I had a meeting at Grand Haus Coffee. The atmosphere was really nice, and we ordered our lattes. In the meantime, before they got here, we grabbed our seats for the meeting. Around 5 minutes later, our coffee arrived. The coffee was well made and possessed an excellent flavor that was a delightful combination.

My husband and I came to do some work together, I figured a coffee cafe typically has that vibe to study/get work done. The initial vibe inside was welcoming. We tried a table first, but the small stools weren't very comfy. We moved to the high back chairs at the counter in the back. The chairs were super wobbly, I switched one out and it still felt like it might fall over. In addition, my husband and I both felt like the chairs were leaning forward, just really uncomfortable. When we did get settled, the techno music was going pretty loudly, and was very distracting to do work. I ended up getting a drink, which was actually really good and came in a unique cup...but we ended up leaving as it was not a good place to focus and do work.

Food and coffee was amazing! Even better than I thought it would be. The bagel was delicious, seemed like something from a full service restaurant. The coffee came sealed in a can which I just think is so fun. The workers were all so nice and sweet answering questions and giving recommendations! I took one sip of coffee and knew I wanted to go back and try something else!

Very cute coffee and tea shop! They offer a variety of food along with coffee, tea, and boba drinks. It's a bit pricier than some other boba spots, but the unique to-go cups add a fun touch. A nice place to hang out with friends or settle in to study. There are many seating areas that can accommodate large or small parties.

Grind Haus is DELICIOUS! Coffee is so good and the bagels are amazing. Very cozy coffee shop and the staff are great. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and give them a try.

This coffee show is such a gem! Nothing is worst than trying a local coffee shop with bad coffee. This place is far from that. Their coffees are delicious and the staff is friendly and fast! The ambiance is cute and cozy. Very welcoming. I came this past weekend with a friend to try their Valentine's day drinks and they did not disappoint. The coffees actually tasted like raspberry and white chocolate mocha. Absolutely delish! We ordered their bagels as well which are big and tasty. The veggie cream cheese had a nice flavor and the asiago bagel had the perfect amount of cheese. I can't wait to come back. It's worth the drive

Congrats to Grind Haus for just opening this mid Sept 2025. Excited to have checked them out in a small plaza that I probably have not been to in at least ten years. The coffee shop has a cool vibe with their couch and comfy seats and industrial decor and tables. They have coffee, tea, refreshers, pastries and crepes. They also make their own bagels. Their boba tea and crepes are available in the afternoon and they also have later hours. I ordered their cookie butter latte and my friend ordered their Ube matcha latte. We both loved our drinks. They serve them in the sealed cans just like Bean Wandering in St. Pete. Very cool, trendy and fun. Super welcoming here. Go check them out. They are hidden in a cool spot but won't be hidden for long.

Lattes are delicious, Service was pretty good , just need to be faster. Waited about 10 minutes for my order of just a latte. Inside is very cute. lots of places to sit

This place is a hidden gem worth every mile! I drive over 30 minutes just to come here and I'd do it again without hesitation. The inside is cool and inviting, the baked goods are absolutely fantastic. The chocolate chip cookie alone is worth the trip. Their small coffees come served in a canned cup, which is such a fun and unique touch you don't see anywhere else. Highly recommend if you're willing to make the drive, you won't regret it

    Cute aesthetic seating area

One thing I was unsure of before I came in was if there would be free WiFi available for me to get some work done- and there is! It works very well. Everything tasted great and the staff was friendly. Nice cozy but industrial decor. The area has needed a nice spot to hang out, chat, do work, and enjoy some nice craft coffee. Once people hear more about how good of a spot it is, there may be limited space, but for now it's perfect!

I love that it's has a good amount of seating. The décor is modern and clean. The Deerioca plushie cushions along the wall in the seating area are so cute. The drinks are unique. They also offer snacks such as crab rangoons and croffles. The service was pleasant & professional. We were greeted as soon as we entered. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy on a summer weekday. The Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca Crème Brûlée Milk Tea was delicious! Their signature Deerioca tapioca balls are sweeter (more sugar than honey) than ones I've had at other shops. The crème brûlée is mixed into the drink. Keep that in mind if you have issues with texture. It's more of a clumpy pudding texture than a whipped one. Not a bad thing, but some may not agree. The drink can be customized to your liking. On the other hand, I wasn't too impressed with the Matcha Croffle. The buttery taste that makes these croffles so good was totally nonexistent. I didn't even taste the matcha even though it was sprinkled on top. It's just my opinion, and nothing more. I'd skip the croffle next time, or try another flavor. Otherwise, it was okay for an average waffle. The subtle Harry Potter references are very cool. I've read that the owner is a big Harry Potter fan. Supposedly, the original name of the brand was "Diagon Alley" but was later shortened. If you look real closely at the logo, you'll see the "da" in it. It could stand for anything at this point. I don't know... maybe it's a coincidence that there is a deer in the logo that could be Harry's stag patronus. Either way, there is a definite reference even if it is subtle. It's kind of like finding a hidden Mickey, maybe? Just take a closer look at that boba cup the next time you're there. I'm looking forward to trying more of their unique drinks. It's the perfect stop while shopping at this outdoor mall in the summer heat.

It's eccentric decor and theme makes it delightfully quirky and fun to visit. Understanding that good boba tea (Ten Ren being the baseline) is hard to come by in the Tampa Bay area, Manga Tea is pretty decent. At the time of our visit, the boba-rista was incredibly friendly and genuine - her welcoming attitude definitely suited this business - so kudos to her! The Tiger and standard milk teas served their purpose, but the fruit smoothies stood out pretty well. The menu is a mix of traditional flavors and the neo-bubble drink trend (more toward the latter). There is a decent amount of sitting room at which soft-cover manga publications are situated. Aside from the manga reads, there is also a free single-player arcade and nice pay-to-play claw machine. There are also a few non-beverage/food items for purchase for those anime fans. This is definitely a great hangout spot for those that just want to enjoy other like-minded anime/manga purveyors. I wouldn't be surprised if Manga Tea hosted some local/mini ComiCon event as it would be an ideal venue. Overall, an incredibly kid-teen friendly and safe environment to grab your boba drinks from.

Upon entering the restaurant it is quick service but the restaurant itself is very nice and well decorated. Not your standard bright white, plain poke restaurant. All of the ingredients are very fresh. I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu in a good way. They have so many amazing options. While we came for the poke, they also have a açaí bowl bar, hot food and even Boba. It was so hard deciding what to get because everything looked and sounded so fresh and amazing. I settled on the first and most popular menu item The Ultimate Poke Sushi Bowl. Everything included sounded delicious. I did sub the carrots for ginger and added mango. The price is only $14.99 which is amazing cause other poke restaurants charge more. What makes it even more impressing is the whopping amount of food they give you. They are not stingy on the portions by any means. In fact I had so much leftover I got to have two great meals out of it. I didn't get boba as it was late and I was just excited for dinner but I did get a fountain drink. They have stubborn soda which I love. It's made with cane sugar. The employee working was very kind. I do not live near our office but I look forward to coming back when I visit our office again or if I'm near by visiting. Excellent food.

We had boba in mind, and Mochinut came up as the closest shop that could deliver in this regard. My rating factors in the location of the Mochinut here. While it is in the plaza on the westbound side of 56, this location lends itself to avoid the hecticness and heavy traffic that is found in the shops across the highway. Mochinut sits in a plaza is that is relatively tamer and calmer compared to the outlet area. I don't recall any tables and seating outside; if there was, it was maybe a bench or two. As you walk in, you will find a rather spacious interior with both table and lounge-like seating. There were two counter areas - one appeared to be non-operational that particular Saturday. The other (on the left as you walk in) seemed to be the main ordering counter with the displays of the mochi doughnuts. It was also interesting to see one staff manning the entire operation - not unusual for shops like this, but I can definitely see peak periods where more staffing would help. There were also two claw machines that pays out pretty cute stuffed animal prizes to include some Labubus (these machines accept both credit and cash - each game/turn costs $1). We ordered 2 boba-style drinks along with some mochi-style doughnuts. The food and beverages were a bit on the sweeter side, but it served its purpose. While not truly mochi cakes, the mochi-nuts (as the name suggests) were more on the doughy side - they were soft and offered a bit of the chewiness that mochi cakes deliver. Overall, not a bad place to just sit and enjoy for a bit. If you are in the area, whether shopping the outlets or any of the other nearby retailers, and need a quick fix of boba or something sweet, give Mochinut a try.

You have to buy 3 drinks (they have special ones for the event, but you can get any 3 drinks) and you get a card with a scratch off code for an in game exclusive mount, that has only previously been available in Japan. So nerd me - I'm 100% in! Also there is the option to get a key chain instead of the mount card, but they're out of key chains, so fyi. It was FAARRR busier than I expected - apparently there are plenty of FFXIV nerds out there, even if they are all a lot younger than me. The staff did a fantastic job taking orders and filling them. I had to wait about 50 minutes (they were SLAMMED with orders - and you have to order 3 drinks per person to get the mount card). The guy in front of me ordered 12 drinks! The staff all had a great attitude and kept cranking out the orders - with a smile and accurately. I hope they're getting paid extra for working this event! I definitely tipped on my order. The drinks themselves were fun. Drink 1) Cactaur Matcha Latte - otherwise known as a Matcha Matte. This was my first time trying a matcha latte - I have to say - not a fan - super grassy/earthy tasting. The drink does not come with boba. Drink 2) Fat Chocobo Flying Smoothie - this was supposed to be a Mango Smoothie Latte but they ran out of Mango, but were substituting Peach. This drink does come with boba. I really enjoyed this one - super peachy and refreshing and their boba is nice and chewy. Drink 3) Fat Cat Purrfect Latte - otherwise known as a Brown Sugar Milk Tea - my daughter drank this one and enjoyed it. Things to note if you're a regular boba drinker - this place does allow you to alter your ice amount and your sweetness level. They do not offer dairy free milk - all the milk drinks are fresh regular milk. The drinks come in either medium or large and the prices are what you'd expect. I got all three drinks for around $20 before tipping. Definitely a good boba place - I drove an hour and 15 minutes to check it out and glad I did for the drinks and the event.
