    Spicy Pork and Squid

Fresh and tasty Korean food. Not the most authentic but overall still a good place for delicious dishes. Prices are on the higher end too. I did like the flavors of both the Chicken and Pork Stirfry. They're decently generous on the protein. Inside is super clean and pretty. Staffs were also friendly.

Soft tofu soup. " beef" unbelievable....

You need to taste your food before serving your guests. You can't make beef soon do boo with a chunk of ground beef!!! That is unacceptable

Prices seemed a little high but food was worth every penny!

This was our second time here and while the food is good, hubby was ready to leave after waiting almost ten minutes to be seated. It seems like there were only two people working so the server, who I think is the owner, was in the back and had no idea we arrived. Still a great spot for Korean food and a cute bar. I decided to try something I've never had before that looked similar to my grandmother's mandoo kooksoo. It was Tteok Manduguk. Similar but with Korean rice cakes in it. Hubby had beef bulgogi. Both were good as we expected.

We had a good time here. Mini kimbap was great for a 3 year old. I got the sul lung tang soup, simple, salty broth, great comfort food. Topokki was good. Nice service. Makgeolli was served in a bronze teapot.

More More More! Living in Lake Oswego has taught me there is no such thing is great late night food, until Sool which is open till 2am. This delicious amazing menu restaurant is stuck in poorly designed Mercado grove but push in, plenty of parking and worth the stop. Great immediate service, order at front or take a seat. Plenty of drink options available and the star of the show is the quality mouth watering food!

Came here as I was passing by the area and was craving some korean food. The food is good and there is a solid selection of more pub like dishes. Got the galbi, japchae, seafood pancake, and soondubu jigae. I enjoyed all the foods and from what I heard about the tofu soup- it was delicous. The seafood pancake was crispy and full of different proteins. The galbi was flavorful and juicy. Although the food did take a little time to come out, it was worth the wait. The water is self serve in the front and the staff were really nice. This location is more like casual dining and a great place to chat with some friends while snacking. There is indoor and outdoor seating, so this place is pet friendly! (+1 for me) Although I have tried more flavorful versions of these dishes in CA, if I am in the area I would come here for Korean food again. It has many more menu items I would love to try.

Whenever I travel, I enjoy eating Asian food because there's vegetables involved and rice. To taste a variety of items, my buddy and I ordered: Je Yuk Bokkem + rice - spicy stir-fried pork and kimchi, very tasty and not spicy Soon Tofu with vegetables + rice - spicy and hot soft tofu soup Korean Fried Chicken Wings - crunchy and tasty A selection of Banchans While I am used to larger portions for the price in CA, the portions kept me from over eating. Service was friendly and pleasant. Water was self-serve.

The food was good, and I appreciated how different the offerings were from what I usually eat and the amount of variety offered. I ordered two items because I was starved. The first was the Korean fried chicken wings, and they were delicious. The soon tofu soup was next, and it was the spiciest thing I have ever had and equally flavorful. My sinuses are still running. My parents loved their dishes as well. We were served multiple small cups with various pickled veggies and great sauces. The service was excellent, and the two men running the restaurant were calm and polite. I felt we were cared for from the moment we entered the restaurant. The service was fast and the food arrived quickly. The ambiance was stimulating as they were playing techno music. The aesthetic was almost industrial, with decent seating inside and out. The restaurant is roughly a three-minute drive from my house. We will be back.

Food: The food here is delicious! I got the spicy ramen, oden tang, and kimchi pancake. Everything hit the spot but I really reccomend the kimchi pancake. It was super crispy. I've had a lot of korean food before and this place makes it well. Service: Service here is very friendly and nice. Justin and Ryan are very nice and welcoming. Ambiance: Come here if you're looking for a good time. They have drinks, good vibes, and delicious food.

Really incredible food in an inviting atmosphere. Food options are fun to explore -- the experience is as great as the flavors! A hidden surprise in the suburbs. Get any Bibimbap if you're dining in. Spring rolls are good but more similar to any other place. Nonalcoholic beverage options need an upgrade.

    teokbokki

i was blown away by the food here! the teokbokki had such a satisfying texture and i loveddddd the cheese on top. the $1 to add it was worth it. this was definitely my favorite dish. we also got the soondubu (not pictured) which was very flavorful and perfect for the weather. the crispy bossam i would not recommend it. i love all the veggies that came with it, but the pork was very dry. i prefer steamed bossam to this. the space is very cute. it's like a casual bar environment. this would be a nice place to catch up with friends and have drinks over a delicious meal. i would totally come back here!

That being said I've had the dolsot bimimbop, kimchi jjigae/stew, kimchi pajeon/pancake, seafood pancake, and various bulgogi and galbi and thought all of them were solid. Banchan was decent. None of them were bad on multiple visits but none of them were so amazing that it left an imprint either. There were a few tables filled but not too busy. My banchan didnt come out until my food came out. There was about 7 side dishes. They were the highlight of my meal. They were simple but delicious. Sadly the soup wasn't good. I was sad that it didnt have much flavor. It's like they forgot salt and just boiled hot water. There was only 3 piece of beef rib. There was plenty of daikon and glass noodles. The prices for the dishes were a bur pricey for the portions they give. I'd come back again to try their other dishes. Definitely gives you authentic koren food vibes with 3 ajummas working.

There is a TV screen in the back corner over the kitchen entryway. The TV runs in silent mode and displayed a Korean woman in her apartment preparing and eating a variety of Korean foods. There is a Korean music monitor on the back wall playing low key and on theme K tunes. I wanted to hear some older BlackPink tunes (Happy 10th Jisoo, Jenni, Rose and Lisa!) but was too shy to ask... A lot of tables were left un-bussed for a while because of this and a line formed to be seated. Also took a long time to get orders in as a result. I got the regular bibimbap with beef. One thing I did like was the portion size and that they use sliced beef and not ground beef like how some other places try to skimp out on. I did find that the actual content was pretty lukewarm when it came. I ended up having some *unpleasant* stomach movements when I got home so I didn't end up trusting my leftovers. My friend got the naengmyeon which he really enjoyed from the looks of it. We really liked the sides too!

THE FOOD: - For 2 adults & 2 kids under 6, we ordered: The Fox & The Crow flight of meat, mandu, japchae, & gyeran jjim. This was more than enough food for us & even had leftovers to bring home. I was pleasantly surprised w/ how much I liked their japchae which had the perfect chewy noodle & flavorful so I do recommend getting that w/ ur meats & the steamed egg is good here too.
