When I apologized and explained that I was still choosing, the employee grabbed a sign and put it in front of me in a way that felt impatient and aggressive. After she handed me my drink, I said "thank you" twice, but she walked away without acknowledging me. I love matcha, whether it's bitter or sweet, but this drink had a strong, unpleasant fishy taste that I couldn't enjoy. I appreciated the atmosphere, but I wish the service and drink had matched how lovely the shop looked.

It's tucked away in a shopping plaza between a Mexican restaurant and a barbershop, making it easy to miss if you're not looking for it. The shop itself is on the smaller side, so it can feel a bit crowded during busy times. But the ice cream is well worth it. There's a great selection of flavors to choose from, and once you pick your favorite (or two!), you can customize it with mix-ins like sprinkles, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and more. Everything is blended together and served however you prefer--whether that's in a cup, waffle cone, or waffle bowl. They also offer chocolate-dipped waffle cones and bowls for an extra treat. Another highlight is their giant cookie cakes, which looked delicious and perfect for celebrations. The prices are reasonable for the generous portion sizes, and there's plenty of parking available right outside. Overall, it's a great spot to satisfy an ice cream craving on a hot day.

Then a large party came to the window, that appeared to be the employees friends. They all received their orders and my wife was still waiting. I reminded them one more time before we received it.
