Cute little space

A very cute spot to get your K-fix! Kimbap is tucked in an office building on Meadows Road. It's on the 1st floor and is listed as "Niki's Cafe" on the building's directory. They serve sodas, coffee, sandwiches, etc. but also have a small selection of Korean food. When we were there they were serving three sushi-style rolls: Bulgogi, Korean Ham, and Mushroom and Avocado. All rolls were under $10 and VERY hearty. We both could not finish our rolls, but they were delicious. Our bulgogi rolls were served with a side of a creamy sauce and Korean pickles. Love supporting this place as I am sure it was hopping pre-Covid when the office building was fully leased and chugging along. We will eat here again!

One of our favorite grab-to-go foods while we're out and about, especially great for road trips. We get the bulgogi and haven't branched out from that. This business is in a business building on the first floor. The food is good, price is good. No complaints here. We're returning customers.

We wanted something easy to eat for our drive from Portland to Fox Island and found this on Yelp. I thought it's called Kimbap & Go, but the place is actually called "Nikki's Cafe", a small little place inside a building of offices. Very nice and clean, kimbap was really good, and the staff were nice. I ordered bulgogi and the Korean ham, both were 5/5! I shared it with my husband and two little kids and it was more than enough for us. A lot of people were there to pick up to go lunches since they also serve sandwiches.

Delicious kimbap that are reasonably priced for how big they are! They are made to order so I called ahead and they were ready in a few minutes. Wasn't too difficult to find if you just park by the main building entrance - pay attention to the signs once you walk in. It was down the left hallway as I walked in. I appreciate the pickled radish. Didn't really care for the sauce because it's more of a sriracha mayo, but I do wish they sold other Korean food options like tteokbokki! More of a reach wish, I know. But this is really a great find in the Lake Oswego area!

Wow, hardest place to find. It's called Nicki's cafe or something and is in a business office tucked in one of the halls. Call ahead of time if you want their Kimbap, but omg so delicious! My husband and I love the mushroom and avocado the most, then the bulgogi lastly the Korean ham (not a big favorite). My husband and I definitely want to come back for more! Fresh kimbap is THE BEST!!!!

It's hidden; walk into the office building and just beyond the stairs you take a left and then another left and you'll find a tiny yet remarkable little cafe! I love Kimbap and saw this was very close to my house so I decided to try and and I'm so glad I did! Delicious! The women working was super sweet and gave my kids some chips to free! She's fast and smiling can't get better than that. Highly recommend!

Mushroom & Avocado Kimbap Bulgogi Kimbap So delicious, highly recommend! Also a very nice Korean Lady :)

Fresh gimbap smelling of sesame oil and happiness. we got one of each -- the mushroom avocado & bulgogi were my favorites! Personally I like my kimbap to have a thinner layer of rice but that's just me nitpicking :) Everything tasted SO fresh and delicious. I wish I could get kimchi on the side for spice. I didn't try the mayo sauce it came with, I was a little suspicious lol. We did clear out all the yellow radish that came on the side! Service is very fast, the lady who took my order was really nice and the other lady whipped up our gimbaps in record time. The shop is located inside of an office building, just head in and find signage pointing to Niki's Cafe. It's takeout only.

Inside a business center building you have to walk towards the elevator and down the hall to find it, but it's worth some confusion! Follow the signs that say Niki's Cafe- they are the same place. This place was around the DMV and I thought I'd get lunch while I waited. I'm glad I did! Delicious kimbap for a good price! $7.95 for a huge roll and pickles? Sign me up! I had the bulgolgi which was tasty especially dipped in the spicy mayo sauce.

This spot is straight I've eaten the best Kimbap in Korea and this one is like oooooowwweeeee.

Beef bulgogi kimbap

Generous portion that will easily rid your hunger but not weigh you down into an afternoon slump! I got the beef bulgogi which was very good. I love savory foods so wouldn't have minded a bit more umph on the bulgogi part, but I think it's an all-crowd pleaser for sure! Other 2 choices are Korean ham and mushroom & avocado. For those directionally challenged like me, it is inside the business building as folks have mentioned. Furthermore, take the first left hallway from the lobby. It is inside Niki's cafe - suite 118! No listing for Kimbap & Go, but there is a handwritten sign on the cafe door once you're there. The owner started Kimbap & Go a couple years ago - keep supporting this small business!

The food is fresh and great. Have the right expectations, it's a grab & go place so there's no seating. Perfect for lunch to take back to the office to eat.

The bulgogi kimbap is absolutely delicious! I order it about once a week and it's consistently perfection. Highly recommend.

I love this place! It's kind of a hole in the wall-Togo only cafe. The kimbap is consistently delicious. I love the bulgogi it's sweet and savory and I find myself craving it to the point where I order about once a week. I don't like pickled radish so I get it without it and they've always been so kind about it. Great service great food. Yum!

Delicious food and super friendly service. A bit hard to find since it's inside an office building. But worth it!

This isn't a restaurant, but the food might be good. Didn't try it. It's a closet cafe counter with soup, salads.

Best hidden Kimbap place in town. Love the spicy creamy sauce they serve with their Kimbap. It's a little hard to find but well worth it.

Solid for what I expected. Not the most authentic I've had but flavor was good. Price was reasonable and the people were pretty nice.

The old kimchi stew with pork rib also had such a great depth of flavor in the soup. We ordered it this year from DoorDash, and the taste wasn't the same for the stir fry squid (maybe because no pork?), but it just tasted like spice and no umami. The kimchi stew with the pork rib was still really good with the meat falling off the bone. I'd still go again when I'm in the area.

First thought was, not very impressed and hope this place is not a dud. We visited on a Sunday which didn't have much customers. Only one waitress working. She was very attentive and memorized our order without writing it down. Very friendly and answered all our questions. Our order took quite a while to come out and was getting a bit worried... but to be fair, we did order quite a bit (we were hangry). AND THEN IT HAPPENED...Our food arrived sizziling hot. It was fresh and smelled amazing!! Everything came all at once except the Pork Belly. Never had purple rice before so this was an awesome experience. Banchan was great. The Hubby was sold on the Grilled Mackerel and ate the whole thing by himself. He normally doesn't like japchae (my favorite) but he actually really liked it and ate half of it. Our most favorite was the Kalbi you can tell it was marinated and they cooked it to perfection. The pork belly was good but the Kalbi stole the show. Service 10/10 Food 20/10 This is now dubbed, our new Korean go to spot. The wait was worth it!! We enjoyed the food and will definitely be back soon!!

They also serve rice dishes. As a blackbean noodle addict I can attest this is the best place hands down. They use potato starch in their batter for their pork which makes it so deliciously crispy but with that mochi type of bite. The jjang sauce is thick and doesn't disintegrate so you're able to dip the pork in it. Service is good and they give you free pickled radish! However, the dish I was most excited about, the Jajangmyeon, was disappointing -- the flavor was very mild and lacked depth. Unfortunately, the sweet and sour pork was not good at all. While it was battered and fried, most pieces were almost entirely batter with very little actual pork inside, which was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and I really liked the clean and pleasant atmosphere of the restaurant. However, because the food did not meet my expectations overall, I'm giving this place
