Currently waiting in the drive thru for an order of sonic blasts and a limeade slush... Every other stall wasn't working and the one we did find we ended up being redirected to the drive thru. We waited a good while to get our order taken and then the actual order given. We paid cash to which my brother in law mentioned the cashier basically snatched the money out of his hand. We also could have sworn it sounded like people might have been going at it in the back (yikes). Don't expect to get through quickly at this location. read more

in the late 90's, early 2000's, this Sonic was GREAT! Fast-forward to 1/17/2021 at 2:40 pm; I pull right up to the drive thru, order was taken and there were 4 cars ahead of me. 35 minutes later.... 4 cars are STILL AHEAD OF ME waiting for our food. (mind you, there is a sign at the drive thru that says "our GOAL is to move each guest through our drive thru as quickly as possible. We may as you to pull forward and wait for your order", yeah.... that didn't happen. I had only ordered 2 large tater tots, and 2 drinks. Finally get to pull up to the window, and the lady at the window snatches my money out of my hand, causing the lose change to fall to the ground. Get my food and leave... tat tots are WARM at best. Made the mistake of going back at 3:50 today, 1/18/21, once again pull up to drive thru where there is no cars in line. No one acknowledges me sitting there, so I say "hello" into the drive thru speaker, nothing. I drive around, and see an employee outside smoking, so I drive back around and pull back up to the drive thru speaker and sit another 2-3 minutes waiting. Still nothing. I tried calling, after multiple rings, someone answers, you can hear someone speaking in the background, then hangs up. I pull around, and their sign by the street says ""NOW HIRING DAYSHIFT" 912.862-4042... so I called that number, which is disconnected... The number to that sonic is 912.826.4240, so it seems like someone placed the numbers wrong so no calls would come in.... or so no one could call and complain about the lack of service. Lucky for me I still have my receipt from yesterday. On that receipt it states "COMMENTS OR CONCERNS? Contact the Manger - Jessa Davis 912-826-4240. So I call and is told that there is no Jessa Davis that works for Sonic. I finally called the Sonic Customer Support "800" number to file my complaint. I truly hope someone can get in there and save this place. Trash cans outside the building are over flowing, service is just not up to par at all. read more

This place is a mess!! All their good staff keeps quitting. Management seems to think it is a hang out spot instead of a job. Orders take forever and you can see staff just standing around or making trips to the bathroom. Do not recommend. read more

Terrible horrible! I'm in utter shock. We sat in the drive thru for a long time, then when we placed our order, drive home and prepare to eat, everything is not only cold but stale! The fries, the boneless wings, and the coney dog was made completely wrong. Shame on you sonic ! You've successfully lost my family and I. It's so sad because I love sonic on the west coast! I ordered an Oreo blast and the whole thing is just vanilla ice cream. They put a few crushed Oreos on top so it would look like it was done correctly. No clue if they have no clue how to make a blast or if they genuinely believe this is correct. Very disappointing read more

Totally wrong order. Bacon double cheeseburger became a bacon-less single. Every topping I asked to be left off was put on. Apparently the staff can't read the orders that come in, and just guess. So, I contacted the company and told them how they screwed up the order and shortchanged me. *crickets* Not even a feeble apology. They give fast food dives a bad name. read more

The food is always good and the employees are friendly and good natured, one thing wrecks the experience here. We live here and come kind of often, but never when we need to be somewhere. I have never had such consistently slow service at a fast food. As of now was the only car at the place, ordered 2 meals and 2 kids meals and that was 18 min ago. Sadly, this is normal for here, and often times it's worse. Come on guys, step up your game, you used to be so much better read more

One of my first stops when I head back home to see my mom and brother. I can't have much of the food due to being gluten free but I am in love with the drinks. Give me a diet Cherry Limeade any day and I'll have a smile on my face. I also have to say their ice cream treats are pretty tasty as well. Not so sure about the food since I can't have most of it but the tater tots look super tasty and my mom always grabs a coney so they must at least be decent. It's like a Dairy Queen and McDonald's combo and lucky for me there isn't one near by or I would probably weigh quite a bit more. read more

Such a great experience. The food took longer than normal but was fresh and tasted wonderful, in addition to the great customer service and apologetic roller skate girl. Definitely glad I stopped to grab lunch! Fast food is very finicky...it can be so fast that the food is precooked and kept under a hear lamp until bagged and shoved out the window at you...(need I say eww?)...or so slow that the smile on the cashier's face when you ask if they are killing the cow and processing it to make your burger makes the hangry person inside oneself want to slam its forehead onto the horn...repeatedly. This place has gone downhill. No professionalism. Instead of giving good customer services the workers talk and laugh with each other while your sitting there waiting to get your order taken. Then they're rude. The two times my family have been there in the last month our food was cold and the fries were hard. Then tonight the worker just stares us down while we wait at the window like we did something wrong. I've been coming to this sonic since I was young. Today was the worst experience thus far. The two young girls working the drive thru had terrible attitudes, they were rude, completely the opposite of any kind of GOOD customer service. Not to mention we had to wait while people behind us got their food. Can honestly say I'll be leaving next time I come in & they're working ‍ sonic ain't that good. read more

The food used to be good (for fast-food) and with decent portions. I don't know who owns it now, but it has gone way downhill. Shake machines never working... especially during promo's or late night specials. The hot dogs are a joke. A $7.00 meal with the main part being a skinny, puny hot dog with a mere sprinkle of toppings and tater tots tasting of old grease. How cheap.... Not to mention very slow service and not even one condiment packet. There is plenty of competition so strongly suggest a massive improvement before you lose your business. read more
