Love the flavors, the service is great! My kids love it! There is seating inside and outside. Awesome for kids' gatherings and family memories.

Brownie Sunday and mint moose tracks.

This place is so cute! It feels so welcoming and the staff is kind. The ice cream and brownie Sunday were delicious! We already can't wait to go again. Highly recommend.

Our favorite place to go for ice cream! All of the staff are super friendly. Service is usually quick for how busy they are! There are a good selection of flavors! I think the only downside is if you're dairy free. My sister is dairy free and there aren't a lot of good dairy free options. However, I love bringing my pup with me to get a pup cup (it's his fav)! 10/10 recommend for a sweet treat!

Went here with the hubby to try out our local ice cream shop. I tried the dole pineapple whip on a chocolate cookie cone. My husband tried the sea turtle with chocolate chip cookie cone. Never saw neat cones like that! Lots of ice cream choices! Friendly staff. They do have these cookie ice cream sandwiches that look amazing. You can also get your ice cream in a soda fountain glass and enjoy in the shop. There is a kids play area with toys too. So, we liked it so much we came here again the next day! I had to try the chocolate chip cookie cone with the peanut butter cup ice cream. So good! Something adorable they do is an infant size cone and a doggy ice cream!

Love this place, great ice cream and great service!

COVID-19 Note: I wanted to reward my kids on their last day of school, for adapting to e-learning and doing so well with school given the current circumstances. I turned to The Ice Cream Stop for the treats and I was really impressed as to how they themselves have adapted to the current situation. We drove up in one of the spaces in front of the shop and one of the employees with a cool face covering came out and greeted us at the driver's side window. I had not placed an order yet, but he directed me to their website www.theicecreamstop.com and he told me he would bring it out to us. He assured me it wouldn't be more than a few minutes since there was no one else in line. The ordering is super easy and straight forward. It will first ask you to choose your pick up location (as they have two, Richmond Hill and Pooler) and then you can choose your size (kids, single scoop, double scoop, quart, etc.), flavors, toppings and # of spoons. Currently, they are only offering scoops of ice cream (no cones, only closed cups), ice cream sandwiches and gift cards. There is also an option to leave the staff a tip! The online ordering made it a contactless transaction and we received a brown bag with our three cups of ice cream with utensils and plenty of napkins! There was even a cute little hand written note on the bag! Derek( I think his name was) was professional and sweet too. He said that they are looking to bring back some of their regular menu items next week. Great job, The Ice Cream Stop Team! Thank you for implementing changes to do business safely. Hang in there! It was a pleasure as always and we'll be back soon!

I saw this pop up on Yelp and I had to get these adorable mini treats!! Each one is hand sculpted…read moreand beautifully hand decorated. She can make almost any theme or creation! I put in my St Patrick's cakesicle order about a month out to ensure I could get the highly demanded treats! She texts you when your order is ready and presents in in such a beautiful box!! I can't wait to order more! I'm just itching to think of events I can order cake pops for! She also does random pop-ups if you can catch it. That's the only time you can get the cake pops without pre-ordering. I highly suggest this business for all of your special events, holidays, or just because you want some pretty treats around.

My first encounter with Sweet Whimsy Shop's (SWS) cake pops were at my friend's son's 1st birthday…read moreparty last year. I couldn't believe the attention to detail and wondered how its creator was able to put that kind of detail on a tiny, bite-sized cake lollipop and make it taste so good too! Was it done by magical cake pop fairies? I wanted to know! My friend gave me their Insta account and after scrolling (and drooling) through their countless creations, my obsession began!  After some time, I had heard they were doing a pop-up at Ways Station Coffee Co. in Richmond Hill for the coffee shop's 5th Anniversary Party and Big Bon Pizza was going to be there too. With my family in tow, we headed to the event excited to try coffee, pizza and cake pops! I mean, that sounds like a perfect meal, right?! I was SO excited! Well, we arrived about an hour after the event started and SWS had SOLD OUT! I mean, was I surprised? No. Was I disappointed? Uh, heck yeah! When was I going to eat these delicious little pops again? I bumped into another friend that night and I guess she arrived at the start of the event, probably because she knew better and she was able to snag a bunch of SWS' cake pops. I almost offered to pay her double, but refrained, because quite honestly, she would have probably told me NO! LOL. So I left with only coffee and pizza that night (insert sad face and some sniffles). So fast forward to my most recent encounters. SWS was organizing an event with Megan Myrick Photography over the summer called Christmas in July, so this time, I vowed to arrive on time! Well, the early bird gets the worm because I was able to secure four cake pops, and thank goodness because if I had come home empty handed after promises of cake pops, well you know what the outcome of that would have been! I was able to meet Becca, the cake pop artist (the "fairy") behind the edible art cake pops and this time, the cake pops were in a mini ice cream bar form in a Christmas theme with three in a pack. I got a fourth one that was in the shape of a Hot Chocolate cup character. The other time, we went to a grand opening of Kidzways and they had commissioned SWS to make the cake pops for the occasion.  Becca is just so incredibly talented, just scroll through her Insta and she's so humble about it too. If you are a cake pop enthusiast or aspiring cake pop artist, she posts behind-the-scenes videos on how she makes some of her pops. She makes it look so easy! As previously mentioned, on top of her beautiful and sometimes quirky designs (like Thanksgiving turkeys, flamingos, seahorses, YODA!) her cake pops are delicious! She does not compromise on taste nor quality and you can taste it! She bakes her cakes and whips icing from scratch and then molds these labor intensive cake pops into whatever vision you have (she has)! Her prices aren't too crazy either, considering how much work must go into those things. I literally cannot stress the details of these little delights on sticks (see pics).  And one last thing, her cake pops have been on The Late Late Show with James Corden. I mean, she's kind of a big deal and she's right here under our noses!   - Tips -  If you can't wait for a pop-up, you can also order through her website, but I imagine there is a minimum quantity, but plan ahead, because she books fast! I also noticed recently that she offers Cake Pop decorating classes at Kidzways, and I know that sold out as well, but if you want to see the artist in action and get a few tips, that may be your chance!

When they came out Doc was SO excited and told me I must go in. I love peach fragrances ie peach soap or spray. I heard a worker say we have 99% of our samples so let us know if you want to try something. Doc and Hubs got us peach cobbler with peach ice cream on top for extra, peach slushies, fudge and more. I looked at what I could get for the kiddies. I saw an alligator claw, sling shot and wooden gun shape rubber band shooter but I feared he might use it on his sister so I bought a safe tic tac toe board with pieces for him. I also bought 2 postcards, a sticker, and car fresheners plus a pup cookie for T Bebe. A nice stop for refreshments for now and later plus gifts for home.

Stopped at Georgia Peach World during a road trip to grab a loaf of bread for the following…read moremorning. Imagine our surprise when we arrived to our destination and someone noticed mold growing on BOTH sides of the loaf. Mind you, this was a $15.99 loaf of bread with an expiration date of 5/27/26. Trying to give the company the benefit of the doubt, I called before disputing the charge. After speaking with the manager, the employee came back on the line to tell me they wouldn't reimburse me because they "checked the lot" and apparently all the other loaves were fine. Interesting logic considering the moldy loaf was sitting right in front of us. We offered receipts and photos as proof and they didn't even want to see them. So instead of customer service, accountability, or basic concern for selling moldy food, they chose denial. For a place charging nearly $16 for bread, you'd think quality and customer care would matter a little more. Save your money unless mold is part of your meal plan.
