This chocolatier reminds me of the one back in Disney Springs in Florida. It was very quiet and they had a lot of their chocolates available for tasting on Monday. Half of their chocolates were gone so obviously it's a very popular location. We went to the one off of Bull Street. You could get the same flavor profile of the Red Velvet and Let Them Eat Cake from a bag of knock off Lindt truffles, the supposedly 72% cacao Silver Bullet truffle tasted like nothing, and the Habanero Caramel had zero spice or pepper flavor. After trying all of our selections we came to the conclusion that the white chocolate varieties were best because they're not actually chocolate.
