Cleanliness: This DQ was somewhat dirty. The bathroom and tables especially. Staff: some of the staff is pleasant but most of the staff looks like they would rather be anywhere else. They are barely listening and there is no customer service. Food: this is hit or miss. However recently it seems more of a miss. On our last visit I specified TWICE no whipped cream on my milkshake. Guess what? It had whipped cream on it. Additionally, it wasn't even fully mixed. My hubby ordered an ice cream Sunday. He described it as "dry". What does this mean? Well for starters either they forgot to put on the sauces or their is a major shortage and everyone just gets a drop. Aslo, he noted that the ice cream tasted very ice crystal-like. You know, the kind of fake ice cream you find in a buffet? DQ should not taste like that. I tried some and noted that he was absolutely right, it was BAD ice cream. This was all very disappointing. We keep trying to give this DQ a chance but I think we finally need to end the relationship. read more

The WORST EXPERIENCE! I ordered a mini blizzard, being the last in my group to order, with two other people ordering behind us. I was the very last person to receive my order with the young girl being EXTREMELY rude when i inquired about why I had waited so long. All the orders after me had their food and were gone. She gave me attitude and told me I could get my order myself. When I approached counter another worker asked what was going on and instead of listening to the CUSTOMER she allowed the employee to keep talking and stand in front of her so that she couldn't listen to me. The employee actually wouldn't shut up. The other worker didn't even make an attempt at resolving the issue. Both should be fired! I have always had poor service at this location but have been tolerant. No more! There are other ice cream places in town and they will get my business! read more

Definitely got food poisoning from the blizzards tonight. We got mint Oreo and choco brownie. 2 out of 4 of us have upset stomachs & other uh, not so fun side effects approximately 2-3 hrs after eating the blizzards. The choco brownie did not taste right. However, the guy at the drive thru window was very kind. I write this to let management know that something is not right as far as the food, and to let others know to beware for some time. read more

Waited almost 30 minutes for a mobile order. App told me to be there at 4:12 pm and I didn't get our food until 4:40pm. Rude workers.

They take forever when no one is ever in there. The place is always disgusting! Gross bathrooms floors are filthy i don't know how this place passes a health inspection. read more

Bad service, the food is not good and the restaurant is regularly dirty. I would never come here if it were not for my kids begging for it. Today we stood in line and eventually just left because of the wait just to make an order. There were people asking for refunds on the food. Nobody cares here. read more

I was in the mood for ice cream and I knew that Dairy Queen would satisfy my ice cream craving! I went through the drive thru and I did not have to wait long at all to order. The employee working the drive thru was kind. I ordered the choco brownie extreme blizzard. I was thankful that it had lid on it and the spoon that was given to me was wrapped in a napkin! My blizzard was yummy and I was satisfied. I had been here before and ordered a cupfection and I didn't really enjoy it but I was happy with my blizzard! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I came here to get my kids some ice cream, I ordered a M&M blizzard and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blizzard. I travel 15 minutes home give the kids the ice cream to find out the "Cookie Dough" is actually Reese's Peanut Butter and my kid is severely allergic. I called and spoke to Anthony (the manager) trying to be understanding as things happen, and he told me to come back in and I can get a replacement for the blizzard. I travel another 15 minutes to this Dairy Queen trying to get the ice cream for my kid before she gets out of urgent care and when I go I am greeted by this egotistical employee named Richard. Slumped over the counter asking "what can I get ya" is very unprofessional especially since I just mentioned I came previously and you guys injured my child. When I ask for the manager he points and says he just passed you. Out the door. Thinking he would go grab his manager he makes me go and chased down Anthony to help and accommodate my needs. This place is a joke, not only did they get my order wrong, injure my child, be disrespectful, I still left without ice cream . I went to the Sonic down the street instead. The manager needs to hold his employees accountable but how can I expect that when he didn't do anything to help either . 15 minutes there 15 minutes home 2x? An hour for nothing. Throw the whole establishment away. read more

Absolutely horrible. Your mic has been broken for almost 3 years and you haven't fixed it? Your lines are absolutely slow and long. Do you guys even do your jobs. the teenagers are either goofing around and when u get up to the window they don't even speak to you or they are just talking to their friends. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

If I could give it less than a star I would. The lady in the drive thru was quite abrasive when asking "What you want?" She interrupted me several times and seemed impatient when I had to decide on what to do when I was informed they no longer offered my favorite blizzard in a mini size. She left the intercom on in the middle of me ordering while she was talking to other employees. When I had finally had enough and said "NO" in a stern tone after her last interruption of "Anything else?" She raised her voice even louder when shouting the total at me. I drove up to the window and she backed up and had someone else take my card. I asked the lady if that was the manager I was speaking to and she said "Yeah, mhm. She sure is! Pull forward." I couldn't even believe it. I certainly didn't feel comfortable complaining since the manager herself was the reason for my dissatisfaction. I got the vibe it could have easily led up to a loud verbal altercation or even a physical one. Won't be going back, ever. Not unless she is fired and replaced. read more

Very horrible the big lady was very rude to the employees I heard her arguing with them over ice cream and food it took her almost 4 minutes to take my money no type of customer service what so ever I waited almost 15 minutes for my food it was cold and disgusting never again! DO BETTER read more

No ice cream available. No coke available. And the server had a rude attitude. No thanks!

Took forever to go through the drive thru literally gave us the wrong blizzards employees didn't know what they where doing cone was stale gave us Twix blizzards instead of Reese's 0/10 don't recommend read more

Went on a quick lunch date with my wife once. Slowest service ever and the food must've been two weeks old. We also got to enjoy the ambiance of the most hood employees yelling and cussing at each other. I think one employee was screaming on the phone at baby daddy. It was such a romantic experience! As DQ's are franchise owned, I would imagine the owner hasn't stepped foot inside the building ever. Please don't shut the place down, rather bulldoze it because it must be built on an Indian burial ground. Too bad videos can't be uploaded on here or you'd have something worthy of Worldstar. read more

I've been to this location several times, I'll be back even though I tell my wife every-time we should never come back, but kids and limited local options... There are some very nice workers here, but the restaurant is not very nice. The intercom has issues, it's so hard to understand the people talking and they don't seem to be able to hear me very well ( I see other commenters have brought this up as too so, they must not really give AF). I wish they'd fix this place up a little. read more

Service is absolutely HORRIBLE. Took forever for them to even open the drive thru window. The only thing that was okay was the oreo blizzard. The place also seemed pretty messy and not well taken care of. read more

This is by far the worst Dairy Queen I've ever encountered, 2:00 in the afternoon I sat at the drive thru speaker box for almost 5 minutes and when I said hello the girl responds "sorry ma'am there's a lot going on" previously I had visited and the woman taking my order kept saying how she couldn't hear me. I seriously had my head out my window yelling, but the reason she couldn't hear me was because someone she was standing next to was yelling some nonsense and curse words. This is the trashiest Dairy Queen. They should consider some new management and employees read more

worst service ever sat and waited for 5 minutes straight and nothing was said the window person was disrespectful asf didn't even get to get my ice cream. DONT GO TO RINCON DAIRY QUEEN!!!! read more

Slow service, soggy hamburger buns on freshly cooked hamburgers. Empty cake shelves. The onion rings were good though.

Bad (and odd) service. Practically threw the order in the car, no idea what was being handed out and talking before the car even got to the window. Totally melted ice cream and tasted like garbage. I know it's fast food ice cream but DAMN. Just go buy something from the grocery store. read more

Pretty decent burgers. Chicken tenders r great. All in all a pretty decent fast food place.

cold fries, flat drinks, and horrible service about sums it up. The cashier couldn't even bother removing her ear bud to take our order and once our food was ready the cook actually had to scream at her just to get her to give us what we had ordered. very very poor place, eat literally anywhere other than this place. read more

Horrible place to go will not be going back ever. The staff at the drive thru was very rude to us . Our food was cold when we got it. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took them ten minutes to open the window. And Why does it take ten minutes to make a milkshake when we were the only ones there. Looked like all of the staff was outside at the patio tables not working. If I could give zero stars I would, would not recommend to anybody very bad. read more

Took over 30 minutes for a mobile order. There seems to be lack of leadership or management. It's disgusting inside and the floor is so sticky. The blizzards were melted when we finally received them read more

This place is the worst. The building smells like they have been hiding bodies for weeks and it took 35 minutes to get 2 blizzards not to mention ALL the employees standing around in a daze. I love this place! The staff is very attentive! Ice cream is awesome!!! Thanks for the extra sprinkles!!!! read more

Save your money and time! Worst Dairy Queen ever!! I will start with the dirty tables! Also they could not get my order right . Then to top it all off we got watered down blizzards!! Also the manager was yelling at employees the whole time we were trying to eat ! The five buck meal was still too much for all this aggravation! read more

This DQ sucks. I've been 3 times and every single time my order has been wrong. My blizzard was a mixture of random things and not the correct flavor I ordered, both times. Then today, we ordered a misty freeze, which online and on menu states it is a slush flavor mixed with soft serve. Got to the window and got just a slush, then tried to explain to the worker that this should have soft serve in it, she was extremely confused and asked the guy in there with her and they made up something and said no that's the "freezy". Don't waste your time. read more

Good experience here. I have had many blizzards over the years and I thought they were all the same no matter which Dairy Queen you went to but the one I had from here last week beats them all. An employee named Kinsley made my blizzard and it was soooo good! If you like blizzards like I do, I hope when you go Kinsley is working. You won't want anyone else making them! read more

Thank you so much to the staff at the Rincon Dairy Queen! My daughter just had major hip surgery and was having cabin fever, so we decided on a quick trip to DQ. I was struggling with the wheelchair & getting her out of the car, looked up and no less than 3 employees had come outside to help us! That hospitality, plus of course awesome ice cream (it is DQ after all!), made her feel like life will get back to normal! Thank you!! read more
