Asiago BYO Egg & Swiss Cheese Bagel. Changed the Swiss for cheddar and added turkey bacon.

We decided to try Eclipse Cafe Sunday morning. The place was clean, had a cool aesthetic, and the staff were very friendly. The food was a bit of a let down for the price. Two of the items we purchased were 3/5 - Asiago bagel and my wife's bagel was fine but not great, the lunar eclipse coffee (3.5/5) was good but not over the top. The pistachio latte was spectacular and the waffles in a cup were such a great idea, delicious, and perfect for kids. Chocolate milk is always a hit. I'd not recommend this place if you want breakfast (with the exception of the waffles in a cup, or whatever in a cup you decide). If you just want a cup of coffee or one of their more exotic drinks I'd recommend this spot.

Lots of yummy drinks to choose from

This poor cafe has been through it. It went from tiny, hometown owned restaurant to a larger corporation type place and back to small business. And we know I love a small business so here I am. The remodeling is pretty good. Very intentionally moon themed which makes it a bit dark but not necessarily bad. It's pretty and I enjoy that. I also like that they're obviously trying to make it a welcoming atmosphere. Theres even a corner of games and books and puzzles so you can settle in and enjoy your treats while being social - or not so social! The food options aren't a super wide variety and they're very egg heavy - as a non egg eater i was worried, but there's a couple of savory non egg options that looked really good. I ended up with a creme brulee filled sugar donut and it was definitely a good choice. Rich and sweet and delicious. Drink wise, their focus is on mushroom coffee which isn't really my thing, but they also have some safer latte and coffee options for those of us who aren't as adventurous. I got the Almond Joy this time - really tasty but beware the chunks of shredded coconut because I wasnt prepared for those coming up my straw! The servers were very sweet. I ordered to go and the service was quick and efficient and they were happy to help. I hope this is the last change to this location for a while because I enjoyed my visit and hope to keep coming back!

Came here for their fun Halloween coffees and intrigued by the functional mushrooms in them. My friend got the caramel apple iced coffee and WOW, DELICIOUS. Id come back just for that. I did try one of their features Halloween coffees and was disappointed it didn't come with the red icing, syringe shot or candy bones! Definitely disappointing because it lost the novelty. Overall though staff was very friendly and the inside was super cute. I do love supporting small coffee shops. I will be back but will probably skip any featured holiday drinks. Otherwise definitely give them a try!! The functional coffee concept is amazing and new for the area

Pistachio latte and bagel with cream cheese

Came here with a friend to cowork. Service was prompt and friendly, they had a ton of options, even beyond coffee: Red bull refreshers, teas, mushroom drinks, and snacks. I ordered a pistachio latte and a bagel with cream cheese. They were both ready quickly; the latte was delcious and the bagel was decent. They had a lot of comfy working spaces and wifi was good. Would recommend this place for a drink or a good working space!

Love this spot! Their cinnamon bun hazelnut flavour is my fav.. if you are unsure of what to get, go for that! Never disappoints

The Lion's Mane Latte is smooth and earthy--surprisingly refreshing. The Tiramisu Latte feels like sipping dessert without the sugar overload. Friendly staff, chill vibe, and great for a quick escape or hangout.

Such a great spot! They've got a wide variety of amazing coffee drinks and refreshers, plus tasty breakfast sandwiches and desserts. The service was incredibly welcoming--everyone was super friendly, patient while I ordered, and even offered great recommendations. I felt genuinely welcomed from the moment I walked in!

Came here on my remote day of work. The coffee girl at the front worked with me to make me a custom drink that was specifically half-caf. Add-ons are BOGO right now. I added Lion's Mane and Reishi. Wifi is strong and easy to connect. It's a quiet space. Music is not too loud like it is at Starbucks. The space is also very spacious so you definitely can find your corner in the cafe to lock in and get work done. Cinnamon coffee cake is super soft and has a wonderfully strong cinnamon flavor. They service here is super chill and they staff is so accommodating.

Love this new cafe! I try to stop by at least once a week now for their strawberry lavender cold foam brew, it's become my go-to treat. On my first visit, one of the baristas helped me choose something I'd like, and she absolutely nailed it. I'm slowly making my way through the breakfast menu, and everything I've tried has been delicious. The banana nut muffin is incredible, today we the chicken chile burrito, the pesto provolone, and the Swiss and egg sandwich on a bagel, all were amazing! The staff here is genuinely the best, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting; if I worked from home, I'd definitely spend a day here. The only thing that could make it better? A few cute photo-worthy corners or setups as I'd love to snap a few fun pics during my visits.

I was very excited to try this hip looking coffee bar and with the mushroom enhancers offered. I got an iced latte- with two types of mushroom enhancers. They had buy one get one. The coffee was amazing. I had the chicken chili verde burrito- it was okay. I was expecting it to be a little spicier but still good. lastly, I got the cutest hat! I will definitely be back for the coffee- everyone was so welcoming! Customer service top tier!

    Matcha latte with almond milk
    Ji C.

My friend and I visited Eclipse Cafe in Citrus Park, and it was such a fun and cozy experience! I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, which was smooth and perfectly balanced, while my friend enjoyed a refreshing hibiscus tea. We happened to be there during bingo night, and it was a blast--Grace did a fantastic job hosting and brought great energy to the evening. The vibe was welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to hang out. We'll definitely be back. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and a fun local hangout!

First time to Sips and it seems like the perfect place to get some work done. Lots of tables and chairs, big open space, even an area that seems fit for a conference/big meeting. I'm not a big flavor syrup girl, but if you are, they have like a million different flavors. I got a skim milk latte with stevia, and it was great. Their prices are super affordable for the size too -- I spent around $5.50 for their smallest size which is definitely as big as a medium in a lot of other places I've been!

Beautiful, calm atmosphere. They have plenty of space to work. The frozen lattes are well blended and have a good consistency. I like flavor coffee so I was drawn to this place because they offer a lot of flavor options. The cheesecake flavor did not give a strong cheesecake taste in the frozen latte. The drink had a general sweet latte flavor. I still liked the drink but it didn't taste like cheesecake, just coffee. The brown sugar cinnamon flavor was much stronger and it was easy to taste it in the frozen drink. I will definitely get this flavor again and try some others.

It's a fun mix of neighborhood moms with strollers-people stopping on the way to or from work-and a few remote work workers-who thrive in the happy buzz of a booming business. To the right when you walk in: coffee, tea and sweet and/or savory small bites. There's bench seating along the wall, several small tables and two little couches in the middle. It's busy, but the skilled baristas keep things moving. On this most recent trip, I tried the ube matcha-my first. I liked it! There were lots of tempting pastries, etc-but I had a lunch date coming up, so I stuck to just the beverage. If you decide to stop in, bonus: this business shares space with a fun kitchen store that has everything from gourmet salts and oils-fun towels and mugs-and all sorts of other items. I should have bought the cola flavored candy bar. Next time! Yes, the parking lot is a little hectic-but be patient, it comes and goes in waves-you'll get a spot. Oh! And really nice restrooms. This is worth a stop and shop. I'll be back for round three.

I'm happy to say, that ten years later, I'm still a fan and a regular. Staying power indeed! More than just a coffee house, they feature great breakfast and lunch items. My personal faves are still the low-carb scramble, when you don't feel like all that extra bread, and their French toast--when you want bread and then some! I'll say this about their French toast--as it's classic as you're going to get. Four golden slices of perfectly battered pieces of toast smothered in syrup. Nothing extra, no frills. Just that pure French toast as its finest--and as I often say if basic is done right it doesn't need to be messed with (unless you are feeling like something extra, then by all means!). They're also one of the only coffeehouses I know who does have Amaretto and Macadamia flavors on hand. My fave is the Amaretto latte (hot) or I go for White Chocolate Macadamia for something a little different. Staff here is great, always friendly and greeting me with a smile--some I've known for maybe those nine or ten years! A neighborhood fave for sure! Nowadays I only eat outside because Muffin is now a constant guest who comes along with me as part of the tradition. Luckily there's always plenty of outdoor seats!
