Who doesn't love Cold Stone ice cream? If you raised your hand we can't be friends.I had a major sweet tooth after eating dinner. My tastebuds were calling me saying,"feed me Seymour,feed me". Ha,ha! I pulled up to Cold Stone (aka ice cream heaven)b/c I was up the block. There was a long line so I waited a bit but not too long. I stayed strong & each step was closer to my destiny.It was moving along. The ice cream champion who took care of me when it was my turn was very nice! So nice I left him a tip for being sweeter than the ice cream! I ordered a Oreo overload (consists of sweet cream ice cream mixed w/ chocolate chips,Oreo cookies, & chocolate syrup) in the "gotta have it" size(equivalent to a size large aka I have 0 regrets) in a cup.I wasn't playing around. There's 2 more sizes "like it"(size small) & "love it" (size medium). Ice cream was a little melted but I like it that way. It was scrumptious & def satisfied my sweet tooth! Inside was a cool vibe & everything was organized. There's tables if you want to eat inside(w/ AC on a comfortable temp) if you want to be a classy human(instead of devouring it in the parking lot which I usually do). read more

I was pleasantly surprised when checking into the Cold Stone Creamery in Orange to find that they were offering a free waffle to Yelpers. Unfortunately, they would not honor the coupon at all, which was shocking and very disappointing. We did have a chocolate, chocolate fudge ice cream in a cup. In the picture, it does not look very appetizing, but fortunately, it tasted better than it looked. I'm not sure if I would return to a business that promotes fake offers in the future. read more

Just went to cold stone with my partner for a quick nighttime snack. It was closing in 10 minutes and we were first in line. Upon walking in the manager or shift supervisor (Chris) was receiving a pizza delivery from dominos I could tell he was ready to close. We quickly ordered and 4 people walked in behind us. The girl who made our ice cream was super nice and pleasant we were out within 2 minutes. Upon paying 2 other gentleman walked in to which "Chris" screamed from behind the counter that they're closing in 10 minutes and they are not going to serve them and the way he said it was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful- you can't treat people like that let alone a customer of your establishment. Everyone in line felt super uncomfortable and I could tell his co workers were uncomfortable. They clearly just wanted to close early and eat their dominos. Listen- I get it. It was probably a long day and it was getting ready to close- but that shouldn't excuse the way you speak/treat other human beings. There are a handful of other solutions I can think of and I don't work in food service industry. Super turned off by the rudeness and disrespect and I will not be returning to this specific cold stone- special shout-out to his co workers for handling themselves with grace during that super embarrassing interaction- he should be ashamed. I went here with my grandpa and ordered cotton candy ice cream. This was a few years ago, I hope they still have that flavor because it was delicious! I tasted very fresh and like it was mixed well. Some ice cream places seem to just mixed the ingredients halfway and I get chunks or unincorporated things. This was extremely creamy and the variety of toppings is amazing! This cold stone really went downhill. The wallpaper is peeling off the wall and the bathroom toilet paper and paper towels were just thrown in when they clearly had proper holders for them. Honestly, I felt dirty being inside of it. Also my nephew got a vanilla milkshake that tastes like cardboard. I tried to exchange it and they started talking in Spanish so I didn't know what they were saying. The woman then said if you want something else you need to pay full price.
