A very cute spot to get your K-fix! Kimbap is tucked in an office building on Meadows Road. It's on the 1st floor and is listed as "Niki's Cafe" on the building's directory. They serve sodas, coffee, sandwiches, etc. but also have a small selection of Korean food. When we were there they were serving three sushi-style rolls: Bulgogi, Korean Ham, and Mushroom and Avocado. All rolls were under $10 and VERY hearty. We both could not finish our rolls, but they were delicious. Our bulgogi rolls were served with a side of a creamy sauce and Korean pickles. Love supporting this place as I am sure it was hopping pre-Covid when the office building was fully leased and chugging along. We will eat here again! read more

One of our favorite grab-to-go foods while we're out and about, especially great for road trips. We get the bulgogi and haven't branched out from that. This business is in a business building on the first floor. The food is good, price is good. No complaints here. We're returning customers. read more

We wanted something easy to eat for our drive from Portland to Fox Island and found this on Yelp. I thought it's called Kimbap & Go, but the place is actually called "Nikki's Cafe", a small little place inside a building of offices. Very nice and clean, kimbap was really good, and the staff were nice. I ordered bulgogi and the Korean ham, both were 5/5! I shared it with my husband and two little kids and it was more than enough for us. A lot of people were there to pick up to go lunches since they also serve sandwiches. read more

Delicious kimbap that are reasonably priced for how big they are! They are made to order so I called ahead and they were ready in a few minutes. Wasn't too difficult to find if you just park by the main building entrance - pay attention to the signs once you walk in. It was down the left hallway as I walked in. I appreciate the pickled radish. Didn't really care for the sauce because it's more of a sriracha mayo, but I do wish they sold other Korean food options like tteokbokki! More of a reach wish, I know. But this is really a great find in the Lake Oswego area! read more

Wow, hardest place to find. It's called Nicki's cafe or something and is in a business office tucked in one of the halls. Call ahead of time if you want their Kimbap, but omg so delicious! My husband and I love the mushroom and avocado the most, then the bulgogi lastly the Korean ham (not a big favorite). My husband and I definitely want to come back for more! It's hidden; walk into the office building and just beyond the stairs you take a left and then another left and you'll find a tiny yet remarkable little cafe! I love Kimbap and saw this was very close to my house so I decided to try and and I'm so glad I did! Delicious! The women working was super sweet and gave my kids some chips to free! She's fast and smiling can't get better than that. Highly recommend! read more

Fresh gimbap smelling of sesame oil and happiness. we got one of each -- the mushroom avocado & bulgogi were my favorites! Personally I like my kimbap to have a thinner layer of rice but that's just me nitpicking :) Everything tasted SO fresh and delicious. I wish I could get kimchi on the side for spice. I didn't try the mayo sauce it came with, I was a little suspicious lol. We did clear out all the yellow radish that came on the side! Service is very fast, the lady who took my order was really nice and the other lady whipped up our gimbaps in record time. Inside a business center building you have to walk towards the elevator and down the hall to find it, but it's worth some confusion! Follow the signs that say Niki's Cafe- they are the same place. This place was around the DMV and I thought I'd get lunch while I waited. I'm glad I did! Delicious kimbap for a good price! $7.95 for a huge roll and pickles? Sign me up! Generous portion that will easily rid your hunger but not weigh you down into an afternoon slump! I got the beef bulgogi which was very good. I love savory foods so wouldn't have minded a bit more umph on the bulgogi part, but I think it's an all-crowd pleaser for sure! Other 2 choices are Korean ham and mushroom & avocado. For those directionally challenged like me, it is inside the business building as folks have mentioned. Furthermore, take the first left hallway from the lobby. It is inside Niki's cafe - suite 118! Darn, I forgot to take picture before snuffing them down. Bulkogi kimbap is the Bomb! Also tried spam one and it was so so. They seem expensive for one roll, but they are huge, and 1 roll is a meal! Hard to find, just look for cafe sign. read more

Best kimbap I have ever had. Better than the ones in Korea ! They have three different kinds(Bulgogi, Korean Ham, and Shiitaki mushroom with avocado). All very delicious and their portions are very big compared to any kimbap I have seen. I always call in the orders and they always have it fresh and ready when I arrive. I highly recommend this place if you are trying to find an authentic kimbap. It was fairly easy to find. It is located on first floor inside an office building. Just find Niki's Cafe. read more

I love this place! It's kind of a hole in the wall-Togo only cafe. The kimbap is consistently delicious. I love the bulgogi it's sweet and savory and I find myself craving it to the point where I order about once a week. I don't like pickled radish so I get it without it and they've always been so kind about it. Great service great food. Yum! read more

Located in a business office. Upon entering, hang a left and it's pretty easy to find. It's the same as Niki's Cafe! There were quite a few people around lunch hour, and the menu has a bunch of sandwiches and standard cafe items as well. The Kimbap was large, filling, and delicious! I had the bulgolgi one and would definitely return. It's made to order, but I felt like it was pretty quick service! No seating, but meant to be a pick up and go place :) read more

Perfect to-go food and really delicious. They're currently only selling 3-4 different types of Korean sushi roll (Kimbap). I tried the bulgogi and the ham flavors. Comes with a side of pickled vegetables and some aioli to dip it in. Definitely recommended and a nice change. Check it out! read more

This is a stealth kimbap place. It's located on the first floor of a corporate building within a cafe; when I got there, I almost thought I was in the wrong place, until I saw the kimbap board. They have 3-4 specialty kimbaps daily and they are delicious and ginormous. They make them on order, which means you wait a bit but they are completely fresh and not sitting around for a day or two, like if you buy them off the shelf at H mart. You can also call ahead and order so it's ready right when you show up. The kimbap are super interesting -- like eggplant vegetarian, or Korean ham. It's a perfect lunch treat. read more

I've been meaning to try this place for sometime. It's delicious. I usually buy my kimbops at H-mart. This is fresh and there are different varieties. I bought all three for tasting. The mushroom are not button mushrooms but marinated shiitake mushrooms. Call ahead, it took 20 minutes but once there is was in and out. Even though it's inside an office building it was very quick for pickup. Enter and turn left down a little corridor. read more

Found this place while driving through Oregon on a roadtrip and we wanted food that was fast and delicious and driving friendly. Ordered bulgogi kimbap and avocado/mushroom kimbap. Both were great but was blown away by the avocado/mushroom kimbap. Also loved the spicy mayo and pickled radish. Service was fast, she said 15 min but had it ready in 10 when we arrived. I can't wait to try this kimbap because there's not many places that have kimbap in Portland area. I like the concept they have least menus means that it should be really good. I have no complaint how it looks but rice. Traditionally, Korean people put sesame oil and salt on fully cooked rice. I believe they put some, but need to improve on seasoning rices and vegetables. I can't taste anything on rice and other veggies. I hope this comment helps. I would definitely try one more time in near future. read more

I had a hard time finding it the first time, but kinda followed my nose. I could smell bulgogi and soup. I got there and ordered bulgogi kimbap. I was expecting it pre-packaged, but her assistant made it fresh with warm rice and bulgogi and fresh veggies. She also included spicy mayo and Korean pickles. They are open 11-3 M-F. Wish I could go more often! read more

The Stew: It had a nice spicy kick, but cracking the raw egg into the boiling pot mellowed the heat perfectly. It was delicious and paired wonderfully with the rice. The Banchan: While the variety was nice, I found most of the side dishes to be a bit too salty for my personal taste, so I didn't finish them all.
