Five years since Covid...and yet the indoor dining room still remains closed. Unreal. At this point just demo the inside then for an additional storage option. ‍. Complete patron dissatisfier. Even if you have an active TS/SCI clearance you can't get in the front door...?! I ordered a large frito chili pie. I got two regular containers of chili with four Fritos on it. When I took it to the employee and asked for a replacement she brought two more of the same. When I pointed it out she stated there were "a ton of Fritos under the chili." You could see the bottom of the container and the scoop of chili. I refused the items and left with a beverage only. When we were in line, we first got an attitude from someone delivering to the people at the kiosk, just asking about our order. Then when we got to the window, he he hands us a different order than we asked for. Drive thru took me 45 min to get a order in and get my food. The employees are yelling and cursing at each other and we can hear them via the speaker with no working screen. And then at the window they are yelling more. Non of the screens work William was polite. But his coworkers are the worse. When I got my order it was wrong. My burger was lettuce when I told them no lettuce and on my receipt said no lettuce. So many people came to the window to complain while I was in line. About there food being wrong. I was missing my mozzarella stick from my order. I just gave up on trying to get them. The parking lot is empty but the drive thru was LONG. read more

Staff has serious attitude issues. You work in customer service, get it together. I get it you may deal with jerks a lot, but if someone pays for something, you should make sure that person is getting what they paid for. Avoid ! We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon about 1 pm . Indoor dining was closed . Majority of drive up kiosks were non -functioning. Fries were obviously refried and just crispy shells while corn dog was mushy. Grillo fries had a glob of the seasoning in the middle . No picklerita. Obviously only two employees working inside . Don't waste your time. I ordered at one of the stalls. While waiting I overheard the neighboring stall asking for a wait time on their food that was taking over a half hour. I checked the time my card was charged and it was almost 30 mins ago as well. I decided to wait to see if any of the other cars would be getting their food soon, they were all already there when I pulled it. They brought food out to the neighboring car that complained but she had to pull up to the window for missing food. Multiple cars had to go to the window instead to get food, including me. NOT EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE WAIT AFTER TELLING THEM! As restaurant people we always try to give people the benefit of the doubt but pulling up after 36 mins it was more than obvious they were messing around/smoking leaving one boy to deal with customers. All it would take is for just a few employees to care at all about customer service. We sat at the parking kiosk for 15 minutes and then just had to leave. Not a word of apology. All it would take would be one sentence: 'Sorry it's taking so long, we'll be with you as soon as we can.' Also there needs to be some level of alacrity involved in getting the food out in a timely manner. The last time I was there it was cold. Still the worst sonic ever!! So dirty. Orders are always wrong. They open and close when they feel like it. The stuff you order comes out so gross it just be made wrong or with broken machines. Me and my wife went to Sonic on Monday night, it was a hot summer night. We got there and the drive thru line was wrapped around the building, but we waited anyways. 45 mins go by and we finally make it to the order window and the teller greats us,"Hi thank you for choosing Sonic we are no longer serving Ice Cream" ummmm What thats the whole reason we came here. There were no signs placed anywhere and the dine in was closed so I couldn't even have run in while waiting to make sure. We left and went to Cold Stone instead. I reached out on Twitter and Sonics customer service site and they messaged me back. They said they could give me a coupon for a FREE SM Shake (with the purchase of something) for my troubles. Ummm that is NOT OK. I wasted 45mins in your drive thru and you are giving me $2.79 shake, and not even FREE, I need to also buy something else from you. How is that the right response. Side note in their response they spelt Shake wrong and put a free small sjake. Like how fast did you write that email and send it out??? Will not be going back to this store. Store doors are locked. Phone is disconnected. Can't let anyone know that you're there and waiting. Waiting for over 30 mins with no human interaction whatsoever. Go to the doors there are two employees seated eating extremely casually. Negative urgency. No food. Very hungry and have an hr drive back home. Such bull!!!!!!!!! They claim there was a sign that says stalls were closed. Never saw it. While we were waiting at the stall screen it said someone was coming out with our order. After a short time the screen was wiped and there was no more order information on the screen. They 100% just ignored and finally cleared the order from the screen with zero attempt at communicating with us. No sympathy when we did finally spot an opening in the drive thru and were able to pull up and talk to a human to try and receive food. Thanks a lot Kenijyah. Please fire everybody!!!!! So we can "not care" back!!! Update: They forgot one order of fries. What a waste of time and frustrating experience. My burger was good but his was hard, cold, and bad. When i went to the drive up, i notified that i was there to pick up a mobile order. Immediately i was told that the ice cream machine wasn't working. I didn't order anything with ice cream. The clerk insisted my order contained ice cream drinks, until i showed him my receipt stating otherwise. There seemed to be a great deal of confusion among the staff members. We ordered 2 flavored soda drinks that were customized on the app. Our customizations were totally ignored. One of the drinks had a flat, tight fitting top as fast food drinks usually do. Another drink of a smaller size had the open, bubble-type top on it. When the window clerk handed it to me, I didn't know it wasn't tightly attached, and it exploded all over my car when I took it from him. Spent an evening wiping down my car and picking ice out of my electronic console. I don't know about other locations, but THIS particular one is the most ratchet thing I've ever experienced. I've only been here once, and my experience is limited to the drive thru. Overall, it was okay but nothing really outstanding. The service speed was appropriate considering it looked like the employees were trying to grab a bite themselves (which I do not hold against them, that's an issue of appropriate number of people to fulfill staffing needs) and the food was standard Sonic. I will admit this one was not as good as other Sonics I have been to though those other Sonics have all been in other states so make of that what you will. I have only been here once and did not even go in. We got takeout. Of course they skate on out to bring you your food. That part is really cool. I came here with my dad who was curious to try it due to the fact that I kept raving about how good they are (not this location specifically but Sonic as a chain in general.) We both just got some burgers with fries. I actually moderately enjoyed mine though it wasn't fantastic. My dad didn't like his and was not impressed. I had this issue with the Red Robin in Milford as well (although that was much worse than this place.) They too were great out of state but their Milford location not so much. Maybe Milford's not a good place for chains. Anyway based on these reviews they seem to have gone down the tubes even more since I was last here. In spite of this fact, I still occasionally crave a Sonic Burger so hopefully they will get their act together soon. read more

The last time I was in this location the place was filthy, the bathroom was unsanitary and the dining area floor had so much grease on it it was like walking on wet ice, that was about 2 years ago. I went back today because I was hungry and the advertising caught me. What I found was a complete shame, there was a sign on the door that said the dining room was closed indefinitely, the staff is still forced to wear masks even though they are bringing food outside to customers in the carhop stalls. I will not go back to this location and support this paranoid ignorant mentality when there are no longer any ridiculous mandates by this State. read more

The customer service at this Sonic location is absolutely disgusting. We went through the drive through and the woman taking our order was maybe the rudest person in a drive thru i've ever heard. At one point she spoke low and we asked her to repeat it but instead she felt the need to yell at us with the rudest tone in her voice. We then pull up to the pick up window and are greeted with nothing more then a scowl and another woman handing us our food. Which also happened to be wrong and she said it was correct. We also did not get a receipt. We even said thank you after this horrible service and we did not get a 'you're welcome.' If you don't know how to be nice, don't work in customer service. read more

I had a great experience at sonic this week. I popped through the drive-through for a quick burger and iced tea. They were out of iced tea, but the server was very apologetic. I ordered a lemonade instead, and it was absolutely delicious with the double cheeseburger. I was surprised that in the drive-through window my bag included ketchup packets and a decent amount of napkins. It was an unexpected, very pleasant experience. read more

This place frustrates me beyond belief I only go for slushys and it is about 30 minutes drive from my home. My last 3 visits were as follow Visit 1 : there was someone in the drive thru telling people they didn't have enough people working to take any orders. Visit 2: Slushy machine is down and will be fixed in a day or 2. ( also only reason I go is for a slushy in the summer ) Visit 3: approximately 2 weeks after visit 2 , slushy machine is down and told it will be fixed in about 2 weeks... I've never once had to call a fast food place in advanced to see if they are open , when they should be open , or if they have things that they advertise they have. I honesty have bought myself a slushy maker because of this place being so inconsistent. I wouldn't go here if I was you I have driven from milfords sonic to wallingfords sonic all 3 times I listed above and each time it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend. read more
