The guy at the counter was super unhelpful. So we got a vanilla caramel cold brew and a vanilla caramel oatmilk iced latte. After a few attempts at them fixing it, it just wasn't it. They became unsalvageable. The brews unfortunately didn't taste great. The store was nice looking though I have to admit and appeared cleanly. read more

Our local coffee spot - cafe con leche and lattes are always great. We love customizing and the different flavor mix-ins. I loveeee the strawberry matcha, which I think is seasonal but it's probably one of my favorite matcha's overall. This location has a drive-thru window, which is also really awesome for moms like me who just want to grab the coffee as quickly as possible without having to get my babies out of the car for a 5 minute run-in every time. The location is clean and cute, and the service is always friendly. read more

I was so hungry that I forgot to take a pic before eating all my egg ham and Gouda cheese croissant. They do give Starbucks some competition. Did I mention they have a drive-thru!!! I will say, however my sandwich was a little overly cooked on the outer edges outside of that. It was very good. They do a pretty consistent job and keeping the place nice and tidy which I appreciate I like that they have a lot of places that you could sit. A bit of a modern- old diners style. I wish they could just have a bit more effort in keeping the countertops clean that would be super. I love that "old Alice diner" style where you can sit at the bar and enjoy the action. Watch how the different coffees are made. Can't get bored. At the bar, they have hooks where you could put your laptop case and outlet so you can also work essentially or be on the laptop or whatever you need to do at the bar or at other tables. I enjoy d the atmosphere. They have a lot of cool different flavors for the holidays. I tried the Brewed to Order to Pour over (Ethiopian) a little acidic, I should have tried the Foxtail farmhouse. Next time, I will also have to try something from Kelly's ice cream counter. Yes I forgot to mention they have a little ice cream counter here too, which I think it's pretty cool. I was gonna ask him if they had a mimosa that would be even groovy or if they had mimosas available at brunch, but you know what, I won't complain cause the coffee is good and the concept is great and the atmosphere was just even better! read more

I have been to this Odessa location several times. Each time my order is completely incorrect and I am using the drive through. By the time I have noticed that the drinks are wrong, it's too late. My first visit, we ordered 2 hot cafe con leches. Mine was very warm, but not hot, and my wife's was almost cold. Second visit, I ordered an iced cafe con leche, and it was terrible. It didn't taste anything like a cafe con leche. Third visit, I ordered an iced peppermint mocha latte, there was no peppermint in it whatsoever. I've had a regular iced mocha at a different location and it was great. My non peppermint iced mocha was terrible. It just doesn't make any sense. We are going between 8 and 9 each time. It's not busy, but it seems like the baristas are not trained correctly whatsoever. The Dale Mabry location is absolutely amazing. I have ordered all the same drinks there and they have been 100% perfect. I understand there are some growing pains with a new location, but this is weeks and weeks and weeks after opening. Are there no recipe cards to follow? It's super disappointing because this Odessa location is closer to my house and usually on my way when I'm going into tampa. At this point, I will have to go to Dunkin or Starbucks. They are consistent. Also the prices for foxtail are up to and even higher than Starbucks. I would definitely pay that money, but not if the drinks are bad. read more

Extremely slow service!!! Folks were waiting upwards of 25 minutes for a cup of coffee. What a joke....i paid almost $8.00 for a cafe con leche and it was cold and overpriced. Not coming back anytime soon. Get your act together, hire more people and teach your employees how to handle a business. read more

I have come multiple times around 4 or 5 pm. Everytime they tell me they can't make any hot food items because the ovens are off already. Ridiculous to shut off ovens 4 hours before closing. Won't be coming back. read more

I live near the Odessa location and unfortunately the experience was terrible. Extremely slow service, and they ended up refunding my food since they claimed someone else took my order. From what I saw they were extremely unorganized in managing the orders which added to everyone's wait time. Almost everyone grabbing their order complained that they had the wrong drinks/food.
