Turkey egg and swiss, Medium dark roast

I am not much of a coffee drinker but when I am in the mood for a quick brew I stop here. A fairley new drive through where you can get a quick pick me up. I usually get the turkey and provologne on asiago (my favorite) but got swiss turkey and egg today because I wanted protein. As far as coffee it's labled the "coffee of the day" and either comes in dark or light roast. It's usually pretty smooth and hot but today it was warm/room temp, I am going to take it easy because 9/10 times it is piping hot. the sandwhiches are pre made so you can't customize them, the combinations are tasty my only complaint about these is they always stick to the wax paper. I would give it a 3.5 but wanted to round up because it hasn't even been a year yet.

Pretty pricy for a coffee. The size they provide is average. Lots of ice. Tastes fine. Drive through line is quick. Employees are friendly.

Recently opened on Collier and state road 54 within the last 2 months! I was delighted at the menu. I'm not a huge coffee person but I like specialty drinks. I opted to try one of their coolers from the seasonal menu, the Ho Ho Mint Mocha. It was light and refreshing for a coffee based drink. I bought a small, which was 6.44 tax included. I would say their small is bigger than Starbucks "tall" so likely more bang for your buck! Service was great! Although it says Drive Tru, there is an area for seating outside.

The service was friendly and fast and it was easy to access the location when traveling east on 54.

I finally found it at New York Bagels--and it's only 15 minutes from me! I stopped in a little later in the day, so they were already sold out of quite a few varieties (which honestly is a great sign if you know good bagel shops). I was hoping for onion bagels, and luckily they had a couple left. From the moment I walked in, I got the warmest welcome from the owner. He genuinely seemed happy I found the place and took the time to chat. He even gave me the number and said I could call ahead next time and they'd have my order ready--and even bring it out to the car. The bagels were exactly what I've been missing--fresh, flavorful, and right. But what really stood out was the kindness and genuine hospitality. This is the kind of small business you root for. I'll definitely be back--and earlier next time so I don't miss out!

This cozy little shop is located in Carrollwood Village... a huge housing development, that somehow-innearly 36 years of living here-I had never been to until now. But missing a turn, led to some exploring and then, some bageling! New York Bagel and Bean is in a plaza at the corner of South Village and West Village. The joint was jumping when I was there at 11am on a Wednesday. It was difficult to find a parking spot, but so worth it. The shop is very homey and welcoming-with several tables and homespun decor. The owner (or manager) was very friendly and helpful. I felt truly appreciated. I felt bad I was only ordering one bagel. It was big and the perfect texture. And then... came the honey butter. Honey butter, people! It's happening! This was not a drill! It was delicious! Decadent, yes-but the perfect accompaniment. I may be in love! Should I move to Carrollwood Village just to be closer? Maybe!!! I'lll report back!

The staff... both the guy with the tablet who took my order while I was in the drive-thru line-and the gal at the window-were so warm, friendly, chill and helpful. I'd go back just to bask in their positivity! But kindness isn't the only thing on the menu. There's coffee, tea, plant-based energy drinks, Italian sodas... and dozens (I think 75) of flavors you can add to them. In a fist visit, I usually start with chai tea latte... but today I asked for suggestions and ended up with a hot hibiscus tea with added pear flavoring. It was so floral and different! Hello new year! This knocked "the usual" on its head. I'm not sure that it will end up being my favorite offering here, but yeah... here's to shaking things up! I also tried the rainbow bagel-which was pretty and tasty. I liked the chew. Next time I'll try the strawberry cream cheese with it. There are filled croissants, too... but I forgot to ask about the flavors-and you can get mini donuts, too. White Duck was founded by a couple of Seattle transplants, who wanted to bring the "two windows in a shed" model of Pacific Northwest coffee shops to the Bay Area. And that's exactly what this is-a drive thru-no indoor seating-and I didn't see any outdoor tables, either. This is grab and go. But there's parking behind the building, if you want to sit and savor a bit. The shop is way up on North Dale Mabry-near Van Dyke-on the east side, right next to a Wendy's. It wasn't busy when I first got there but there at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning, but it soon picked up. I can see why... it's so convenient and the staff is so nice. They really stand out. I can't wait to stop in again and try more! I read on the website that the owners lost a child to cancer and part of the proceeds from each purchase goes to research. Well now I just have to try all those 75 flavors! See you soon, White Duck!

We arrived at the notoriously (if you know, you know) tight parking lot. It's kind of an identifier of whether a restaurant is in Seminole Heights or not. Walking in, we were greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter. I don't know how to explain it, but looking around, you could tell that they're serious about making some good bread here (spoiler alert: they do). I ordered from the "Tampa-Style Pressed Sandwiches" category and got the Pesto Sandwich on Asiago Cheese Sourdough Bread with chicken, no STO (spinach, tomato, onion), and a bottle of water. It was out in 5-10 minutes and was HOT! Off the first bite alone, I knew I ordered the right sandwich and made the right choice about a spot for lunch. I'm a sucker for the umami flavor profile, so the pesto was just an easy choice. My photos do NOT do the sandwich justice. Just half the sandwich would have been enough food for me, but I couldn't help myself and ate it all; it was just that good. The cheese pull (which we all know is a very important test) was impressive, so definitely no lack of cheese! As far as the dining area goes, there are, from what I saw, two separate dining areas, offering plenty of space for those who want to sit in and eat, such as my group. Service was friendly, and the overall dining experience was quick, so for those who may be looking for a quick bite, this is definitely a spot I'd recommend!

Ooo-eee, that's good bread!!!…read more This tasty venue is tucked into a brick plaza along Florida Ave (east side) in Seminole Heights, right next to Mekenita (also a tasty venue). It's a working bakery-people are busy making heavenly eats. They didn't have much time to chat with me when I wandered in early on a weekday. That's ok! They have better things to do! And they do all of it well! Initially, I grabbed a paper menu and tried to decide. It wasn't a large list, but every single item was so tempting. I just bailed out and pointed at the Asiago bread puff, in the case. I was speechless with anticipation. And I should have been... I don't know the name of what I ordered, but it was amazing. If I'd been in a movie, a slow-motion music montage would have started with the first bite. It was deliriously good. There are all kinds of breads to grab and go. They do breakfast and lunch items, that you can sit and enjoy, in two dining spaces. There's merch. Yes, this rings a lot of bells. I'll be back. Oh! There's a parking lot out front with lots of spaces. It's tight, though... squished. Be careful pulling in and out. It was easy in the early morning. Later in the day, you need your wits about you. Don't let it stop you, though! Don't let anything stop you from coming here!
