I'm disappointed not only with the food but also with the way my complaint was handled. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate Cup through delivery and paid over $40 for my order. The promotion was buy one, get one free, but that should never be an excuse to lower the quality of the dessert. Instead of receiving what was advertised, I got a cup that was almost entirely filled with dry kataifi pastry. There were only three strawberries, and they were not fresh. There was barely any chocolate or pistachio filling compared to the amount of dry pastry. When I left an honest review about my experience, the owner accused me of lying and claimed that the security cameras showed eight strawberries in my order. I have photos of exactly what I received, and they clearly show otherwise. I have no reason to make up this experience. I simply wanted to share what I actually received. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the business chose to accuse a customer of being dishonest. That level of customer service is just as disappointing as the quality of the dessert. I would not recommend this place. read more

Essentially you choose between waffle, bubble waffle, crepe or mini donuts; then choose all the toppings. It's awesomely overwhelming. I chose the waffle and my son chose the mini donuts. I loved the waffle but think next time less toppings. The waffle itself was hot, fluffy and great flavor. Add some gelato and sauce and golden. The mini donuts were ok but I'd still choose one of the other options next time. Also tried a strawberry smoothie which was great and tasted like a frozen strawberry quick. Chose the base, 2 fruit, 2 sauce, 2 topping, add $2.50 for a scoop of gelato. I like the gelato which they allow 2 different flavors for one scoop. The sauce we have are the Nutella and lotus.
