We went to the location on Monday, 4/13/2026 at 7:30 p.m. We attempted to order through the Sonic app using our half-price drinks and slushes reward. When we attempted to check out, the app indicated "We are having technical difficulties. Please try again later." We asked if we could still get the same price because of the apparent difficulties with THEIR app. The person said no, they had a new "loyalty program" and had not achieved a appropriate level. My wife really wanted the drink, so we paid full price. I called Sonic that same night and the person I spoke to didn't have a clue. Called again Tuesday, told the person we had visited Sonic 23 times this year already, along with the amount we spent. He indicated that we had indeed reached the "Legend Level" and should have gotten all the discounts THAT THE APP OFFERED. So I am highly dissatisfied. It's not about the extra $3 or so, it's the principle of the matter. I would honestly have given this place a NEGATIVE 5 if offered. Adios, Sonic. You definitely are not the only game in town. Service is good. I have no issues with that. Place looks nice and well kept. Let me just say I love the breakfast burritos. Or anything they serve in a tortilla. So I feel ridiculous making a review on a place I know won't be five star. Also probably won't care about this review. Our wonderful server went above and beyond, Jaleigh or Jaylee (unsure of how to spell it but sounds like that! Very similar to mine) I had an issue with my meal and she came out and fixed it beyond what I was expecting and was so apologetic. Wow! I have never experienced something this bad. first I order my drink and instead of a normal reese's blast i received a cup of hair with a side of ice cream. No joke it had atleast 5 black curly hairs. then the lady have my food which was freezing then decided that it was relevant to start singing me happy birthday even thought my birthday was months ago. I visited this drive in on Dec. 13, 2021 to try the garlic bacon cheeseburger. It made me sick and I spent 4 hours in the ER after having an allergic reaction to the burger. I sent a written complaint to Sonic. I said I did not want to sue Sonic I just wanted to know the ingredients used in preparing the garlic bacon burger. Sonic responded by offering me a free shake as long as I signed up for its app. I will never visit Sonic again. read more

Best Sonic in the area! OK - the best of the 4 4 or 5 I've tried in the area. The car-hops are friendlier, the ice cream cones come with more ice cream, the "extra thick" items are thicker, the food hotter, service is quicker - the whole 9 yards. The food isn't that good. But the most irritating thing is that every time I've gone to this location they screw something up. I've worked in fast food. It isn't hard to get orders correct. This isn't just once or twice. I've probably been there at least ten times (my kids like it, otherwise I'd never go) and every single time something has been messed up. If you are pulling in and then just taking the food away instead of eating there (I hate eating in the car) you have to check everything to make sure it is correct, which is a pain when you have multiple kids, and then when something is wrong and has to be sent back and remade all the other food gets cold while we sit there waiting. I've refused to go back there myself. If my kids want it my wife can take them and deal with this place. read more

Went to sonic because I hadn't been there in a long time. Never going back after tonight. Pulled up and pushed the button. It said please wait for us to take your order so I waited. 10 minutes went by and then the screen reset and said to push button for order again so I pushed it again. Waited 10 more minutes and the same thing happened. Also they weren't busy at all because it was close to closing time. I had to get out of my car and flag down an employee and asked how much longer I'd need to wait to have my order taken. She apologized and said someone would be with me in a moment. I went back to my car and the girl comes up and says, "We've been having problems with this screen off and on all day, you'll have to move to a new window. I don't know why there isn't a cone out here to block it off." Yes, why is that Sonic? If you knew then why wasn't something done about it?! I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and small onion rings. I was tempted to go somewhere else and I should have. The total for a burger and some onion rings was $9.09! It should've been free for the 20 minutes I had to wait for someone to take my order. Didn't even get a discount. I could've spent about $5 more and went to a restaurant. Got home and burger was so dry I had to add extra mayo on it and there were about six onion rings in the bag. Terrible tasting overpriced food.
