Overall, my experience here was awesome. However, I just want to point out a few things for people who have never been here because I was unaware. 1. They do not take cash. 2. They do not have matcha. 3. They do not have food. These days coffee makes my body feel weirddddd so I was a bit staggered when I walked in and realized those 3 things since I was here with a bike group and I really needed some food. I considered having coffee anyway but without food and being on a 15+ mile bike ride, I wasn't trying to have a medical episode so I decided to try their chai tea latte. It was truly delicious!! It got me home and able to eat so thank god for that! Some of the rest of my party got the herbal tea and the way it was served was super cool. It had me intrigued. But if you like coffee, everyone said it was delicious. The fact that they have a latte on draft is pretty amazing as well. I loved the location because it's kind of ducked off in the corner which is why I had never been there before. But above all else, the amount of pups here were enough to make me return time and time again. I met the cutest greyhounds which are my fav so my soul was happy.

But they had nitro which my husband enjoyed and recommended a coffee shop down the street for matcha, so nice of them! The nitro was smooth, and the service was spectacular. When we went to pay our server mentioned a couple of ladies and said there was no charge as it was on those ladies! What a pleasant surprise. It's a brewery with a coffee section off to the side. There's a pool table and tons of beer pulls. Looks like lots of fun evenings could be had at this place! They also support dog rescues with a pictures with Santa event, that's always going to get bonus points in my book!
Last minute coffee plans with friends changed and we needed a new venue so with yelps help we landed here. Walking in I noticed a limited menu (helpful to those who cannot make up minds easily .... ) and noticed they were quick to take orders and quick to serve ... LOVE that! Also as I was waiting for friends I observed they know their regulars and their orders which is also a great trait in a coffee shop. It's not your traditional coffee shop and shifts to a bar setting later in the day it appears and limited indoor seating but extensive outdoor seating is also an option. I ordered a cold brew black - came in a super cute little cup and friends got coffee and chai. We all agreed the coffee and tea were excellent and we really enjoyed our time. Thanks for a great morning and cup of joe!!!
I love this place! This was a totally great find. We avoided this place for sometime because we thought it was more of like a bar spot. However, it was super cool to see in the morning. They were really just open for coffee. The guy behind the coffee bar was super friendly and super knowledgeable. He let us try out some things before we ordered. He even recommended us to just order what we think would like and if we don't like it, he'll make us something new. This was so kind! Their coffee is honestly the best price coffee you will ever find. I love these prices. It's like we're back in the 2000s. They're only milk options of regular milk and oat oat milk, which is totally fine. Over the weekend, they had little boot outside with people selling their own artsy items, which was really fun. After the midday rolls around they close a coffee bar and they open the regular bar which is super fun. This place is huge in there. They have games plans, super cozy to come in and work or just vibe out with your friends. The workers here are happy to be working here and super friendly! They even let you bring an outside food because they don't serve food here so they definitely want you to hang out and stay a while.
Hands down the best nitro cold brew ever made: peanut butter nitro! The worker was so friendly and knew everyone's name and order in line, so definitely a place for regulars. Service was immediate. The actual inside is a bit dark, but there's plenty of outdoor seating that has shade. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!!
This is our favorite neighborhood coffee shop, it has such a friendly atmosphere, dog friendly, and such amazing service. It's also a hot spot for studying! Josh at the counter always recognizes his customers and asks how their day is going. I got the peanut butter draft latte which is one of my favorites. It's such a unique flavor that you literally can't get anywhere else.
Great coffee here! it is located inside pour house. lots of seating inside and very chill. a few people were sitting at the bar doing work when we went. i tried the peanut butter latte and i liked it! the peanut butter flavor is very subtle and compliments the kind of toasty bitterness of espresso well. i don't really like flavored lattes so i can't give it a proper rating out of ten but i definitely give it a thumbs up! peanut butter draft latte: thumbs up chai latte: 9.5/10 only negative: they only have whole milk and oat milk :( super cute cups and the barista was very nice! parking for this area is paid street parking!

When looking for a place to work remote for a couple hours, Ginger Beard was in a great location! The parking was easy, and it was extremely spacious - they had seats inside and a few tables outside. I ordered a Chai Tea with oat milk and it was one of the most flavorful chais I have had! Simply delicious. The people working here were also very chill and helpful.
Definitely a new go-to WFH location. Hard to find at first, but you'll be glad when you do. Josh & Derek (the guys with the ginger beards) are both so cool. The space is great. Ample seating. Good music and vibes all around. It's located between a few different apartment buildings and parking isn't ideal, so it's clearly designed for the residents in the area which makes sense. Important to note it's not a stay all day kind of coffee shop. It closes at 2 and opens back up at 4 for brewery patrons. I will be back soon!

Great place! I really loved the concept of it being a coffee bar in the morning and a regular bar at night. Great use of the space. Ginger bearded brothers are very nice. The coffee options were great for coffee lovers of all stages. The place was big enough to have some privacy while reading a good book and booths/couches for collaborating on work projects as well if desired. Service was great you can tell there's a lot of locals that stop by for their morning brew here. read more
Was in the area for a concert and we stumbled upon this cute little coffee shop. Here's what I think: When you walk inside of the coffee shop, it is technically also a bar as well. It was pretty empty because we went in the morning. But it's very spacious and you have multiple table options to sit at. The service was phenomenal!! our coffee bartender was so kind and knowledgeable in all of the drinks. I got a dirty chai latte and it was so enjoyable. They don't serve a ton of options, but the options that they do have are very good. If you're in the area, please give this place a try! read more

We were first timers and I'm shocked it took us so long to try GBC! I got a chai (delicious) and my husband got a black coffee. GBC is very unique because the morning hours are a coffee shop before it turns into a brewery. It felt like all the customers in line were their regulars as they all knew each other. It was very special. We found paid parking on the street, but I think there may be access to a parking garage elsewhere. read more

This isn't your traditional coffee shop and it's what I love about these guys. They found a way to perfect the nitro brew. But it's not just that they perfected the pour it's that they found a way to brew up a PB brew, a lavender and a half cafe nitro! These ginger bearded guys are awesome. The atmosphere is great too even if you aren't a beer drinker. read more

Drinks: Got the flight of four nitro coffees (two latte and two black cold brew). All were delicious and you can definitely feel the caffeine in them. Value: Flight of 4 was just under $5. Experience: The owner (Josh) was super friendly and personable! Talked us through what we ordered and you can tell he loves what he does. The spot is located inside the Pour House and there is some street parking right outside. Highly recommend checking out this spot if you're looking for coffee! read more

My golden buzzer award for Tampa! Amazing service by Josh, who was super welcoming and knowledgeable for us visitors. Foam on my cortado was one of the best I've had, and you can tell they put a lot of love and effort into these drinks. Swanky bar/brewery vibe inside. I even got to try the nitro cold brew, which has peanut butter extract (but is safe for those with peanut allergies!). Pretty good caffeine levels in all drinks and everything was tasty. We're coffee snobs, and this was immediately a 5 star rating from the ambiance, taste, and service. It's well worth going out of your way for, and whether you're a local or a tourist, you won't be disappointed. read more

I was finally able to try this gem and it did not disappoint! I had their PB nitro cold brew and added mocha syrup...bruh. Best. coffee. EVER! The atmosphere itself is super chill and a spot where you can have discussions or get some work done. I am so ready to relocate to this area and have Ginger Beard in close proximity. read more

Found this shop near my hotel while in Tampa for a short winter getaway. I chose it over Starbucks because, duh, small businesses are the best. The shop is in the corner of a fun social center by some other restaurants, gym, and outdoor bar. It seems like this coffee shop is located inside of a brewery/bar? Cool. Kind of stagnant inside with the awesome man with the red beard (owner, possibly?) tucked in the corner. The menu was small, which I like because it makes it feel like they do these things really well. I ordered a plain 8 oz latte with the macadamia nut milk. I went for their macadamia nut milk instead of the usual oat or almond because you never hear of people having it! Very fun. The only thing weird about this milk was the way it was described to me: "Uh, it's like almond I guess. Nutty." Lol, I hope so. Either the milk or the espresso was a little bitter, but I finished the latte nonetheless. I sat outside because of COVID (I was the only one in the place wearing a mask while ordering, btw) and enjoyed the fresh air on the large, shared patio space. Not blown away by the product or customer service, but the location is convenient. read more
