Also we ordered two empanadas. I like their green chimmichuri sauce with it, and as soon as I asked for it, she walked away and never came back. Even the pic on the outside sign shows them with that sauce, but nope never got it. They also have their usual Colombian drinks which are Postobon and Colombiana. They are more expensive and smaller sizes. We will definitely take a break from here. Hope the owners that we know and love will be there.

I've only been once to visit the big coffee cup cafe, which was traveling through - but the parking lot was crammed full (there isn't a ton of parking to begin with) and there were 2-3 different people who were helping me find a decent spot to park my car, that was so nice and if that's a testament to the service and the friendliness in general then I'd say that's pretty fantastic. While waiting, I took a pic of my pup Mocha Coconut, I bought some strawberries, avocado, and corn, & I ordered a milk shake at Boyette Fresh, the other food truck present. Finally, once my food was ready, I heard my buzzer, & brought our food home. My fave was the crab empanada. I never get this anywhere. It reminded me of a Tampa Cuban crab croqueta except a better texture with it being an empanada. My husband's fave was the chicken skewer. He said the flavor and marinade were very good. He didn't like the rice so much due to the flavor and texture and I agreed. I can't wait to try this food truck again. All were very tasty. The crab empanada is definitely a repeat.

The burger was definitely unique considering the entire burger is deep fried. I've never had a fried burger before and didn't really know what to expect. It came out looking like a huge empanada. I would call it a cheeseburger empanada because that's what it was. The size was good and the gorgonzola cheese was very noticeable. The burger patty itself could of used a little more seasoning and the onions were grilled nicely. I didn't taste any bacon and I'm not sure if there was bacon on it. The burger was served in a paper boat with foil. I would have preferred a to go box. This was a different switch up from a traditional burger. I wasn't crazy about the style, but it was nice to try and tasted fine.
