming. I tried an iced coffee and my partner had a warm coffee. Both were smooth and tasty and of high quality. They also specialize in kava and kratom (a Southeast Asian botanical) so it's quite unique! I'm so glad I spotted this on our way to the Airbnb, it was a pleasant 10 min walk and during the day felt totally safe.

Super friendly owner, Safa. The drinks are very unique and complex and it's a super fun way to enjoy cava. they also have a bunch of special coffee drinks, including mushroom coffee. The inside vibe is very chill and it's a great place to catch up with a friend do some computer work or even just hang out by yourself. they recently opened up and it's definitely worth a visit if you love a specialty drink. I got the chocolate covered blueberries and my friend got the Horchata with cava. Both tasted super yummy and had a great cava effect.

Service was great and space is amazing but coffee was sooo disappointing Both latte and cold foam were boring and not tasty. My latte didn't even have foam

Great & cool place! Very cozy indoor & out door spaces. Excellent coffees, teas & other drinks. The food truck offers a great variety of freshly made & delicious food options. The staff is super friendly & knowledgeable baristas. Love coming here weekly. Def recommend!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE I ordered a Large Iced mocha caramel coffee with regular milk. As I was speaking with Safa (I'm so sorry if that's misspelled) she recommended I try the red Kratom for my back pain (military injury). I explained I had tried the green kratom in the past and didn't like it so I was nervous to because the I didn't like the taste. She surprised me with this wonderful concoction of Peach Lemonade with Strawberries and red kratom. It was delicious. It hid the kratom so well. But still had that smooth mellow flavor that people like. I think I like the Kratom drink more than the coffee. lol. Atmosphere is 10/10 Staff is 10/10 , I got to meet and socialize with so many friendly people there. I would definitely recommend to a friend! (In fact I did) And the chocolate croissant was sooooooooo good. Nice light but delicious snack. & there's a food truck coming soon!! The shop's official Hard Open date is May 3rd. Thank you for your hospitality! See u soon -Alisa

    Whipped honey latte

When I entered the cafe it smelled SO good and it had good music playing. I ordered the whipped honey latte and it was so rich and creamy. The price was very reasonable. The lady behind the counter was sweet and made sure the coffee tasted to my liking. I will definitely be back!

I honestly went back and forth on whether I needed to update this review, because there's a lot to love about this place. The quality of the food and coffee is consistently great, and the space itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. That said, I still can't give it 5 stars due to service gaps. There isn't a designated person clearing or wiping tables, so when you're lucky enough to get one, you have to track down someone behind the counter ~ usually in the middle of cashiering or making drinks ~ to ask for it to be cleaned. Also, every single time food is brought out, utensils are never included. I truly like this place and it remains one of my regular spots for breakfast or brunch, and I'll continue coming back. I just hope the owners read these reviews and take this feedback to heart, because with small service improvements, this place could easily be a 5-star experience.

They do not have matcha. 3. They do not have food. These days coffee makes my body feel weirddddd so I was a bit staggered when I walked in and realized those 3 things since I was here with a bike group and I really needed some food. I considered having coffee anyway but without food and being on a 15+ mile bike ride, I wasn't trying to have a medical episode so I decided to try their chai tea latte. It was truly delicious!! It got me home and able to eat so thank god for that! Some of the rest of my party got the herbal tea and the way it was served was super cool. It had me intrigued. But if you like coffee, everyone said it was delicious. The fact that they have a latte on draft is pretty amazing as well. I loved the location because it's kind of ducked off in the corner which is why I had never been there before. But above all else, the amount of pups here were enough to make me return time and time again. I met the cutest greyhounds which are my fav so my soul was happy.

Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business.
