Very good coffee spot they have coffee, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. The best thing about this place. Is that the bread used for their breakfast sandwich is from La Segunda, which of course is always amazing. I was walking around with my significant other to pass time and I spotted this place. It seemed to have potential. Upon walking inside, it had a casual vibe. I looked at the menu to see what was offered. I went to the counter to order. From the COFFEE section, I went with a SM VICTORY BREW. It was 3 and it was a HOT DRIP COFFEE. We sat down at a table. The VICTORY BREW was smooth just the way it was served. It was an excellent drink to sip. There was free Wi-Fi here, which was VictoryGuest. It was easy to connect to and the speed was efficient. I found Victory Coffee on an app called Too Good To Go. It's in the Channelside area. The parking is a little tricky. It's a cute little coffee shop on the corner of Whiting and 12th street. I wasn't sure what I was going to get from the coffee but I received a cheese Danish, blueberry muffin and chocolate muffin. Yummy! The barista also offered me green tea too. Tip fraud. Very sad to be writing this review. Their coffee and ambiance was great! However, the tip fraud was not. We had 2 coffees for $12.90 that were great. When we left we received a notice from our credit card for $15.48 which was strange because that was not our total. It's less than $3 so really not a big deal but did leave us wondering a little because we both swore it was $12.90. We also considered that sometimes pending charges are different than final charges. However, a couple days later the charge does go through for $15.48. I called this place to ask for a copy of the receipt, sure enough they added on a tip for themselves on to it. Really unfortunate and terrible business practice. Their coffee was very good but unfortunately cannot recommend or return because I will not support fraud. It's so easy to look over charges that are just a $3 difference because they're not worth the effort investigating. Overall, poor business practice due to tip fraud. read more

A charming little local coffee shop. I stopped here on a whim with my parents after walking around the channelside area. The barista was friendly and helpful. The board was easy to read and they had an array of options to choose from. I had my lavender latte iced. I truly enjoyed it. My mom got a mango green tea that she loved so much she barely wanted to share. She will likely ask me to take her back for another. In short very cute and we will go back for sure! read more

My favorite local coffee shop in Channelside. Baristas are always so friendly and make a great latte. I always get a caramel latte but their chai is delicious for a change every once in a while. This time around I got their lox bagel, which instead of traditional lox on top of cream cheese, they cut theirs up and added it to the cream cheese mixture. Great flavor, but a little too salty. I came here after my fitness class early in the morning around 6:45am. I appreciated that it was open because a lot of places around here are not open that early! When I went inside I was greeted and noticed it would be a great place to work. Ample seating. I loved that they had food options along with coffee and tea. They have your regular coffee menu and have extra things like lavender lattes and butter bear lattes. I wanted to try something different so I got the lavender honey latte. It was very good! It is a small cafe with different coffee options and quick breakfast which includes wraps. After browsing through the menu I decided to order hot latte coffee along with the veggie spinach wrap. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I'm new to the area and walked quite far with my (small) dog to get breakfast. I saw this place had decent reviews so I figured I would give it a try being a local coffee shop. I barely saw the "no dogs" sign as I was walking in since someone held the door open for me... however they offer outside seating, therefore I planned on sitting outside. I picked my dog up and wanted to order a breakfast sandwich and a coffee to sit outside like originally planned. The kind gentleman smiled and let me know to order once ready. As I was about to order, a rude young lady came over and told me no dogs are allowed inside. I kindly told her that I just wanted to order quickly and I'll go sit outside. She rudely told me to leave my dog outside and come back in. Excuse me? Leave my dog outside unattended? I'm alone. Would you leave a child outside for anyone to grab any second? No. I told her I can't leave my dog outside unattended and that she needs to be with me. She then rudely told me "so leave bye" with the nastiest facial expression. I am shocked in regard to the lack of service she provided as well as her attitude. I understand some places have a no dog policy however I wasn't going to sit inside and I had no other way of placing my order. A kind employee who cares about the owners coffee shop would figure out a way to take care of a customer by coming up with a solution. Example: offer to take my order outside if I provide a credit card, etc. I would have been happy to do so! I realized I didn't get her name so I called and asked for it. She refused and basically taunted me to come back and then was so bold that she came towards me in a threatening manner as I was walking towards the establishment. She made me, the customer, feel like I am not worthy and singled me out when the situation was an opportunity to provide excellent service and come up with a solution that worked for both of us, however, she chose otherwise with her below class demeanor. I work in the industry and I would NEVER treat a customer like she treated me. After speaking with her trying to just explain why I'm upset and why I was asking her name she finally shared it only after she asked for my name thinking I wouldn't share mine. Well Jessica continued to tell me that she would be fired if a dog came inside and that the owner is watching her on the camera at all times. She then kept rambling on that she did not tell me to leave, which she did and shortly after our conversation on why I felt like she could have handled the situation better and I should have communicated better about my dog she told me to get off her sidewalk, yes "her sidewalk" which is public or she would call law enforcement. NEVER will I come back again. I'll choose another coffee shop to go to every morning. I wanted to support a local coffee shop instead of a big corporation. That's all. However, I now feel the need to share my terrible experience that no one should ever endure. We are all humans going through things and the way she treated me was uncalled for. read more

Excellent spot for a great drink, a quick bite or to get a little bit of reading in! They also have wine! Just walking distance from Sparkman Wharf, The Florida Aquarium, The Port of Tampa and all of channelside. I'm a big fan of coffee shops and there are a few basics that this place does really well. First off, there is a wide selection of fresh teas and they're in glass jars for customers to see (vs the alternative, having to pick out a package of tea). We got a berry iced tea with no sweetener and it was wonderful. A nice hint of fruit but not sweet at all. The coffee is fresh ground and the vanilla iced coffee we got was bold and not too sweet- just right. It's a quiet spot and a great place to get any reading or work done. Another big sell is the wine! They do sell a small variety of wine bottles in house, which is great since there isn't a place like that anywhere near here. The wines are priced very fairly. They also serve breakfast and lunch-- they have basics from grilled cheese and eggs/cheese to lox bagels and breakfast wraps. Also, the chairs recline a bit, making it a great spot to hang out at.
