We loved the ice cream here. We tried the several flavors. The staff was really attentive and let us try whatever we wanted. The price is a little higher than some of the ice cream places we've been to recently, but the quality and variety are here. I truly enjoyed my experienced here today with my family. This place is so clean and awesome friendly. The variety of ice cream they offer is really great! My kids and wife bought themselves a cone ice cream. However, I had to be different and buy myself a sundae. I was really impressed because it look like the way they would them back in my parents 1950s time frame. They have hot fudge and carmel, so I asked for both. The restroom was very clean too. Overall I really enjoyed my time here. They do offer a military discount and that is a plus in my book. read more

This place has the best ice cream in the Savannah/Pooler (912) area. There are numerous options from which to select. They have the indulgence and healthier but tasty options. This is a favorite spot for me and my family all year long. The ambience is retro style and cute. The staff great you with a friendly welcome. You can sample flavors before you buy in case you can't decide. A single scoop is two scoops of cream and so forth. That lets you know that the portions are more than enough. I had family visiting from NewEngland and the West Coast. Heading back from Tybee, we wanted ice cream. But it was later in the evening on a Monday. The Ice Cream Stop was open til 9. We rolled in there at 8:45pm with 6 people. With a smile the staff greeted us and took the time to offer samples and descriptions. The owner came out and chatted with us until 9:30. Well after closing. The ice cream was the best I've ever had. Being a new resident of the area, I also felt like I met a neighbor. Awesome ice cream, people and service. I have to give a shout out to The Ice Cream Shop! I went here yesterday and got the banana pudding ice cream and it was amazzinngggg! I love the soft creamy buttery texture of their ice cream. It just melts in your mouth and it tasted like I was eating my nanas banana pudding! I could taste the vanilla wafers even though they weren't visible. All the flavors of banana pudding were there and it was yummy and refreshing. The other reason I wanted to give a shout out was because of the sweetest staff there. I like both Ice Cream Stop places, Bluffton, and Pooler! I always get the triple chocolate... chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chunks. OMG, they are delicious and ooey gooey, YUMMY! If you eat in, they put it in a special dish. If you like single or family photos, add yours to the fun wall... Super cute tucked away in a strip mall in Pooler, their ice cream is old fashion with a bit of modern twist. Not an overwhelming selection but should be able to please the whole family and some. Dairy free options is a bonus for our youngest! They even have mini cones!!! read more

Amazing icecream and the girls working were super helpful with helping choose flavors. I got cotton candy and birthday cake, both were awesome! Very reasonable priced too, the "single scoop" comes with two scoops and is under $4! They have Icecream cookie sandwiches, brownie sundaes, and more too. I love this place! I used to live behind the Richmond Hill location & that's where my live began. Staff is always friendly & helpful, the store is clean & kept up with. Fantastic ice cream! So many options and the employees were very interactive, fun and knowledgeable of all the flavors. They even give you little sample spoons. The oversized ice cream sandwich cookies are definitely 5 stars. The a/c needs a little work. It was a little too warm inside for our liking...and you would think an ice cream shop would be extra cool. It was very clean. Cannot say enough nice things about the 3 employees that were working. Not sure how I didn't know about this ice cream shop until a few weeks ago when they catered at my company. I like the fact it's in Pooler so I don't have to drive all the way downtown to get some good ice cream. There are many flavors to choose from but my favorite is the Sea Turtle, it's delicious. You can sample any ice cream you want before getting a full scope. In addition to waffle cones, they have other types of cone available such as cookie cone, pretzel cone and chocolate cone. They also sell ice cream sandwiches, coffee, gelato and smoothies. There is a kids play room so if you have kids, this is the place to go. I will return to try other flavors. Definitely the best ice cream shop in Pooler area. read more

This was a Saturday evening and plenty of stalls were open and available for cars to pull in/order. We took our food home since we had ordered for a couple of people who didn't join us for the car ride. We had made several customizations to our order, and everything was correct! The problems started the moment we received our food. One entire cheeseburger combo was missing. The crispy chicken sandwich was made incorrectly despite the order being clearly customized. Both frozen drinks were either made wrong or were so melted that they were overflowing out of the cups before we even left the stall. I politely informed an employee about the missing burger and incorrect sandwich. What should have been a simple fix turned into an absolute circus. It took three different employees, including the manager, and five separate trips between the restaurant and our car before they finally managed to get the order right. The most disappointing part wasn't even the mistakes--it was the attitude. The blonde female manager acted like I was inconveniencing her because they failed to make the order correctly. There was no apology, no urgency, and no concern whatsoever that we had already been waiting while the rest of our food sat getting cold. By the time everything was finally corrected, the burgers, tots, fries, mozzarella sticks, and chicken bites were cold, and the frozen drinks were completely melted. We essentially paid $50 for food that was no longer worth eating. The restaurant itself looked dirty and run-down, which unfortunately matched the level of service we received. Fast food isn't cheap anymore. When customers are spending this kind of money, the expectation is simply to receive the order they paid for and to be treated with basic respect when mistakes happen. This location failed on both counts. Sonic corporate seriously needs to take a hard look at this restaurant. The food quality, order accuracy, customer service, and management all need immediate attention. This location is damaging the Sonic brand, and unless something changes, I won't be returning. Avoid this Sonic if you value your time and your money.

First of all, my in-laws were in town and we were headed out for a day of touring the city of Savannah. Before we left, they wanted to get something specifically from seven brew because my stepfather in law is a diabetic and specifically frequent seven brews back in Kansas City because they serve sugar-free drinks. Go figure. For someone who doesn't have to observe that type of dietary restriction, but who does have friends and family who are diabetic, that felt like a fact I needed to know. So I could totally appreciate his need to specifically go here. And so we headed over on a Saturday morning. Now let me tell you, if you are coming to this location during any sort of peak traffic time, I would assume the line is going to be wrapped around the building because this location seemingly does not enjoy any downtime. Both lanes were full all the way through the parking lot and spilling into the CVS parking lot next-door. While we didn't quite realize that you could walk up and order after parking until after we had gotten in line, I would definitely recommend that option for anybody who has the time and the ability to do it. And while the line did move somewhat decently, it still took us about 15 minutes start to finish to get in line, place our order and pick it up and pull out of the parking lot. But that being said, everybody in the car enjoyed their drinks. Which surprisingly, did not feature coffee. Everybody either ordered one of their energy drinks or sugar-free drinks. So there it is. Seven brew is a nice alternative to your local sonic and smoothie king, which are both up the street. If finding alternative coffee drinks at a coffee spot alongside of sugar-free drinks is your thing, I would definitely recommend them!
