We stopped by here for lunch on our way to Seattle from LA. I found this place on Yelp and we went on a Friday lunch time. It's located on the 2nd floor inside a Korean supermarket. It was packed and busy but we only waited about 10 min to be seated. We got stone pot bibimbap, cold noodle and gal-bi combo. Bibimbap and gal-bi tasted good but cold noodle tasted like any other store bought cold noodle that you can make at home. It's not that spacious so it wouldn't be good for a big party.

my favorite korean spot in town! I always come every summer for the spicy cold noodles which are phenomenal. it's tangy and spicy and the noodles are perfectly chewy. the sauce is addicting and i've tried other cold noodle spots in town but no one makes it as good as always spring! the galbi was well marinated and paired perfectly with the cold noodles for the ultimate combo.

I've been coming to Gmart for some time now and never stopped by the restaurant til now. I must say it's a tight fit but can fit a bunch of people. The wait wasn't too long. They have pictures of the wall which make it super helpful. The staff and service were great. We ordered a bunch of things: Kalbi, spicy beef soup, spicy tofu soup, Korean pancake, beef bulgogi and kimchi fried rice. All were amazing.

By far the best Korean food I've had in the Portland area. They do get very busy so you might have a wait, but they turn tables fairly quickly. Portions are huge! You will have plenty of leftovers.

OH. My.... Some of the best Korean food I've ever had, and I have been to Korea several times! Hidden upstairs inside of a nondescript grocery store is a bonus! Feels like you worm-holed right into a random little diner somewhere in the labyrinth of Busan. The host is a bit abrasive, at first. She will warm up to you later. It's part of the charm.

Great little mom and pop hole-in-the-wall restaurant that's located inside of G-Mart Asian Market. Just walk to the back, around the corner, and climb up the stairway. I ordered the #38 Galbi and it came out sizzling hot! My husband ordered the #20 Galbi Tang and that came out bubbling like a witch's cauldron. My sister-in-law ordered the #37 Bibimbap. Lastly, my brother-in-law ordered the #9 Jabchae. Everything was delicious and served with complimentary hot tea. Water is upon request. There are no fountain drinks. Just canned drinks for $3 each. Although the dishes came out separately, the service was quick. We asked for more banchan and was accommodated with no issues and no extra charge. Overall, I liked this place and would definitely come again to get my Korean fix.

Ultimate korean comfort food located inside the G Mart grocery store. The aunties that work there are so friendly and nice. They also have photo menus hung up on the wall for easy ordering. We've tried their tofu stew, soybean stew, and fried mackerel and they were all so delicious. The banchans they give are also so good. I liked one of the banchans in particular (i dont know the name of it) and I asked if it was available to buy downstairs and they said it was all homemade. Kind of sad that I couldn't buy it but it made me appreciate how much time and effort they put into the banchans.

Been here three times, and loved it every time! I always bring my family / boyfriend here. My Asian mom loves it! Very cozy, authentic vibes! Also casual and comforting. My favorite items are the Soontofu Jjigae (spicy soft tofu stew) and the Haemul Pajeon (seafood scallion pancake). Great for winter time when you just want some warm soup and delicious food.

The best meal I've had in a long time. Ultimate Korean comfort dishes with yummy tea and ambiance. Service was very sweet--loved all the aunties who served us. We got the kimchi jjigae and bulgogi--both were DELICIOUS! Next time, we're definitely going to try the galbi. This place is so perfect 10/10. Parking lot is very small so keep that in mind!

DELICIOUS spot for Korean food in Beaverton. Service was very professional. I loved everything we tried. Everything was hot, fresh, and highly satisfying. You'll fall in love with this hidden gem, with its homey feel. Definitely going to add this to my rotation.

This restaurant located inside a grocery is delicious! We came in a Sunday afternoon and all of the tables were full. We got seated promptly though. The menu is displayed on the wall with pictures which is helpful. I loved everything we tried here and would go back routinely if I lived in the burbs. It's worth the trek from Portland. Everything was piping hot and so yummy and comforting. We left very full.

What a fun place for a delicious meal! My son and I visited this place that's in the upstairs of a Korean grocery store. Everything was great! Lovely Korean 'Aunties' (as I see them called in other reviews) serving, a broad menu that is also on the walls with pictures, great service and holy cow, the food was so good. As you will see by my pictures, they cover the table with sides and the meal portions are quite large. Everything we ordered was so tasty! We'll be going back for sure and I would highly recommend!

This spot is a family staple. There's two picture menu mounted on the wall for easy reference. The banchan (side dishes) is a good variety of seven veggies that are refilled upon request. I find the tonkatsu is sizeable and equivalent to two meals for my son. I For those liking a solid rice bowl I would recommend getting #28 namul dolsot bibimbap (in stoneware). I appreciate the variety of hot soups (spicy and non spicy offerings) and definitely recommend the cold buckwheat noodle be bowl when available (Summer).

Do they take reservation? we have little kid with us and can't wait for long

I'm not sure, but I would be surprised if they did. But if you don't go at rush hour, you should be able to find a table quickly.

I usually buy both of the BOGO offers, and I've done this a few times in the past, and they've all gone fine, no problems. I get my 4x10pc wing orders without issue. Yesterday I did the same thing - I ordered 2 BOGOs, expecting my usual 40 wings. But when I walked into pick it up, the Asian lady at the counter (I think she's the owner, maybe?) chastised me and told me to limit myself to just 1 BOGO order in the future. Huh? I only got 2 BOGOs, and it's not like the price was so cheap that the restaurant was losing money or something. And besides, I've ordered these 2 BOGOs numerous times in the past. That's when I saw that the restaurant was treating any SINGLE 10pc order as a BOGO. So when I checked out with my 4 10pc orders, the restaurant took that to mean 4 BOGO orders, or in other words, EIGHT 10pc orders. No wonder the lady was upset. Of course, it's not my error, as the restaurant was interpreting the order incorrectly. I even tried my best to explain this to the lady, as well as explain that I've ordered these BOGOs multiple times in the past (and this same lady was at the desk when I picked them up!!), and it's never been an issue. Still, the lady kept insisting she was correct, and that 1 10pc order constituted a BOGO in itself, which makes absolutely zero sense, and not how literally any other merchant I've ever bought from on UberEats has done their BOGO promotions, which I also told her. Anyway, in the future, I'll still continue to order as many BOGOs as I want, I'll just probably order delivery so I don't have to deal with this nonsense. EDIT: I see the owner has responded to my review. I can certainly see how someone exploiting multiple BOGOs to order 100+ wings at a time would be harmful to the company and completely against the spirit of the promotion. But I did nothing like that. Two different BOGOs were being offered, and I simply purchased 1 of each. I've done this multiple times both at this restaurant and at numerous other restaurants that offer different BOGOs, and this was literally the first time that any restaurant worker has mentioned a word about it. The biggest issue is that the Chimcking workers are apparently a bit undertrained when it comes to processing ubereats BOGO promotions, which is why I received 80 wings instead of the 40 I was supposed to get.

One door closes and another door opens in this case. After searching on Yelp, we were glad to find this place in old downtown Beaverton and so my daughter and I decided to check it out after watching the Masters of the Universe movie at nearby Century 16. The Korean Corn Dogs did not disappoint. I loved the sweet, crunchy coating on the outside and of course the cheese on the inside. The corn dog didn't have a full-size dog from end to end but that didn't matter as you get a chance to work your way to it at the end after you get through the cheesy part. Corn dogs came drizzled with ketchup and mustard but you may want to ask ahead of time not to put that if you're not a traditional kind of corn dog eater or if you want yours plain. We got the 3 pack for $12. We also grabbed a side order of cheese corn and seafood pancake. I found the pancake not having many pieces of seafood in it and mostly scallions so not my favorite. I may want to try their soups and also rice dishes on the next visit but our primary visit was to try their Corn dogs and it was a hit!
