The first bite and I knew something was seriously wrong. It was super grainy and the flavor was nothing like it should have been. Went inside and talked to the employee about it and they said that they just changed out that tub of ice cream, so not sure where or how but something was seriously wrong with that batch. Luckily they let us exchange it for a different flavor. Overall disappointing experience, mainly because I was expecting it to be like it was when it first opened.
