It's a cute little place, and the owner is the one who does all the cooking. Since coming to AMI, I've been there twice. I tried the savory crepe option (normandie) and the sweet option (banana and salted caramel). I also tried the Swiss cheese omelette and the vegetable one. Finally, and for my coffee, I tried a hazelnut flavored cappuccino and a regular one. I don't think I can find fault with anything I tried. One thing I would note is that, to me, the sweet crepe filling to the crepe size ratio is a little off. read more

The food was very good!! I wish the portions were a bit bigger but for the price it was a good size. The fruit was fresh and the crepe itself was very good. The food came out very fast and there wasn't a wait to sit down. All together the ambiance was nice and the employees were all very nice. Would visit again.!! read more

We tried one with goat cheese and the apple salted caramel one. Both were absolutely divine. The place is clean and cozy with excellent crepes, and we will definitely be back! read more

La Creperie is a little slice of culinary happiness tucked into Anna Maria Island. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a genuine smile and a warmth that made us feel instantly at home. The service here isn't just good--it's the kind that makes you feel like you're visiting a friend's kitchen, where every plate is made with care. We tried the savory crêpes, and they were nothing short of heavenly. Perfectly thin yet hearty enough to hold a generous filling, each bite was a wonderful balance of flavors and textures. The ingredients tasted fresh, thoughtfully combined, and beautifully presented. It's the kind of food that feels indulgent yet wholesome--comforting but elevated. Pair all that with a cozy atmosphere, a charming island vibe, and attentive service, and you've got a place worth returning to again and again. If you're on Anna Maria Island, don't miss La Creperie--it's a gem that makes both your heart and your stomach happy. read more

Quaint little place, stylish and room enough for just the right amount of tables. Didn't wait long to sit. Menu was generous, considering the size of the place. Crepes are on the menu both savory and sweet. There are homemade quiches and specialty coffees. My granddaughter got the PARIS crepe and replaced the chocolate sauce for Nutella. I got the FRESH STRAWBERRY CREPE, with some whipped cream and a regular coffee. The crepes were quite large and were very tasty. Prices were about average for the portions. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the server was prom0t and friendly. Definitely would visit again. read more

We went here for lunch and had the Veggie crepe ($14.90) and the salmon (smoked) salad ($15.90). Soft drinks and tea average $3. The salad was the better choice as the crepe was very oily. It's a quaint little place in a strip mall near the Walgreens on Holmes Beach. A few outside tables can be used in nice weather. If we would go back, I would not order another crepe. Free parling in the shopping center lot. read more

The food was delicious, and the servers were very friendly. The kids' play area was a great bonus, it gave my husband and me a chance to relax while our child played. We ordered the croque monsieur and the lemon crepe, and both were excellent. read more

Second trip here and it was even better! Chose to get some egg dishes this time - quiche, omelet & croq were all FANTASTIC! Fruit was very fresh, even all split a crepe for dessert, and our server Grace was very sweet and attentive! Very clean place and just adore the artwork on the walls. we stopped at the crêperie for a birthday breakfast, seeing the high reviews. The ordering experience was very confusing. We walked in and asked if they had tables available and the worker just said "only outside", so we sat down outside not knowing you had to order inside. We waited for five minutes and went back inside and asked her if we could order and she said "oh you order right here" like we were stupid. Ordered our food and sat down. Our coffee Drinks came out within three minutes, and the food followed shortly after. We all ordered waters as well and had asked two times but still no waters. my sister went inside and asked for waters again and the worker said "we are working on it" We were almost done with our meals when I decided to go back inside and ask for a fourth time if we could get water. the worker said "im trying my best" i said i could carry them to the table and she said "well i need to pour them so no" and dismissed me. we were all getting ready to leave and one of the servers came home with waters and sat them down on our table, quite aggressively. My mom then said "you dont have to be angry about it" and she said "who is angry? im not angry! you guys chose to sit outside so this is just a lot for us" I have worked in the food service industry for 15 years and the way these servers were acting was insane. it blows my mind that simply asking for water could set these servers off. Also, the fact that they kept saying "we are trying our best" when they brought out everything else promptly and are serving people who ordered 30 minutes after us but couldnt get waters to the table in the humid florida heat. All this to say, the food was great. The servers were awful. read more

Such a cute place in town. There is a lot of natural light which makes dining here very casual and summer-y despite whichever month you are there. There are savory and sweet meals, which make ordering easy for everyone. Portions are large enough where you can order 1 and be full, which I appreciate. There are a lot of different types of foods to get, so consider ordering different items and splitting with friends or family. read more

Stop for a breakfast...FANTASTIC. I had the Normandie (Sautéed Apple, French Brie, Walnuts, and Swiss Cheese) Terri had the Bretonne (banana, homemade chocolate sauce, and whipped cream). PS...take the time to look at the pictures and commendations on the side wall...and read the info about those pictures....for your service and your bravery....Thank You. read more

Food is great! Can't wait to return when I return to AMI! The menu has something for everyone and we sat outside on a beautiful sunny day!

There is a lot to be said about having a vision and staying true to it. This place is a French themed creperie breakfast place that doesn't offer menu items that don't fit the menu and they are all the better for it. The crepes are thin and flavorful. I loved the sugar and lemon crepe. The quiche was great as well with a crumbled crust and was cooked perfectly. We choose the ham and carmelized onions and it was savory and delicious. Staff was friendly and the lattes and coffee were good as well. Definitely worth a visit! read more

I am typically not a huge fan of crepes but I will eat them occasionally. Well, La Creperie changed my whole perspective on crepes. Clearly, I hadn't tried exceptional quality crepes before. I ordered the Complete Crepe. The crepe was lightly crisp and savory with a hint of sweetness. It was filled with rich gooey Swiss cheese, lightly salty flavorful ham and a perfectly yolky egg. This was by far the best crepe I had ever had. My wife and I enjoyed our meal so much we visited a second time on our trip the next day. This time I had the Croque Madame. Another phenomenal dish. Crisp thick toasted bread was filled with the same flavorful gooey Swiss cheese, ham, and a heavenly savory creamy filling and topped with a perfectly yolky egg. La Creperie is a must visit. read more

Food is five stars plus I know some people get a little sidetracked when they order mushroom omelettes and the omelette shows up with mushroom gravy on top of it. You got a remember it is a French spot; try to remember it's not gonna be the traditional American omelette where the sliced mushrooms are inside. The crêpes are to die for once you take a bite that's all you can think about. You go home and you still think about crepas!! Then you start to plan when you can return to try all of them! Service here is very personable small business owner so there's usually one or two people working patience is key and a slower pace of enjoyable conversation will keep your mind occupied while your food is being prepared. Lots of ambience quaint color-coded tables little flowers smell of French coffee hmmmm read more

We happened upon this restaurant on our drive up the coast. It is situated right off the main road on Holmes beach. This is a newer restaurant. If I heard right they have been open for about 6 months. Laura and Vincent came from France to share their love of food. Vincent is former military and his accolades are displayed in the back of the restaurant. Overall the ambiance is cute and inviting. It is clean and even has a kids Lego table. It is not very big and they were very busy. The menu has many choices. I asked Laura for her recommendations. We ordered a savory, a sweet and a crepe with jam. We first noticed the difference in the look of the crepes. The savory are made with Buckwheat and the sweet with wheat flour. Our order of the Terroire was spot on. The sausage, sautéed tomatoes and Swiss cheese were not overwhelming of each-other. I was Concerned about the mustard but it was perfectly weighted in flavors. Quimperoise was sweet and salty cooked to perfection. Sweet crepe with raspberry preserve was also cooked to perfection and my favorite. Not to sweet and not salty. I hope this place much success they clearly have an authentic vibe. read more

I cannot believe we have been sleeping on this place! La Creperie is super cute inside, incredibly clean and absolutely delicious. We ordered the ham and cheese crepe, a Paris crepe and a ham and cheese omelette - all were out of this world. The side of fruit was the most perfect I have ever seen - apples, pears, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, not a flawed bite in the bowl. Omelette was perfection. Salad dressing clearly homemade and light - as it should be. My only disappointment was that they no longer do gluten free savory crepes, so posting a pic of the menu as of June 2024. They open at 8:30, we arrived at 8:40 and got the last table for four. Things move at a decent pace though. I imagine there is a long wait on the weekends. read more

The coffee was pretty generic with packaged creamer. A true French creperie would use real cream in a small pitcher. Strawberry preserves crepe was excellent. Light, fluffy and flavorful. The quiche looked like it was made yesterday and reheated. Did not appear sliced from a freshly baked quiche as both sides were hard & dark. The flavor was good though. read more

Such a wonderful find. Our group ordered two crepes, an omelette, and a quiche. Everything was prepared and presented beautifully. And was delicious as well. Laura, who owns the resturant with her husband, was our server, and she was an absolute delight to talk to during her (very limited) down time. The only disappointment we faced was that my wife and I live on the east coast of Florida, and our dining partners live in San Diego, so returning for another visit will need to wait to our timeshare week next year. But we did tell my cousins in Bradenton to come and eat at La Creperie. And now, I'm telling all of you! read more

Food was excellent, service also. Quiche was our favorite. Highly recommend. Has outdoor seating.

Hands down- best experience on the island. First off the spot- end of a strip mall, but the location is very well put together... beautifully painted, tranquil music, everything seems clean and "fresh". Plenty of space for large party. Has outdoor dining available as well. Kids play area to occupy the littles as we wait. Waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the experiment 10x more memorable, recommending items.. getting treats for the kids. Helps mom and dad relax when you feel welcomed this way. Food is the best. Our group compared the remainder of our trip to this experience... as clean... as good... service as attentive... setting the standard! Quiche was real real good. They have a billy crepe- goat cheese and bacon... oh my. And how can you go wrong with fruit in a crepe with some Nutella? You can't. Kicking ourselves we waited so long to try. Will be the first stop on our return. (We even grabbed a carry out order on the way off the island) read more

We sincerely enjoyed our meal at La Crêperie. I ordered the Frenchie crêpe: ham, egg, creamed mushrooms, and Swiss cheese. Others in my party got the Norvegienne and the Savoyarde crêpes. All we're delicious, with one of us proclaiming they were better than the crêpes they had in France. We ordered and paid at the cashier, and they brought our food and drinks to us when they were ready. The place was busy, so I expected to wait a little while for our food, but the food came out in less than than 10 minutes. The service was great and the people working there were very kind. We sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere and the nice weather (December). We will be back! read more

My boyfriend and I went to Paris on my birthday in March and were obsessed with crepes afterwards. We came to Florida for his birthday and found this little gem of a restaurant that served the best, most delicious, buttery, thin crepes ever! Even better than the ones we ate in France!! We ate there the first morning of our vacation and ate here EVERY morning for breakfast for 5 days until the day of our departure. We'd been coming in every morning and our server Shelby (who is absolutely the sweetest, kindest, most bubbly, fun person and our new breakfast bestie) knew how obsessed we were and told us jokingly that they'd be closed on Monday which was a bummer, but we came back the next morning!! The first day we ate there we got the caramel crepe for our sweet crepe and the Complete which is a ham and cheese and egg crepe for our savory crepe to share between us. The next day we got both crepes plus a quiché which was fluffy, and airy and with the most buttery thin crust and fresh out the oven (Shelby told us it just came out of the oven when we were trying to decide, so that was a game changer and definitely got it!). As the days progressed we got to the point where we were ordering 4 plates by the end of our trip. It was so so delicious! Shelby told us the crepes were homemade by the owner who was from France, and she was there everyday we visited as well. We also tried the croque monsier with a bechamel sauce, Brie cheese, and sautéed onions, and ham, which had the crispiest most buttery toast crust ever! That was my favorite part! THE INSIDE SCOOP: Our favorite plate by far we got consistently though was the caramel crepes!! We got 2 of those minimum for our breakfast every morning. This is a MUST GET ITEM! My boyfriend shared his caramel crepe and fed me a few romantic bites our first day there but the next day I wanted my own. We had bought a fancy caramel sauce from Le Bon Marche in Paris and scraped the bottle clean when we got home, and I couldn't find the brand online to order and tried to make my own caramel sauce but mine tasted like hard, candied poopoo. We were raving about the caramel sauce and how it tasted just like the one we bought in France and Shelby told us the owner made it homemade and sold jars of it. We bought 3 jars it was so amazing! We got a homemade croissant with a side of caramel sauce and that was to die for too!! So so good! Flaky, buttery, with the thinnest most buttery layers!! I was scraping the crumbs with my fingers with the caramel sauce. Another server who was also just as sweet and amazing brought us our plates of food one by one and said you guys are so little but you sure can eat! This place is that delicious! And the crepes are so thin it doesn't even feel like you're eating heavy(at least that's what I told myself). If you're looking for a breakfast/brunch place with amazing delicious homemade fresh French cuisine, and amazing fast, friendly service, you have to come here! The owner, the servers, everyone is so incredibly kind and always have smiles on their faces. We were greeted like friends every morning and left with our tummy full and our hearts full of happiness! We enjoyed coming here so much annd made so many memories here and will definitely be back. read more
