    Boo Bucket - Fall Special
    Yanela G.

A great little spot for a quick breakfast and coffee. Went during the fall, and got a Boo Bucket - the pumpkin spice was great but I think I would have preferred a different coffee flavor perhaps. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was great - we had a croissant breakfast sandwich and the waffle sandwich

Stopped in for a drip coffee after lunch. The store was decorated cute and it looked like a nice place to meet a friend or get some work done. The barista was so nice. He was helpful and accommodating. The coffee was pretty good, too!

Got coffee to go here twice. Coffee is good. They have a selection of food items, which look pretty good. I asked if they have gluten free toast ( for my son ), but unfortunately they don't. They have some gluten free packaged items, I got a little gluten free treat and it was really good! They have a couch area in the front and tables and chairs to sit down and eat. Service was friendly and straight forward.

The Bean Bar Co. 17018 Palm Pointe Dr, Tampa, FL 33647 @beanbar_co Had the pleasure of visiting a great breakfast and lunch spot in Tampa. The Bean Bar Co. has a nice atmosphere to hang out with family and friends. You can also spend there to do some school work or work on line. Come by and check them out.

Okay-ish place with 5 small tables and some other chairs. Food and drink is below average. I got an iced lavender latte but I think they heard "hold the lavender" cause there was absolutely no lavender flavor and the coffee was weak. I also got a bagel sandwich. It was very heavy and dense without any chewiness. I guess if you lower your expectation, this place is pretty good. Also, there's only 2 people working at the time I was there, so service was slower.

Any place can *say good morning-this place *serves it. It's a sunny, warm cup of good cheer-from the colorful murals and window art-to the cozy, comfy menu-to the bright and friendly staff-all my mornings should start here. Making all of this even better-I winged it! I had no idea idea I was coming until I realized I had some time before an appointment and turned to you, Yelp fam, for insight on "coffee near me." I quickly learned they had great parking and were easy to find (in The Pointe at Tampa Palms shopping center, with Red Lobster, Stonewood Tavern, Olive Garden, 7-Eleven and McDonalds) Off I went... into the happy looking storefront, to find the softest, tastiest plain bagel I've ever had (it was almost delicate and/or buttery!) and an absolutely divine hot chai tea latte. It was like drinking velvet-sooooo good. It's not big-but you don't want it to be. There's seating at the high counter, a couple of high tops, two or three tables and a love seat and easy chair. They offer breakfast sandwiches, specialty toasts- like avocado and peanut butter banana-plus all sorts of baked goods. I'm eyeing the cheddar jalapeño bagel for next time-and there will definitely be so many next times. I'll save you a seat!

Excellent selection of hand crafted coffees and lattes. Unique flavor options. Great service for a one man shop.

A local coffee house that also has some nice pastries and croissants. Very fresh. The average price for coffee and a pastry /croissant is about $10/ person. Get 10% off by clicking on the button here on Yelp (as of January 2024). I went on a Saturday morning around 11:15a. The place was packed with every table and seating area already filled. The line was about four people and moved slowly. Their board of offerings is perfectly laid out with lots of fun options. Latte and coffee. Hot and cold. Even some fun flavors with popular cereal. I went with the Reese's Puffs cereal coffee and a cheesecake filled donut that was stuff filled. The coffee actually had Reese's Puffs pieces in it! After about ten minutes of getting through the line we sat at the long bar area with a nice gentleman moving down so two of us could sit together. The entire time we were there only about two tables opened up. So be prepared to enjoy your coffee in your vehicle. This is one reason for the lower star rating. Luckily even though the place was packed the people were not overly loud so you could hear someone next to you. We were sitting next to the spot where all the coffees were being picked up so this was another factor as they announced the orders coming out There were about six orders in front of ours and it took about twenty minutes for the coffee and latte to come out, luckily together. The donut came out then too but the croissant was a few minutes later. This is not a good place to get your coffee if you are in a hurry. Another reason for the lower star rating. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as you get closer to the meal hour because this is next door to the popular Cali bowl restaurant, along with an all you can eat sushi restaurant. Best bet is to park down near Stonewood Tavern and walk a couple minutes. Overall a nice flavored coffee and donut. Might help if they had another person making the orders to speed things up. Really no solution for the lack of seating.

First of all, I rarely write 2 star reviews because I'm too nice (to a fault). I'm only rounding it up to a 3 because my drink was very good, and I didn't actually pay for it. It was an early birthday gift from my friend who bought a $15 for $30 voucher. I met her at The Bean Bar as a starting point to our fun-filled day of celebration. She always speaks very highly of their coffee truck. It ended up being a bad first impression for me. I mean seriously, how do you forget an order worth $30? What made it worse was my friend kept apologizing to me, and it wasn't even her fault. To make a long story short, only 1 item in the order was fulfilled (the ube latte). The rest of it was forgotten. I had a feeling something was wrong when 2 or 3 other customers who came in after us received their orders. I also observed that some people in line behind us were getting irritated. I could tell by their facial expressions. It was around 9:00 am in the morning, so it became quite a rush after we ordered. I realize mistakes happen, but I don't think we're the only ones who have experienced this based on other reviews. It just seemed very disorganized because they didn't use order numbers. They just call out your drink name. It could have been anyone's drink. My friend kept thinking she may have took another person's drink because there was no one at the pick up counter to confirm that it was her drink. On a good note, the matcha latte was delightful. It had a strong matcha taste with a yummy strawberry cream foam. It's one of their new summer drinks. It was a great pre-Birthday treat! Unfortunately, this was the first and last time for me. I can't see driving all the way from Valrico and not knowing how the service will be on any given day. I've had better coffee/tea/service experiences elsewhere.

Let me start by saying I do love the Bean Bar Truck and have ordered from them a handful of times bc they are always in my neighborhood. I've been dying to come to their physical location and the perfect opportunity came when I saw they have a new Ube latte. Yes, I seriously came for it. So, coming by, I did like the coffee shop, they had some seats, tables, & bar seating. I saw they have a $15 for $30 voucher on Yelp. They also have a 20% off purchase on Yelp too. I figured I could use the voucher and use it for later if I didn't use up all the voucher on this first visit. Nope, it has to be used in one visit. That wasn't ideal for two people, but I just ordered more than I planned on ordering. I ordered a strawberry matcha drink for my friend, iced Ube latte for me, a waffle chicken sandwich, and red velvet gluten free donut. My drink was ready, but guess what the rest of the orders were forgotten. We noticed bc the rest of the people after us got their orders. My friend asked about her drink and they said they forgot it. I asked about my sandwich and donut and they said ok and then started prepping it. I would think this order would have had attention with it being a little bit bigger but it surely was swept under the rug if we didn't didn't say anything. My drink was meh!!! My sandwich was pretty good, & I took the donut home for the hubby. My final verdict is I'll stay with the truck but maybe it will be a while and I'm done with the shop itself. Service - Big Thumbs Down Ube iced latte drink - No, order something else Sandwich - alright - better than I thought Red Velvet Gluten Free Donut - ok

    The Taylor Swift Flight

I was in town for the Taylor Swift concert and thanks to social media, The Bean Bar was recommended to me as a place to visit. During the weekend, they were offering a Taylor Swift Latte Flight based on the colors of some of her songs and it was a must try when in town. Of course, I knew the place would be packed with other Swifts, but I had to go! When we arrived, the lot was pretty busy as they do share the lot with other small businesses in the plaza. The line was pretty long, and the Bean Bar was packed with so many people who were all also ordering these lattes. The atmosphere was so fun and the crowd was all just as excited as I was to be there. Once we ordered, we were lucky enough to get seats at the "coffee" bar where we could watch the baristas work their magic. I was amazed to see how well they worked together and how quickly they turned out the orders despite the craziness of the place. I was so excited to watch them to work their magic, especially when it was time to decorate the lattes! Everything was so pretty! After about 10 minutes, they were calling out our order number so we were able to enjoy our flight quickly and take photos! Obviously, our phone eats first! The next morning, I went in early (around 8 am) with my mom so that we could pick up a few different lattes to enjoy while we were getting our nails done. They made us some full size drinks and decorated them with sprinkles and whipped cream. I even needed a recommendation for some decaf options for my 2 nieces since we could not arrive empty handed. The barista behind the bar told us that we could get any of them as decaf which was great since I knew they would both like to have a fancy drink too! The service was great both times I visited and the coffee was tasty! My mom was even able to enjoy a caramel macchiato and said it was really good. Since I don't live in the area, I can't visit often....but I will definitely be back visiting my family again soon and plan to visit again. Thanks Bean Bar for the good service and for offering such a cool concept for those of us in town for the concert. It was perfection!

Coffee grounds at bottom of coffee.

Went in yesterday, ordered a coffee and added cookie butter flavoring (which was $0.75). I took a sip of straight up coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink. There was also no cookie butter flavoring.

Paris Baguette has EVERYTHING I love. Cake. Latte. Bread. Pastries. What more can a woman ask for???!!! I was already swooning over the photos and menu options seen on Yelp and Google, but TASTING is BELIEVING and now I'm so glad that I can say it's everything I hoped it would be. It's like a little piece of Paris right here in Tampa! (I've been). So I've come for cake, stayed for latte and quiche, and because why not, threw in the salad so that lunch and dinner is taken care of, too! Okay, first off...what I got. The quiche is light and airy, and is basically a croissant with quiche filling instead of a quiche slice. I love croissants, so this was a nice treat for me that I could hold in my hand. The Salted Caramel Latte I thought was pretty unique, because yes, there's a PRETZEL on top of it (which I plucked off and ate the first thing when I got it. Tasted rich and delicious, and was a great companion for my food. Now, usually I don't bat so much as an eye for a salad, but that Korean beef salad looked fresh and yummy, and it would definitely take care of dinner for the day because, why not, while I'm out? It was a decent size too, not too filling, with a good variety of veggies such as cukes, carrots, tomatoes, on top of mixed greens with Korean beef, which was the only heavy thing on the salad so you don't feel weighed down. It's great to know if you're watching your waist line or caloric intake, Paris Baguette has you covered with no problem as the nutrition facts are listed on the menu so you can make an informed choice. Of course, their cakes are so good, you wouldn't help but want to indulge. Which brings me to my final point. When I saw MOCHA CAKE on the menu, I thought, OMG I have to have it!!! It's EVERYTHING I could want and more and I must ask WHY ISN'T MOCHA CAKE MORE OF A THING NOW???? The sponge cake was light and airy like a coffee cloud as was the buttercream, not too sweet, rounding out my whole meal in nice elegant, finish. The shop itself is cute, but Muffin and I ate outside since the outside area is dog friendly. It reminds me of those open-air cafes in Europe, especially in Paris, elevating my lunch experience with my dog. The staff is super nice and welcoming on approach, too. It's a bit of a drive for me, but it's really not THAT bad depending on when I go and the business hours help, too. I've popped in and out of the Perfect Press a few times now. I am a huge coffee snob, and I really…read morewasn't expecting much from somewhere that I heard had gone viral. However - this place is killer. I've tried several lattes and the cold brew, and they are phenomenal. I've brought people coffee from here, and each person has agreed that it's some of the best we've had in Tampa recently. The ambiance is interesting - it's in a kitchen store. But it works! The team is so great, and the shop currently has some of my fave baristas from formerly open shops. They're awesome! I highly recommend stopping in.

Inside this winding housing development, you'll find a small shopping plaza-gasoline on one end, dry cleaners on the other... and in between those bookends, a string of small businesses. And behind the door with all the flowers around it: Perfect Press Coffee. It's a hopping and popping kind of place. I've been there twice in the last year-and it's busy. It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. The decor is cute, cozy, modern and slightly caffeinated. It's not a huge place but it's super popular. There are tables out front on the sidewalk, too. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.

The staff at the front were super friendly, which made the experience even better. I went with my mom, and since it was a really hot day, she asked for a recommendation for something refreshing. She ended up getting the passion fruit green tea and absolutely loved it! She mentioned how perfectly balanced it was not too sweet, just right. I ordered the lychee green tea, and it was also really good! I personally enjoy sweeter teas, and this one hit the spot for me. Just a heads-up it might be a bit too sweet for some, but if you're into sweet teas, I definitely recommend giving the lychee green tea a try. We also couldn't resist trying the matcha crème brûlée croffle. I've never had anything like it before, and wow it was so good, I'm already planning to go back for another one. Overall, I had a great experience here. Next time, I'd love to try one of their milk-based drinks, but if you're looking for something light and refreshing, their teas are a great choice. I'll definitely be coming back!

I would not come here for food or a snack again but the Boba is amazing everytime. I got the Ube Creme Brûlée Brown Sugar Milk tea half sweet and this was the best drink I've ever had here. If you're looking for amazing Boba this is definitely the spot. We visited Easter Day and our drinks and food were ready super quick. Lots of open seating and nice open restaurant. Had I not gotten the food I would have rated my experience 5 stars!

The parking is very funky, water to walk to. If homey is what you are looking for for this is the place. I prefer outside cafes and enjoying the sunshine. The inside of this home is pretty cramped, nowhere to stand while waiting for drinks. If one of the employees actually told me I could wait outside and they have a window they can call your name and give you your order that way, that would have been stellar customer service. Also know that if you would like a nice ceramic mug like I do, they won't ask you for here or to go, they will just give you a paper cup. I asked if they ever make drinks in mugs and the kind gentleman said yes if you are staying inside. He didn't ask so I didn't know. Miscommunication problem here on the business side. But whatever. The outside could be more pleasant and comfortable and almost return business from me if they actually had their employees CLEAN THE OUTSIDE TABLES AND CHAIRS! It wasn't enjoyable to hunker down with a table full of bird shit, ( I love nature and ima free hugger) I tolerated it to try to enjoy the I e vanilla latte. I asked if they use real extracts or puréed pumpkin as most establishments just use simple sugar syrups and I was hoping g that because they weren't big corporate chain they would strive for less processed especially because of the price of their drinks. There seemed to be a lot of downtime after a rush so there's really no excuse for not cleaning up crumbs or bird shit off the surfaces where their customers are supposed to eat and drink. For me to return here, I would really love to see clean outside, one more shade screen they don't cost much, and more hanging plants and flowers on tables or plants in general would make this space beautiful, add some bamboo for privacy and voila I might show up again. For now, I'll stick to businesses that stem e not only for friendly customer service but a clean environment as well. Bummer wanted to support local. Quemaria coffee does it right!!!! Boho but clean and nice global music playing, that would be nice here as some peoples conversations are loud. Something to drown out the traffic as well. They could add a few more tables just purchased from thrift store. I wanted to LOVE but this place is probably best for students that don't have higher expectations.
