It also wasn't quite sweet enough, so I asked for additional sweetener (they handed me a cup of syrup), and I just added to taste ...but even then it didn't fully hit the spot. My daughter ordered the banana split smoothie, which is supposed to include strawberry, banana, blueberry, and chocolate. I specifically asked ahead of time whether it used real fruit because I wanted to avoid the added sugars and I was told it was made with frozen fruit which I appreciated since so many places rely on flavored powders. I also requested light chocolate and no added sugar. Unfortunately, the smoothie still came out much sweeter than expected. My daughter took one sip and didn't want the rest, and I couldn't finish it either. For about $15 for two drinks, it just didn't feel like a great value this time.
